++ Reports from inside the MEK say that Maryam Rajavi has finished extracting signatures from members to promise they will stay with the organisation. A phase is now underway to separate those who did sign from those who refused and will not be taken to the new camp. Some members have already been sent to the new camp which, like Camp Ashraf in Iraq, is isolated and closed. The members are given an ultimatum that ‘if you don’t go to the camp you will no longer be considered a member of the MEK’. [This is not the same as being expelled from the MEK polity, these people will still be under MEK jurisdiction but treated as sympathisers not members.] This is the same situation which pertained to the TIPF in Iraq which ran parallel to Camp Ashraf. The TIPF was created to get rid of people who might ‘infect’ the others with their disaffection and complaints. The TIPF allowed the Americans to remove 800 dissidents from Camp Ashraf and then drip, drip them out to get rid of them. This was so they wouldn’t all leave together and talk publicly as a group. The MEK need this arrangement again because of growing disaffection. The person in charge of making this happen is the former head of the Albanian Intelligence services, Fatos Klosi. He has been placed by the CIA to do this. As a notorious gang leader who has allegedly killed in the past, the government and their officials are afraid of him. He is reportedly putting direct pressure on the Interior Ministry to do his bidding and they can’t say no. The people who report this have said that for MEK members who manage to stay in Tirana and not go to the new camp, even though their life in the short term will be difficult, there is a glimmer of hope that one day they will be able to escape the MEK. But for anyone who goes to the new camp there is no hope. It is not like Camp Ashraf, this is controlled by the CIA and is inaccessible. They will never get out.

++ Guido Fawkes in the UK exposes a British MP who declared that his trip to Paris was “was paid for by an Iranian exile group which has been described as the front organisation for a ‘bizarre cult’. Chesterfield MP Toby Perkins accepted £800 worth of accommodation, meals and transport from the France-based National Council for Resistance (NCRI) in Iran for a two-day trip in July.”

++ Laura Rozen of Al Monitor’s report that several of Steve Bannon’s allies have been removed from the National Security Council indicates (without saying so) that the MEK’s chances of White House sponsorship are severely diminished.

++ Habilian Association writes an article criticising Senator John McCain as “called ‘hawkish’ even by his [own] party”. “McCain has a long record of backing unsavory and vicious people that happen to support regime change or that share his hostility to certain other governments. He was a cheerleader for the KLA during the Kosovo intervention, he was a fan of the rebellion in Libya from the start despite the presence of jihadists in their ranks, and he has been one of the most outspoken advocates of sending weapons to rebels in Syria on the pretense that they were ‘moderates’. In addition to misjudging the ‘moderate’ rebels, McCain has been a leading advocate for a policy that has sent weapons into Syria when they have been seized by Jabhat al-Nusra or ISIS. Those are just the most obvious examples of McCain’s terrible judgment. McCain doesn’t discriminate when it comes to choosing allies of convenience in pursuing unwise and reckless goals, so it was probably just a matter of time before he started associating with the MEK.” The article then describes McCain’s relations with the MEK and links this with an unprecedented move by a 23-member bi-partisan group of senior former US officials who “signed a critical letter and delivered it to President Donald Trump. The letter suggested new policy options regarding the Islamic Republic of Iran and the need for the US to open up a meaningful channel of communication with the Iranian opposition, namely the coalition, National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI).”

++ Nejat Society says that the North Korea/America stand-off reminds us that the MEK was founded on an intensely anti-American platform. The group went on to murder several Americans. “However, American supporters of the MKO rarely mention the group’s violent and anti-American past, and portray the group not as terrorists but as freedom fighters with values just like them, as republicans and warmongers of Trump administration are ready to serve as vanguards of regime-change in Iran. In addition, some of them acknowledge that they know little about the group before they were invited to its events or to their trips to France or Albania but the fee the MKO pays them is good enough to forget or ignore the entire anti-American and violent background of the group.

“Definitely, American friends of Maryam Rajavi should be concerned about her as if they are concerned about Kim Jong Un. Camps of the MKO are run by an authoritarian cult-like system very similar to the one ruling North Korea. MKO members just like North Koreans are ‘raised to be soldiers’ with the sole purpose of serving their great leader.”

++ In an interview with Habilian Association, Dr Seyed Hossein Mousavian spoke of the MEK’s nature as a terrorist cult. After describing the erroneous thinking of real and potential patrons of the MEK among anti-Iran elements, Mousavian concludes that “France is playing a hypocritical and destabilizing game by hosting the MEK, a group that has no place in any democratic or civilized society. If France wants to signal to Iran that it is serious about its intention to improve its political and economic relations with Iran, it must stop allowing the group to operate on French soil.”

