]]> The State Department Office of Coordinator for Counterterrorism on April 30 released the list of Foreign Terrorist Organizations in which Muajhedin-e-Khalq Organization continues to occupy its previous status according to the documented reasons ,you will consider the main points as follow:

-MKO is a violent organization, responsible for the assassination of several American military personnel and civilians in the 1970’s (MKO terrorized American consultants in Tehran)

-The US confirms that MEK leadership and members across the world maintain the capacity and will to commit terrorist acts in Europe, the Middle East, the United States, Canada and beyond.

-MEK had been one of the most violent movements opposed to Pahlavi Dynasty and its close relationship to the United States (fighting America was along with their fight against Imperialism and appeasement of communism )

– The US considers MEK’s ideology has gone through several iterations and blends Marxism, Islam and Fenatism.

-The group has launched its world wide champagne against Iranian government leading its terror operations from Iraq and Europe.

-Activity in order to solicit financial and social aid in Europe (Money Laundering)

-MKO has terrorist capacity and cult-like characteristics.( the report has pointed to brainwashing, forced divorces, separating the parents from the children and weekly meetings)

-Maryam Rajavi has established a “Cult of Personality” she claims to be the “Iranian President in Exile”.

-MKO’s hostility against Iran under Saddam Hussein’s sponsorship.

-bombing against central office of Islamic Republic Party and Prime Minister’s office (1981)

-MEK continued to wage its terrorist champagne from its headquarters in Paris (1981-1986)

-Keeping their relationship with Iraqi Regime until 1990.

– The MKO members engagement in Self-immolation due to the arrest of Maryam Rajavi by French counterterrorism Police.(2003)

– MEK received millions of dollars in Oil-For-Food program subsidies from Saddam Hussein (1999-2003)

-Evidences, documents and video on Saddam’s handing over suitcases of money to MKO leaders and video of MEK operatives receiving training from the Iraqi military.

There are a lot of evidences and documents on MKO terrorist nature. Considering all the reasons of MKO’s stay in FTO list one can realize the measure of pursuing MKO’s case and also its terrorist background since its foundation. Therefore, designating MKO as a terrorist organization is not to appease Iran and neither to treat MKO unjustly. The criterion is their black file of violating human right against Iranian and Iraqi people.

]]> The Europe governors, who are going to put impact on their negotiation with the regime of Iran, utilize the Mujahedeen specially Maryam Ghajar who has a black dossier in terms of terrorist actions as the entertainers through the retired political factors.

Whenever the Mujahedeen perform the political projects optionally, they propagandize for some weeks, but in this case there was no advertising.

It is notable that when the political factors became aware about their mistakes, they deported Maryam immediately, but the Mujahedeen who have been completely disgraced tried to issue some peculiar bluffs.

The Mujahedeen have been brought to parliament suddenly and forcefully, so they had no special scenario.

Bluffing is a characteristic of the members of Mujahedeen which has been taught by their leader. Rajavi, who put all his attempts for Saddam in his everlasting lie, now tries to present his content victory and declares that they were able to get to Tehran, but there had been some reasons to avoidance.

During the deporting from France in 1995, Maryam declared that there was no need to do political activities, and they should continue with army activities.

When the Mujahedeen were captured by Americans and lost all their weapons they began to talk about the cease-fire with Americans to prevent their disloyalty.

The other bluffing by Mujahedeen was their backward point of views in spying and acting against the national interests of Iran. They regarded their spying as a kind of duty and a symbol of glory.

During the student movement in Tir 18, 1378 the Mujahedeen represented a funny bluffing. They introduced some unreal names and claimed that they have headed that movement. According to some of the detached members of the Mujahedeen, at first they introduced the names of some of prisoners. Then these prisoners were left in the frontier to be arrested by the regime. In this way, they could claim that they had been active in the Student Movement. What a plenty of crimes!

]]> We should bear in mind that all the mottoes of the council and its commissions are to justify the functions of the Mujahedeen. Its members are the old staff of the Mujahedeen sect. SARVE NAZ CHITSAZ, the leader of the women commission, is one of the members of the Mujahedeen sect who tried to settle the forced divorces against the members.

In 21 Khordad 1385, this commission tried to abuse from the plan of the regime in terms of having the veil for the women in the offices. They declared that they had performed the regulations having to do with the veil perfectly.

