the MKO has always been perceived by various US governments as a tool to be used against Iran. In fact, what doesn’t really matter is the terrorist group. It is all about the United States and Iran. MKO is just a terrorist group with a black record that could only serve its Master’s wishes without any independency

I am personally disgusted by the many years of political support for the MEK by neoconservative elements among the US political class. It is beyond hypocritical, and the history and shifts regarding the MEK-- in many ways a western proxy organization from the beginning -- is simply one more means of war and provocation against another country

the US long covertly supported terrorist actions by right-wing Cuban groups inside Cuba, and as it currently supports terrorist activities inside another rival state, Iran, by a terrorist organization called MEK (for People’s Mujahedin of Iran or the Mojahedin-e-Khalq), it has also supported the guerrillas in Chechnya. This explains why former federal prosecutor and arch neocon Republican Rudy Giuliani found himself sputtering in disbelief…

NIAC has increasingly troubled the war crowd, so much so that it has become one of their favorite targets. Its leading attack dog, Seyyed Hassan Daioleslam [MEK agent in Washington] put it like this in an internal email: “destroying” NIAC and its President Trita Parsi “is an integral part of any attack on (former Secretary of State Hillary) Clinton and President Obama.” In other words, destroying NIAC would also …

The record is clear, however. One example: the United States has just rehabilitated the Mujahedeen-e Khalq -MEK, the radical Iranian organization whose extreme acts of violence got it placed on everyone’s list of terrorist organizations some years ago. Why the turnaround? Other than MEK’s aggressive public relations campaign that involved MEK spreading around millions in speakers fees to …

There is no direct answer to the question that why MKO so eagerly attempts to garner the US attention but for certain it helps to better understanding of MKO’s opportunistic nature; it has always been looking for an alien element to rely on just as it did nearly three decades ago by moving to Iraq in agreement to operate under Saddam’s supporting umbrella. The ultimate outcome of alliance with Saddam was an ever-growing social hatred and antipathy towards MKO.

He is also one of the top supporters of the MEK, and detractor of the Green Movement. He was a major driver of the effort to remove the mujaheddin from the terror list, while acknowledging their use of violence to achieve political goals. “I will have to admit, the thing that attracts me to this movement is that it is willing to fight,” Rohrabacher said ahead of the MEK’s delisting.

The same MO exists with the U.S. and Israel currently collaborating with the Iranian MEK/MKO/PMOI terrorists who have committed assassinations inside Iran. The U.S. government has recently shifted the MEK terrorists from the ranks of “bad” to “good” terrorists as part of a broader campaign to undermine the Iranian government …

The United States government has failed to protect its citizens’ rights at least not as good as it claims. Forgetting the fact that MKO aka MEK/PMOIhas assassinated a number of American citizens in Iran back in the 1970s, is a good proof for this claim...

I was shocked when our State Dept. under Hillary Clinton announced last fall that MKO/MEK/PMOI was being rehabilitated by taking them off the terror list. It seems the International Criminal Court might be off the hook for doing absolutely nothing about this group, thinking I guess that mass murderers only lived in the Balkans or Africa.