++ An article by Belen Fernandez in Middle East Eye ‘Does Albania have an America problem?’ describes the problems for the country as a client state of America. The MEK is apparently just one of the many destabilising problems foisted on the country by the USA.

first of all, we would like to inform you that the Iran-Ghalam club consist of the former members, critics, and specialists in Rajavi cult’s affairs with more than 20 years record of service in People’s Mojahedin Organization who had separated from this organization because of criticism which they had to its violent and terrorist strategy and its cultish structure begotten by Massoud and Maryam Rajavi, and now we are living in Europe and we are active in humanitarian affairs.

We declare our gratitude and sincere congratulation regarding to non-participation of you gentlemen Robert Ford and Daniel Benjamin in subcommittee session of congress which was convened on 29-April-2015 with participation of Mrs. Maryam Rajavi the leader of Rajavi cult through video-conference for testifying about Daesh or the Islamic State.

Your participation, as the former officials of the US state department who have enough recognition of international relations and the terrorist infrastructure of PMOI, in the same panel with Mrs. Maryam Rajavi to testify about the bloodthirsty and slayer group of Daesh, was going to fortify the terrorism and violence in the Middle-East. We should ask other participants in that panel with Mrs. Maryam Rajavi that how is the participation of leader of a terrorist organization in this panel who has led more than 100 terrorist operations can help to reduce violence and terrorism begotten by Daesh and Islamic State?

Mr. Robert Ford by asking a question that what do Mojahedin know about Daesh? and Mr. Daniel Benjamin former coordinator of counterterrorism section in US State-department in an Email to the News-Website , Al Monitor wrote, no one seriously can deny that the hands of Mojahedin is smeared with blood of Americans . Not only they participated in killing of military and non-military personnel of USA in Iran and participation in seizure of American embassy in Teheran and serving as a strike-force for Saddam Hussein but also they have dictatorial attitude and behavior against their members.

Mr. Daniel Benjamin, invitation of Maryam Rajavi by the head of the subcommittee, called shameful and reiterated and emphasized that this organization will not do any good in our discussion.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi who was invited for this session in the subcommittee of fighting with terrorism by Ted Poe the republican representative from the state of Texas to give her speech about Daesh through video-conference from Paris.

Mrs. Rajavi in her speech for fighting against fundamentalism and terrorism indicated to 7 topics as follows:

1) Expel the Quds Force from Iraq and end the Iranian regime’s influence in that country;

2) Enable full participation of Sunnis in power sharing and arm Sunni tribes to provide security for their communities;

3) Assist Syria’s moderate opposition and people to end Assad’s regime and establish democracy in that country;

4) Recognize the Iranian people’s aspirations to overthrow the mullahs and end inaction vis-à-vis the gross human rights violations in Iran.

5) Provide protection for, and uphold the rights of members of Iran’s organized opposition, the MEK, residing in Camp Liberty in Iraq.

6) Empower the true, democratic and tolerant Islam to counter fundamentalist interpretations of this religion; and

7) Block all pathways for the Iranian regime to acquire nuclear weapons.

Gentlemen Robert Ford and Daniel Benjamin,

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi in her speech did not mention anything about Daesh and its leader , leadership, forces and severe breach of human rights which happens wherever Daesh goes specially about women , why did not she?!!

We ask you, which organization is responsible for the connection between the remnants of Saddam Hussein’s government and daesh in Iraq? with no doubt , one of its financial and logistical nets is PMOI(MKO, Rajavi cult). If is not, why Maryam Rajavi insists on staying in Iraq?!!

what is the connection between providing security and taking their arms back, which has been requested by Mrs. Maryam Rajavi , and finding solution to eliminate Islamic State or Daesh in Iraq? It’s irrelevant!!

Our question as the former members of this dangerous and vicious cult from this subcommittee regarding to invitation of Mrs. Maryam Rajavi is that inviting the leader of Rajavi cult which till 3 years ago was in the terrorist black list of the US state-department

it has cultish internal relations and it does not tolerate even the smallest criticism to its cult and it threatens or lure the person who dare to criticize or beat him/her up .

the cult which in terrorist-operation of 9/11 on US soil called it as a revolutionary act and called all those terrorists from al-Qaeda who planned and carried out the operation as martyrs and for the massacre of more than 3000 innocent American men and women who lost their lives , threw party and celebrated in its garrisons in Iraq.

The cult which calls its members’ families as agent, spy, special force (commando), and slayer and ….etc !!!!And in this regard it does not allow its members to have even 5 minutes of meeting with their families and loved ones.