It is funny for the sect that even a small hole in hosiery of men is against the order, but the women should confess about their sexual desires in front of men. The women should explain their dreams for the leader everyday.

As the detached members who have been in the sect for two decades, we must explain the major discrepancies between the recent view of the commission and the previous function of the Mujahedeen:

 

1)From 1370, after the fall of the families and forced divorce, the house and the office of men and women were separated completely. The women were settled in desolate places or in castles with tall walls.

2)The Mujahedeen represented a plan that no man and woman allow to sit in front seat of an automobile, even the old one.

3)In 1372, a plan was represented that the women should have a pistol to show their nobility upon the men.

4)Some of the women had a sexual relationship with foreign workers in Ashraf garrison. Doesn’t it show the bad function of the sect about the women?

5)All the marriages were performed according the interests of the sect, which was the organized marriage.

The women commission should find answers to the problems of the women who killed themselves because of forced marriages, or for those whose families were separated from them forcibly.

Finally, we come to this conclusion that the Mujahedeen just wants to continue its parasitic life, so at any period try to use new strategies.

]]> MKO started serving as the fifth column for Saddam Hussein when it was in urgent need for weapons, equipments and money.

Rajavi, the head of MKO, said to Saddam that "we were first in war fronts and fought against you"; however inside the organization he put it this way: "While in war fronts, Mojahedin had a particular goal and since they knew that regime will not give any share to them, Mojahedin were self-containing" (he means that they were gathering weapons and making intelligence contact with Saddam to insurance the future).

This was the first time the MKO felt it needed the support of a foreign country to continue armed strategy; when the MKO experienced the good taste of free weapons and financial support accepted it as a rational strategy.

Regarding the acceptance of being mercenary and unreal justifications given for it, Mojahedin crossed the red lines and there were no longer any obstacles; therefore, the MKO’s leadership entered a project as follows:

 

– several sophisticated MKO units were trained by Iraq’s Estekhbarat (former secret service) and were deployed to Iran; they gave intelligence to Iraq’s artillery and air force. A number of such units were identified and destroyed, including:

a. In Kermanshah, MKO spies had given information on a shelter in Park-e Shirin to Iraqis and had corrected their information while Iraqis bombed the area. This led to the killing of many innocent people. People identified MKO spies and arrested them.

b. In Ilam province, Rajavi’s spies gave information on a radio transmitter to Iraqi air force. They were arrested.

c. Some units of MKO were taking films from Iran war fronts to send for Iraqis. They were arrested at the scene and admitted to their purpose.

d. Mojahedin members established contacts with tribal people living across the border and used their livestock to send intelligence to Iraqi army. In this regard, a number of their teams were identified and arrested in Dehloran, Dasht-e Abbas and South.

e. Several MKO teams working in Dehloran, Saleh Abad, and Kurdistan borders under the supervision of Iraqi intelligence service captured military personnel and even civilians; in most of the cases, they killed the people and asked for money.

f. Mojahedin had fixed stations beside Iraqi headquarters and a team of intelligence officers of MKO were interrogating Iranian prisoners. In this regard, many of MKO members who had criticized the MKO for this issue were later tried by MKO leaders.

The strategy of death, the meeting about death, the design for death, the training and maneuver for death, the political diplomacy at the service of death, terror for death and death for terror and… In fact the word Mujahid has been a synonym for death.

Which system or person is behind this word? It should bear in mind that from the beginning, when this ideology was just an idea, it was produced and started with the idea of revenge.

It is obvious that, deleting a system and substituting a new one by means of death and aggression came to existence by Rajavi as the head of Mujahedeen sect.

The border and borderline of this ideology is death not only for the insiders but also for the observers. It means that the members should consider their death doubtlessly, and to prove the legitimacy of Rajavi they must follow the strategy of death. So, the death exists from the beginning till the end.

Self-burning and death are normal and acceptable by the organization and the members burn themselves very easily without thinking about the reason and the goal of this work.

As a person who spent about 20 years under this ideology, I am sure that in each part of this world where there is a supporting on killing and massacre, this ideology would be raised.

]]> There have been reports on MKO’s unofficials stance on renouncing armed struggle strategy. Some time ago, we also heard news on passivism of non-Mojahed members of NCRI. These sign may be related. We even heard that putting NCRI’s name on terror lists has been intensified. Since the NCRI was the only cover for the MKO, they decided to renounce armed struggle to be able to get out of defensive position.

For 24 years, MKO used terrorism as a means for getting to its political aims. They used it as a strategy that had no alternative. During 24 years, they blocked all other opposition groups; they delayed the victory of opposition group for 10 years by following the line of terror and suppression in Iraq.

Mojahedin, in the years when their armed strategy went to its peak, tried to legitimize armed battle through their non-Mojahed members; this was how they used it to serve their political goals.

Whenever they wanted to prove its strength and power, MKO conducted a series of terrorist operations inside Iran; then, they introduced it as their own popular base. We cherish the ten of December, the anniversary of confirming the Charter of Human Rights.

It is the day of happiness for the black slaves, the downtrodden people of different races, and those who are hungry for freedom.

Many years ago, it seemed to be needed a charter which was being able to make peace all over the world.

In the Charter with thirty matters, it was declared to all government to recognize the human rights, cherish them and try to fulfill their terms. Unfortunately, something else happened. They were the great powers who conquered. The pretended supporters, that are the known dictators, had nothing but war, killing and disturbance.

Nowadays, the human rights are a weapon and a pretext which has been abused by some despotic governors.

In the center of these governments, some groups and organizations had been created, which had sectarian organizations and protected them.

The Mojahedin-e Khalq Organization is one of them which are known by the Iranians. It was an organization which was formed in Iran, and had to leave the country because of armed struggle and protection the terrorism. It took no time, when they went to Saddam’s embrace.

At the top of this sect, it was Rajavi who believed to armed aggression and terrorism. News and information by split members reveals the terrible cases of violating the human rights among this sect.

In order to be more familiar with the black records and the flagrant betrayal of Rajavi and his sect, we are going to point out some cases:

1-To assassinate the American diplomats along with the anti-Imperialist struggles before 1357; to declare the armed struggle with the aim of physical removing of the people; to begin the strategy of blind terror.

2-To hijack along with the extension of terrorist operations and escape from Iran.

3-To contract with regime of BAATH of Iraq.

4- To deceive the Iranian youth, and abroad citizens; and attract them to join the terrorist sect.

5-To deprive the right of freedom, and select the members to have a blindly obedience from Rajavi, who is against the Human Rights’ law.

6-To have a continuous insult to freedom, independence and Islamic ideology of Iranians.

7-To kill thousands of people in military attacks in the frontier between Iran and Iraq.

8-To have a false propaganda, and extent it among Iranian youth.

9-To deceive the Iranian youth, and attract the deceived followers from Iran into Iraq, and then imprison them under a terrible condition.

10-To brainwash the members, and deprive their rights of freedom and rights of reproving.

11-To start a special training to control the members, and amuse them by special teams.

12-To neglect the women rights, and oppress them along with the anti-human aims of Rajavi.

13-To initiate the forced and obligatory wedding until 1991.

14-To declare the ideology of forced divorce.

15-To destroy the base of family, and banish the children through separating them from their parents.

16-To kill the Kurds through the Persian Gulf war, and also massacre the Iraqi Shiites.

17-To bother and torture the unsatisfied members.

18-To get obligation from the members, so that they should never return to their families.

19-To use the label “sexual patients” for those who reject the forced divorces.

20-To challenge with friendly relationships among the members.

21-To have a continuous disagreement with home and family.

22-To declare the obligatory divorce even for those singles who may get married in the future.

23-To deceive Maryam Rajavi, the wife of Mehdi Ibrahim-chi, and marry with her which could be considered as a sectarian trick.

24-To separate between mothers and their children; to forbid the love and kindness between them; to forbid smiling among the members; and to declare that the reflex of sexual ray which may be raised through the natural relationship is against the sect’s law.

25-To forbid any symbols of family such as engagement rings.

26-To force men and women to face each other and declare their great aversions, and then expectorate to each other.

27-To force men and women to cuff each other.

28-To get written obligation, so that they should never leave Iraq.

29-To forbid family visits.

30-To bring the girls (exile children) from foreign countries and force them to get married with members of high layer of the sect, and also with aged members.

31-To imprison the members along with the ideological divorce.

32-To assassinate the characters of members who wished to leave the sect.