With all those facts mentioned above, can you count on the leader of a terrorist cult as specialist and expert in subcommittee of US congress to solve the Daesh and Islamic State phenomenon?!!!!!

Why such a cult with lots of money and resources and diversity of lobbies throughout the world has not done anything in replacing its forces, more than 2500 men and women who are stranded and stuck in Iraq, from Iraq to a safer place to save them from Daesh bloodthirsty group?

Do they really care about the life of those 2500 men and women or they prefer those 2500 men and women be sacrificed so they can take political advantage of their sacrifice in Iraq!? Really, with all these facts can she and her cult be part of the solution regarding terrorism and Daesh phenomenon when she was calling those savages and man-eaters as revolutionary nomads and popular revolutionary forces?!! Is not it shameful??

We, as victims of this violent and bloodthirsty cult, condemn inviting such person, who does not believe in democracy and freedom, in subcommittee of US congress. Non participation of you gentlemen in the same panel with the leader of this cult in US congress is sincerely and truly welcomed.

Maryam Rajavi in the end of her speech quoted from George Washington and said, the harder the conflict the greater the triumph,

Well we believe so, but when it happens that, all forces who are participating in the war against their enemy such Daesh, are pure and they do not have the same gender as daesh. Massoud Rajavi calls himself as a spiritual leader of mojahedin and muslims while Abobakr Al- baghdadi also calls himself as khalifeh or the spiritual leader of muslims and Daesh’s mojahedin. both of them call themselves the permanent religious leader and they believe that their orders are the god’s will and disobeying their orders mean hell , destruction, and death!

Quoting from George Washington from the leader of a cult who has a dark history and record in terrorism in subcommittee of US congress is very shameful.

You have recently closed the Money Iaundering file of the Rajavi Cult which had been running for eleven years. In this respect Iranian Pen Club ( Kanone Iran Ghalam) which consists of the dissident ex-cadres of the Mujahidin e Khalg, some with more than 20 years background in the Mujahidin Cult, and are human rights activists in Europe, would like to raise a few important issues with your Honors.

With regards to the quotes from you and the French judiciary in the Maryam Rajavi’s speech, we believe that if the quotes are true, a great historic mistake has taken place by closing her file. This is because the Mujahidin have been transformed from a so called revolutionary-political organization to a dangerous Cult by Masoud and Maryam Rajavi in the recent years. But this new face is hidden so while they are at reach in the west by the law, can proceed with their ominous activities to reach their political and military goals. This is why giving them an open hand in Europe is a very dangerous decision, and we hope you will realize it.

No doubt, you and the French Government will in the future realize what a Mafia like Cult has been let loose in the heart of France. We are sure you are aware that Maryam Rajavi is busy buying Villas and apartments in and around the small town she resides, so she can transfer the area to her new barrack. Your decision to close their file will send them a strong signal in this regards. We believe that France and the world will in the future face the same problem that the Iraqi Government is now facing in displacing them from Iraq.

We would like to express our serious concern with reminding you a few more facts about them.

1- Mujahidin Cult are ideological twins of the ISIS and Al Qaeda, but much more dangerous and complicated than them. They have been easily deceiving the West about their beliefs and pretend to be democratic, freedom loving and supporter of the Human Rights, but the reality is rather the opposite. One example is, ordered Self-immolations in center of Paris and elsewhere by them when Maryam Rajavi was arrested. Don’t you think this what ISIS and Al Qaeda now practicing around the world to reach their goals?

Where does this extent of brutality originate from?

Those who can order or inflict such brutality to their members or to themselves can easily behead others, as the world is now witnessing.

2- Their severe abuse of human rights has been committed in their medieval cult like organizational relationship which has been condemned by the international bodies such as Human Rights Watch, while Mujahidin pose as Democratic and freedom loving in the international gatherings and seminars. How would you assess forced divorces, suppression and depression and censorship inside them or use of teenager in military and terrorist operations, or prevention of families from meeting their loved ones in the Cult for decades?

3- Whilst Maryam Rajavi has been elected lifetime president of Iran, they claim to be anti-thesis of fundamentalism. In practice they support the terrorist groups such as Free Army of Syria operating in Syria and call them freedom fighters. Also in Iraq, they support DAESH (ISIS) and brand them the revolutionary people of Iraq.

4- From our point of view all the terrorist groups are alike and there are no good terrorists. But branding the Mujahidin as good terrorist is a fatal mistake, which the consequence is introduction of deadlier terrorists than Al Qaeda and ISIS to world and the region.

5- They also celebrate the anniversary of their start of terrorist operations in Paris while they claim to be against violence and terror. Their emblem consists of a weapon meaning they ideologically believe in violence to achieve their goals. We know they are only waiting for a chance to take up arms and spread Caliphate rule around the world.