33-To change the sets of apartment “H” into horrible prisons; to make barbed wires and tall bulkhead around the Ashraf prisons.

34-To confirm the death sentence for detached members.

35-To confirm the edict of death for families in spring of 1991.

36-To bluff the premature fall of the Islamic regime of Iran, in order to control the members.

37-To exile the infant into European countries, after the collapse of their families.

38-To dissolve the kindergartens and schools in Ashraf prison.

39-To censor the news, so that the members were unaware about the political circumstances of the world.

50-To consider the terrible dictatorial methods in the inner relationships, and flout the minimums of freedom of the members.

51-To abuse the honor emotions of the members, in order to prove the leading of Rajavi.

52-To waste the time of the members through the useless activities (to run errand for Saddam) all day long, in order to keep them busy.

53-To be completed dependent to regime of BATH, and to organize the private army for Saddam.

54-To foray the interests of Iraq under the trade of oil with food.

55-To suicide and doubtful death; to liquidate; to do criminal actions against the detached members.

56-To break the human rights in their terrorist organization, and deceive the new members by constituting the terrorist teams.

57-To extend the policy of reporting from each other; that is to spy.

58-To remove the newspapers, the press and the books of other sects that would be considered as illuminated books.

59-To codify the death rules for those who backbite Rajavi.

60-To forbid any family visits during Saddam’s period, but after Saddam’s fall they allowed them to visit their families to spy them indirectly.

61-To abuse the exiled children to beg from foreign citizens, under the name of gathering financial help, and then expend them in terrorist operations.

62-To play the role of agent provocateur for Saddam during the eight years war between Iran and Iraq, and massacre thousands of Iranian by doing this.

63-To extend the policy of self-burning among the members, and create an awful atmosphere which caused the self-burning of women in Paris.

64-To negate the possessive right for the members, and confiscate all their possessions along the terrorist aims.

65-To torture with cables, and terrible beating, so that they should kneel in front of the pictures of Massoud and Maryam.

66-To torture in football room, in which six persons in two teams of prisoners were being passed while they were being beaten.

67-To take the prisoner in the rifle range and shoot around his body, in order to frighten him.

68-To deceive the Iranians who travel to other countries to seek the job, by some hunting groups belonged to the sect.

69-To send the terrorist teams into European countries to remove the split members from the sect.

70-To create the atmosphere of fear; to menace the split members and beat them.

Now the organization which considers itself as the messenger of peace and freedom has been converted to an awful and anti-human sect through deviation from the principles and rejecting its members’ rights.

The mentioned cases are just a few from the all. Those who want to get more information should research more. Rajavi at the top of a sect has done so many criminal acts by deceiving and capturing the victims.

Now for glorification the charter of the world Human Right we expect the terrorist organization of Mojahedin to be denounced, so that Massoud Rajavi as the leader of the terrorist sect and the accessory of Saddam would be tried.

Speaking on the condition of anonymity due to terrorist threats, this expert stressed: “Iraqi people know well that the illegal acts have nothing to do with Shiites and Iraqi officials. The Iraqi coalition list will win the majority votes and with its victory, the Iraqi people, who have been under torture and pressure of Saddam for years, would be able to get to their rights. Also, Iraqi people will take part in all social-political affairs of their country.”

“There’s no doubt that, as Prime Minister and the President said, those who committed crimes must be punished. However, it’s astonishing that those behind the Abu Ghraib scandal, those who stayed silence despite seeing the crimes against Iraqis, those who have imprisoned and tortured tens of their own dissidents now make noise about the detention of 70 people and try to take advantage of this case for getting to their own goals,” he said.

It should be noted that 70 percent of MKO TV programs have been allocated to Iraq’s internal affairs. MKO interferes in Iraq affairs and still claims that it has not been involved when Saddam was in power.

2. Rajavi’s cult is also spending a lot of energy to extend the presence of Americans in Iraq. For instance, they repeat this claim that Iranian regime will take the control of Iraq in the case that the US retreats from this country. With these stupid claims, they create a kind of legitimacy for the continuation of occupation.

3. Exploiting the criticisms of officials and party leaders towards each other; MKO uses their comments to show that they are working against US interests in Iraq.

4. Spreading baseless propaganda and claiming that some groups and figures have ties to the Iranian regime. They try to engage officials in futile conflicts to take advantage.