MEK Cult interference in internal Iraqi affairs is condemned

According to the Iraq’s Independent Election Commission of 22 million Iraqis eligible to vote 62% participated in the elections and the State of the Law coalition led by Mr. Nuri al-Maleki emerged victorious in this crucial election, the first to take place after US troops withdrawal from the country.

Meanwhile, the propaganda apparatus of Rajavi’s Cult did everything possible to derail the process of the elections and carried out a campaign of character assassination against Mr. al-Maleki and other Iraqi officials. The MEK/PMOI had planned to affect the outcome of the election by sponsoring and supporting terrorist groups in Iraq and at the same time publishing letters and articles by its hired pen-agents such as Safi al-Yaseri and Sarmad Abdulkarim.

Despite MEK/PMOI’s intervention on one hand and terrorist crimes of radical groups on the other, the Iraqi people overwhelmingly took part in the election, which we believe is a great victory for the suffering people of Iraq and we congratulate them sincerely.

At a time when the Iraqi Nation makes its first steps towards democracy, the Rajavi Cult spends enormous amount of funds by organizing an aggressive campaign to distort the vital outcome of this election. MEK has also utilized its employees such as Stevenson and Rudi Juliani to carry out directed propaganda against the elected representative of Iraqis. These activities show clearly MEK/PMOI’s interference in the internal affairs of Iraq, which do not comply with any legal or ethical standards.

It is in fact due to this kind of meddling in Iraq that MEK has been coming under gross and growing opposition and pressure from Iraqi groups, some of which have resulted in terrorist attacks against the defenseless members of MEK carried out by radical groups in Iraq. Indeed, the MEK leadership is the one totally responsible for what has happened because of his catastrophic miscalculations and decision making, and more specifically his continuous interference in Iraq.

The Iran Pen Association congratulates the people, prime minister and government of Iraq and wishes Iraq peace, stability and tranquility. We condemn the interventionist and divisive policies of MEK/PMOI and demand the leadership of MEK Cult, Mr. Massoud Rajavi and Mrs. Maryam Rajavi , that instead of plotting such desperate attempts and insisting on remaining in Iraq at any cost and victimizing the captive members in your Cult; try for once to be rational and stop persisting on your gross blunders and transfer these victims from Iraq.

In a brave and humanitarian move, the Swedish Parliament passed a resolution on 5 December, 2012 acknowledging the massacre of Kurdish people. We as members of the Iran Pen Association salute this decision by the Swedish Parliamentarians and ask you to set up further investigations and research into the disastrous killings of Kurds, so that more people around the world would learn and realize how badly the Kurds have suffered under tyranny and therefore; similar atrocities against them in future could be prevented.

Among the ruling regimes in the Region which have suppressed the Kurdish people, the Iraq’s ousted dictator Saddam Hussein had committed the most savage crimes. Especially, by the chemical bombardment of the town of Halabche and later by attacking the Kurds with heavy weapons and artillery, tanks and missiles when they rose up against Saddam’s despotic rule at the end of the Kuwait War. In fact, it was in this very brutal war against the Kurds that Saddam Hussein used the Iranian group of PMOI/MEK armed forces to savagely suppress the Kurds’ uprising and widespread massacres followed.

We, the writers of this letter, are from Iran Pen Association in Europe that consists of defectors from this Iranian group PMOI/MEK led by Masoud Rajavi. Our activities include Human Rights promotion and helping Iranian refugees. The majority of us have each spent more than twenty years inside Rajavi’s cult in Iraq and each one of us is a living witness and has abundant experience and knowledge of the PMOI/MEK leadership (Masoud and Maryam Rajavi), its cult nature, terrorist activities and its rule of terror, deceit and humiliation inside the Organization and also its grave involvement in massacre of Iraqi Kurds. After the brutal suppression of the Kurds, Masoud Rajavi told his followers in a meeting in Iraq that Saddam’s deputy, Ezat Ibrahim, had personally hailed and thanked him for the killing of the Kurds and putting down their uprising. Furthermore, in video tapes discovered of meetings between Masoud Rajavi and General Haboush (the chief of Saddam’s secret Inteligence Service), Haboush thanked Rajavi for suppressing the Kurds and told Rajavi that he was then considered as a member of Saddam’s Baath Party leadership. In those days of waging war against the Iraqi Kurds, Maryam Rajavi ordered the PMOI/MEK armed forces to “run over the Kurds by tanks”.

The truth and reality is that due to the religious-cult nature of the PMOI/MEK, the extent and depth of its crimes in and outside the Cult, including its involvement in bloody massacre of Kurds; has still mainly remained uncovered and untold. Therefore; in order to shed light on Rajavi’s involvement in killings of the Kurds in Iraq during Saddam’s era, we are ready and willing to provide you with witnesses and documentation for this cause.

Rajavi’s treacherous role as Sadam Hussain’s fifth column during Iraq’s war against Iran is very much detested by Iranians and his recent efforts to buy support and gain aids from some Western politicians is widely seen as his new attempts to offer mercenary services.

– In a recent analytical book by the French Senator Ms. Nathalie Goulet, titled “ the PMOI: a cult in the heart of France” (L’OMPI: au Coeur de la Republique); she begins by warning the French senators and members of the French Parliament about this cult. While objecting at suspicious relations of some French figures with the PMOI, Senator Goulet questions these figures and French Government: “How is that an organization having all the characteristics of a cut in France, is recognized as a political organization or party?” and that “In the light of democratic values, is any group which claims that is against a dictatorship can be recognized as a democratic organization or party?” The Senator concludes: “With regards to the PMOI background it is hard to believe that an organization which still suffers from all the pains and illnesses of a totalitarian group has changed into a democratic organization. Illnesses such as personality cult, terrorist activities, hidden financial resources, utilizing lies, deceit, threats to discredit the characters of the citizens.”

– Iranian and non-Iranian writers and researchers have so far published numerous revealing books and articles about the dark and hideous aspects of Rajavi’s cult. The Human Rights Watch report and RAND’s analysis have described some shocking facts about the suppression of the members and cadres of PMOI in its various garrisons in Iraq.

– Rajavi’s “divine” personality cult and his totalitarian and absolute rule are extremely dangerous for any society in the 21st century. He uses any immoral and inhuman means in order to get to power. When the widespread demonstration of the “Green Movement” swept Iranian cities, in a message to his followers at Camp Ashraf, Rajavi said that if the Green Movement succeeded and the reformists were to come to power in Iran; then the PMOI armed forces would topple such a reformist government, using the “model” of Lenin’s armed uprising against the Kerensky Government in Russia and grasping the power. Furthermore, Rajavi’s continuous enmity against all the Iranian figures and parties (inside and outside Iran) that oppose the Islamic Republic regime is yet another undeniable sign of Rajavis’ totalitarian doctrine and attitude. Therefore; when Maryam Rajavi compares her totalitarian cult with the pluralist and widespread Syrian Coalition against Bashar Assad, she yet again utilizes gross deceit and lies to cover up her organization’s hideous nature.

– In order to realize just how corrupt the PMOI leadership is, you should know that for more than 40 years Masoud Rajavi has been the absolute and unquestionable leader of this cult and he states that he is only accountable to God. At the same time for nearly 20 years Maryam Rajavi has been named as the “president” of Iran by Rajavi’s cover up entity, the NCRI. Her almost 20 year “presidency” reminds one of long life dictatorial presidents in the Middle East such as Saddam Hussain of Iraq, Gadhafi of Libya, Hosni Mubarak of Egypt, Ben Ali of Tunisia, Hafez and Bashar Assad of Syria.

The truth and reality is that due to the religious-cult nature of the PMOI/MEK, any support given to it by French politicians will have far more disastrous implications than USA’s backing of Osama Bin Laden in Afghanistan during the Russian invasion of that country. Therefore, we believe that if the West in general and France in particular want to be on the side of the Iranian people and their desire for freedom and democracy, then the western politicians should really distance themselves from PMOI/MEK which is based upon a religious and totalitarian cult. We, as the direct victims of this cult; object to any warn against any support for PMOI.

Dear Mr. President,

We are from Iran Pen Association in Europe that consists of defectors from the Iranian group MEK which was just until recently in the US State Department FTO list. The majority of us have each spent more than twenty years inside the MEK and each one of us has abundant experience and knowledge of the MEK leadership, its cult nature and terrorist activities.
We believe that your administration has made a grave mistake by delisting the MEK and due to the terrorist nature of this group; the consequences of this decision will in near future harm many people, including US citizens.

Let us ask you of the whereabouts of MEK leader, Massoud Rajavi. Is he hiding under US Administration’s support?

The information and evidence given by the MEK defectors in recent years together with the views of analysts close to US administration suggest that by hiding and helping Massoud Rajavi in order to tame the MEK and utilize it as a tool; the US Government generates a terrible image of itself amongst the Iranian people and opposition groups. The Iranian opposition parties and personalities consider the MEK and its leadership as an authoritarian and religious cult which is light years away from the basic values of democracy. Therefore, the US Government support of the MEK and Rajavi ruins any reputation of your administration. Please note that many of the MEK defectors have legal cases against Massoud Rajavi for which he has to be brought to justice in any international court.

The reasons why we believe delisting this terrorist cult is a grave mistake by the US Administration, include:

1. The MEK has never put aside aggression and armed struggle. The MEK and its leadership has not officially and publicly announced that it is rejecting aggression and armed conflict and has never criticized its past and recent acts of terror. Indeed, every year the MEK celebrates the start of its terror campaign. In many European countries and in France specifically, by orders sent out by Maryam Rajavi; legally held meetings and gatherings of the MEK’s opponents are attacked by MEK members carrying sticks and bats, injuring peaceful protestors.

2. Rajavi has said many times that the MEK will regain all its weapons and bases it had to give up by the force imposed by the US Army. He is hoping he will have the arms and strategic barracks like Ashraf back and start his terrorist activities again.

3. Before the downfall of the Iraqi dictator, Saddam Hussein, Massoud and Maraym Rajavi had always their "anti-Imperialist" slogans and in every morning parade and training, the MEK forces had to sing MEK composed anti US songs such as: "Yanki go home or your blood will be spilt" or "the battle against America". On September 11, 2001 when US came under Ben Laden’s terrorist attacks and the twin towers in New York were destroyed, leaving many of your compatriots dead, wounded, shocked and in tears; MEK Camp in Iraq was the only place in the world that Massoud Rajavi ordered celebrations and festivities. On that very day during one of his general gatherings, the horrific scenes of ruins and explosions were repeatedly shown many times while Rajavi rejoiced saying: "this (attack) is done by the reactionary Islam, just wait and see when the Revolutionary Islam and the Organization (MEK) set out to do its job"!

4. A python never gives birth to a dove. So, how can MEK with its cult leadership and structure all of a sudden change its course over a night? The MEK was founded with the aim of fighting what it called US Imperialism and the Imperialist paper tiger. Then, on the eve of Saddam Hussein’s downfall by US, Rajavi ordered all anti US documents, books, films, songs and archives be wiped and burnt and then set out his new policy saying the MEK should tactically show it is moving in parallel to US policy.

5. When the MEK was designated a foreign terrorist organization in President Clinton administration, Rajavi used to wear his military uniform and colt gun in the MEK general gathering , calling for an all-out war against USA, saying he is the iron fist against US. This was due to the fact that he had Saddam Hussein’s support by means of funds, weapons and several bases and barracks in locations in Iraq. But nowadays he has been forced to take off his military uniform and his forces at the transit camp in Baghdad await possible acceptance as refugees by other countries. Thus, Rajavi is now on his knees and begging you to save himself from the quagmire in Iraq.

6. MEK has no tolerance whatsoever to the slightest criticism from inside or outside. Inside the cult and under Rajavi’s absolute rule, any disagreement or opposition has always been ruthlessly suppressed by imprisonment, torture and execution. The members have no basic human rights and are cut off from the outside world. They have no access to radio or TV stations, no access to any means of communications. The members have been denied even the very basic right of contacting or meeting their families and Rajavi has branded the families as mercenaries and does not allow any contacts. So has such an entity with such a leadership exercising these gross violations really changed into a decent political group? Is it not naïve to think or suggest that the MEK has distanced itself from its dark and bloody history, while there is not any statement from its leader regretting its past?

7. Frankly speaking, because of the problematic nature of MEK, you cannot use it as a card, let alone a winning card. We believe you are betting not on a losing horse, but a dead horse. The MEK is on the verge of collapse and suffers from:
– Lack of legitimacy in the Iranian society and is much hatred by the Iranian people due to its joining Saddam Hussein’s war against Iran. MEK has no roots amongst Iranians.
– Lack of political legitimacy among Iranian opposition groups inside and outside Iran because of MEK’s terrorist activities and its leader’s personality cult.
– Being tools of other countries, like Saddam’s Iraq and some others, leaving it isolated and much detested by the people of Iran.
– MEK and its leader still believe in armed terrorist activities and savage means to reach its goals, while history shows the time of such bloody and brutal means has long expired.
– MEK’s leadership is incapable of understanding and analyzing the socio-political situation in Iran.

Based on the above mentioned reasons, we believe that your decision to delist MEK has no political justification and is irrational, lacking sufficient knowledge and insight into this cult. In our view this decision is bound to fail and it cannot help to democratize a terrorist organization which is ruled by the Rajavis’ personality cult.
Therefore, and with all respects, we ask you to revise this decision.

Open letter of the Iran Pen Club to the honorable and distinguished Chief Executive officer and Chairman of the Washington Post Company Mr. Donald E. Graham

According to the confession of the People’s Mujahedin Organization, in their record they have had thousands of terrorist operations.

Fortunately, we got informed that the Washington Post newspaper in an enlightened article written by Mrs. Julie Jowwarrick Tate on 6 of July 2012, a small portion of the reality and the content of people’s mujahedin organization has been reflected and revealed and in a very suitable and understandable way has dissected this stream which it shows your goodwill in the valid and accurate informing of the US public opinion .

We would like to appreciate you and your colleague because of the article written in your newspaper and also we would like to inform you that unfortunately the real content and essence of the people’s mujahedin organization with 40 years of terroristic record is still unknown for the US public opinion even though your experts and professionals in terroristic and cultic affaires know that the colonel Hawkins and other US military and non military citizens were assassinated and killed by the people’s mujahedin organization , but it seems that it is not enough because in the people’s mujahedin organization’ record, there has been thousands of terrorist operations registered according to their own confession.

The honorable author of the Washington Post has mentioned in their article that “this cult has not carried out and launched any terrorist operation since 2001…….” we would like to emphasize that if they have not carried out any terrorist operation since 2001 is not because they are remorseful of the violence and violent deeds for indoctrination of their political views, it is because the presence of USA on Iraq soil and the forcible disarmament of this stream.

Surly , you accept this fact that in a realistic recognition , we should distinguish between the Irish liberation army, which deliberately and by criticizing its past dismantled and disarmed itself and by public declaration began its political activities, with the people’s mujahedin organization which was disarmed forcibly consequently they could not continue their terrorist missions because of the lack of the arms and ammunition, furthermore the people’s mujahedin organization has not declared its renunciation of the arm struggle for gaining the political power by showing any evidence and document and they have not denounced it yet. A number of the former members of people’s mujahedin organization have confessed that Massoud Rajavi and his military commanders are continuing the programming , renovating , editing and codification of the strategy of the arm struggle in theory and practice in their internal sessions and for this reason there is still the symbol of the arm on the pmoi emblem as the symbol of the arm struggle and violence.

This religious cult is trying its best to delist itself by all means from the US state department’s terrorist list by deceiving the US public opinion and US political operatives and decision makers but we should pay more attention to the potential danger of this organization and its leader , Massoud Rajavi, and we should warn the global society in advance about the danger of this organization born in Middle East , unpopular and despised among Iranian communities either in or out of Iran with the obsessions of gaining power in any way possible.

There is no doubt that the authors and the reporters and article writers in the credible newspaper like Washington Post which by endeavor in recognition of the phenomena and the dangers and the problems of the society , are the vigilant and wakeful eyes of the US society to warn their own people in advance. We as the great portion of the separated and freed members of this dangerous religious cult who are residing in Europe and Germany. in the form of an association, we continue our enlightened activities and we would like to share our experiences as well as our recognition of this dangerous religious cult which is gained during 20 years of living and working in this cult , with you in face to face meetings , by mail , or by telephone to promote and increase your knowledge and recognition of this cult . in this regard we attach some documents and books in this letter to richen and deepen your recognition of such dangerous religious cult.

According to the news which has been received from Iranian refugee camps in Europe, we got informed that people’s mujahedin organization intends on 23 of June ,2012 to organize a ceremony in the Villepinte Village in France. For informing the public opinion we draw your attention to the following subjects:

1. According to the organizing of this ceremony in 30 Khordad ( 23 June) which is the anniversary of the beginning of the huge explosions and blind terrors in Iran , proves that the leaders of pmoi ,Massoud Rajavi as the leader of National Council of Resistance (NCR) and Maryam Ghajar Azdanlo as the third wife of Massoud Rajavi and forcible and imposed president of this council (NCR) in Paris , support the blind terrors as well as the suicide operation in 1981 in Iran which caused panic and public fear and this flow falsely claims through its lawyers in the law courts that they have rejected the arm struggle.

2. The people’s mujahedin organization for deceiving the public opinion and for organizing this ceremony utilize the non Iranian people by paying their transportation fee as well as 3 days trip in Paris with hotel and …………etc , tries its best to show their sham popularity among Iranian people by the presence of those non Iranian people in this ceremony in Villepinte in France. This method has been used many times by this organization in the past and fortunately this fake method has been revealed by news agencies .

3. In circumstances that pmoi with its presence on Iraqi soil as the enemy of Iranian people and as Saddam Hussein’s Persian language mercenaries has been known and recognized since 30 years ago and as the fifth column of Saddam Hussein Army , they have killed many Iranian soldiers and people ,and as a result of that they are very unpopular among Iranian people.

4. This organization tries its best in this ceremony to pay 100000 dollars just for 10 minute speech to draw the attention of the retired politicians to support pmoi and they utilize this method to deceive the public opinion .

5. According to the recent statement of an American responsible official ,Mr. Henry Wooster Deputy Director of the Office of Iranian Affairs in the US state department ,about pmoi terrorist group ¨ ……… one of the problems which we have with mujahedin khalgh (PMOI) is that in our opinion they can not be as a representative of a democratic reformist movement in Iran……….¨ it seems that making supporting policies with the price of dollar has been defeated heavily and this issue has begotten a severe passivity in pmoi leadership and their hopes for going forward in gaining the supporting policies of US has failed .

6. According to the facts mentioned above , we would like to inform you respectfully that in confronting with the representatives of this espionage organization (pmoi) you should be very careful not to involve yourself in their policies which work like trap and ambush. They are not a democratic alternative for the future of Iran and any support of this organization is condemned and rejected by Iranian people .

The Iran pen club comprises of the victims and deceived people from this violent and dangerous religious cult , according to its humanitarian policies submit this letter to you and surely we declare that we are ready to inform you about this organization and also we declare that we are ready to participate in face to face meeting with you with credible documents to inform you more about the real essence and the content of mujahedin’s cult .

your confirmation regarding not to accept and recognize the pmoi( People’s Mujahedin Organization of Iran) as a terrorist organization after the French government just and truth objection and appeal , there is no doubt that it is a very big juridical mistake and it seems that the European supreme court which the justice has been designated as its name , has trampled the name of justice in this case, and Iranian people will not forgive your mistake which it seems that is a political matter. Our reasons are as follows:

1. This organization( pmoi) from the beginning of its foundation has utilized the behavior of arm struggle as the main tool to gain the political power and since the Shah’s time , this organization has insisted on this behavior .

2. This organization, according to their own confirmation is the first organization which organized the suicide missions in the middle east and carried out those missions in Iran, the missions which became as pattern and sample for the terrorist organizations such as Al Qaida in Afghanistan and the other violent organizations in the middle east.

3. The pmoi by its leadership ,Massoud Rajavi in Iraq and Maryam Rajavi in Paris had begun its mortar attacks inside Iranian cities in 1987 ( 1376) which is the biggest and the most undeniable document and proof of their violent behavior against the ordinary Iranian residents , and they can not hide or deny any of those attacks as a result of tens of vital documents and proofs which are available.

4. The pmoi and its leadership in Iraq and in Paris has not declared yet officially and in any place by showing a reliable and clear document that they have set aside and abandon the arm struggle . the Iranian people’s mind and memory can not be fooled by the deceit and political play of the juridical authorities in Europe and by their deliberately evaluation of the Iranian as ignorant people which specially and practically the European supreme court of justice has done it in this case.

5. The symbol of arm and submachine gun as logo in their emblem since 40 years ago shows their violent thoughts and behavior which has not been changed yet.

Unfortunately you have reconfirmed the delisting of this organization( with the traits mentioned above) from the European union terrorist list and the Iranian people think that in any violent activity which this organization may implement perpetrate in future , the European supreme court of justice should see its share and role in it and they should sense its heavy burden on their conscience and this fact is not far from the Iranian people’s expectations.

As you know well that the Basque combatants in Spain recently according to an official statement declared their renunciation and abdication from terrorism and violence as a tool for gaining identity and political power and they declared it officially and openly and Spanish people and politicians will reevaluate the Basque combatants after their declaration.

During past years the Irish Liberation army also has chosen the political struggle as the main solution for reaching to its political objectives and as a result of that they disbanded their military wing. Today’s world move forward far from using political violence , and using sword and arm for exertion and indoctrination of the thoughts and beliefs on the people in the space era and 21 century is completely out of question .

Honorable European supreme court of justice

If you as an important authority and justice seeker on the European soil has closed your eyes on pmoi terrorist activities and their mistakes , according to your heavy humane responsibilities ask this organization that if they truly believe in denunciation and banishment of the arm struggle as the main tool for compelling and the exertion of their political beliefs and also if they have abandoned the arm struggle for ever and like the civilized people throughout the world have accepted the political solutions to express their thoughts and beliefs and they are practically committed to it , they should declare it officially and openly for Iranian people and the people throughout the world and you should ask this organization to declare this transformation by an official statement . otherwise you should accept that you have been deceived by their false policies and their hired lawyers but their movement and activities are under vigilant Iranian people surveillance and they will not be deceived.

The bitter truth is that before of all the Iranian people have been paying the price of the terrorism and the institutionalized violence in mujahedin’s terrorist cult and this fact has begotten an irrecoverable and irreparable losses on Iran democracy path.
