With respect,

We have been informed that you have travelled to Albania intending to meet with Maryam Rajavi the wife of Massoud Rajavi, leader of the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation (aka MEK, NCRI). We have also discovered that, in an interview with Albanian media and to the question of the reporter about your views about the Mojahedin <img alt=""src="https://st.nejatngo.org/Image/Politician/UN/Ahmad_Shaheed.jpg"style="width: 400px; height: 212px; margin: 10px; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid; float: right;"/>Khalq (Rajavi cult), you have responded: “I have not yet met them [MEK] but I have heard they don’t have any problems in Albania”.

Dear Dr Shaheed,

We are a group of ex-members of the MEK in Albania who are residing in Tirana. We have all sorts of problems caused by the group. We are amazed that a person like you has not heard about all these problems here.

How can you accept that a political refugee in Albania instead of receiving his/her benefits (housing, payment, medical care, etc.) from the UNHCR and the local authorities and national government of Albania, is forced to get it as a hand-out from the leadership of the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation? And how is it not obvious to you that the MEK uses this arrangement to take all sorts of advantages whether political, social, personal and even extending it to the misuse of our families?

Why don’t you and the UNHCR arrange a situation so that the ex-members and members alike could receive their benefits directly from the UNHCR according to the UN’s own clear laws? Don’t you think that the refusal of the UNHCR office in Tirana to apply the UN laws and the help it gives to the MEK to put pressure on the ex-members and members alike is a breach of UN laws pertaining to refugees and their fundamental human rights?

Don’t you think it would be better that you, instead of only arranging to meet with Maryam Rajavi, would also perhaps visit a few of the ex-members trapped in Tirana? Or even visit a few members inside the Mojahedin Khalq and have private conversations with them without the presence of MEK minders?

Dr Shaheed,

Unfortunately, Iran over the past years has been the main beneficiary of your clandestine and deeply suspicious and corrupt relationship with the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation and its criminal leaders. And unfortunately you alongside the MEK have been the biggest obstacle in pushing forward the issue of human rights in Iran.

Your honor, are you aware of the violation of Human Rights in this Cult like Organization?

Amongst them:

-Prevention of the members from outside world even their children and families.

-Military use of the children.

-Suppression of the dissident members, imprisonment, torture, and killing them at the time of Sadam Hossein the late Iraqi dictator.

-Force divorcing the members from their spouse and separating the children from their parents.

-Running systematic mind manipulation and inquisition sessions, against the members.

Your honor

At the end we would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to your honor and thank you again for all your humanitarian activities.

With best regards

Dear Mr. Kubiš

I need to offer some clarifications in regards with the letter my son, Mohammad Reza Iranpur, to you, which was <img alt=""src="https://st.nejatngo.org/Image/Persons/Fa_Mem/Iranpur/Iranpur_Family.jpg"style="width: 400px; height: 212px; margin: 10px; float: right;"/>published in Iran Probe website (www.iran-efshagari.com), belonging to People’s Mujahedin of Iran (Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization (MEK)), on June 17, 2016.

We, the members of Iranpur family, have been deprived from visiting our two sons, Mohammad Reza and Ahmad Reza, and our repeated requests to international organizations and also the Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization for visiting them have remained unanswered. Now, after our recent three trips to Iraq and appearance in from of Camp Liberty in this year, Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization has published a letter attributed to my elder son, Mohammad Reza. However, considering the way we know our child and also the testimony of several people who have been freed from Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization and their claims of duress mental and physical pressures on people living in Camp Liberty and the abuse of the organization through publishing letters and statements in their names, I have to inform you that the aforementioned letter is not written by my child and the claims of Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization in this letter are utter lies.

We have an average educated urban family and we have no political affiliation of any governmental and non-governmental groups or institutions, and all of requests for unsurveilled meeting with our loved ones and also the trips to Iraq, have been planned and conducted on our own and the only help Iranian government has facilitated the process of getting a visa, which is a prerequisite for leaving the country and all Iranians have this privilege. Hence, the claim of Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization in this letter and affiliating us with the Iranian intelligence service is pure lie. It has to be mentioned that our message to the residents of Camp Liberty and out two children in our repeated visits to Camp Liberty has been love, peace and invitation for unsurveilled meeting and it has never contained any threats.

Based on testimony of Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization detached members, all individuals in Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization are denied the right to access free information, unbiased news agencies, the Internet and cellphones. Hence, my child could not have been able to write and publish such a letter.

This family denies what has been claimed in the published letter on the relationship between our children and supporters of Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization and the tendency towards joining this organization and we state that out children exited Iran and deceived by a person named Sajjad Sepehri in order to migrate to Europe or Canada, while they were kidnapped by the origination’s members and transferred to Iraq.

In that letter, Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization has claimed that the real family of the Camp Liberty residents are prisoned in Iranian prisons and we are not their family. We hereby state that we have never been scrutinized, punished or prisoned by the Iranian government because of presence of our children in Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization’s camps in Iraq, so far and we are ready to perform the DNA test to prove our family ties with Mohammad Reza and Ahmad Reza.

However, I would like to ask you why Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization publishes pure lies and accuses the family members of the residents of Camp Liberty of things, instead of letting our children meet us.

It is obvious that if such the opportunity for unsurveilled meetings arises, their lies and accusations will be surfaced and our children will not hesitate even a second to come back to their families.

Mr. Kubiš, at the end, we, members of Iranpur family, again insist on arranging an unsurveilled meeting with my children in your presence, which is my right, and ask for your assistance.

We, members of Iranpur family, express our concern about the lives of Mohammad Reza and Ahmad Reza, since we believe that their lives are at risk due to the threat from Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization in order to prevent us from travelling to Iraq and our appearance in from of Camp Liberty. Hereby, we state that we consider your responsible for protecting the health and life of my two children.

With the hope for your endless success in your benevolent humanitarian efforts

Members of Iranpur Family:

‘Abdolhoseyn Iranpur the father, Tahere Taqipur the mother, ‘Abdolhamid Iranpur the brother, Mahmonir, Homa, Narges and Rahele Iranpur the sisters of Mohammad Reza and Ahmad Reza Iranpur

UN Watch; the Geneva-based NGO invited Mr. Davoud Arshad to its human rights meeting, No to terrorism & Cults website reported.

The meeting held on Tuesday March 15th, 2016 and representatives from most of the countries all over the world participated the meeting.

<img alt=""src="https://st.nejatngo.org/Image/Persons/Arshad/Arshad_Davoud_Geneva_1.jpg"style="width: 500px; height: 265px; margin: 10px;"/>

Mr. Davoud Baghervand Arshad who is the former high ranking member of the Mujahedin-e Khalq terrorist cult participated the meeting.

Mentioning the human rights abuses in the world, Mr. Arshad referred to the human rights abuses within the terrorist cults such as the MKO terror cult under the leadership of Masud and Maryam Rajavi based in Auver Sur d’Oise ; Paris.

<img alt=""src="https://st.nejatngo.org/Image/Persons/Arshad/Arshad_Davoud_Geneva_2.jpg"style="width: 500px; height: 270px; margin: 10px;"/>

Mr. Arshad noted the recent horrifying report published by Guardian Newspaper on how ISIS recruits, indoctrinates and trains children as prospective terrorists and stated:

“At the present time shocking news of ISIS abusing human rights especially children’s rights publishes. Still I should indicate the fact that Mujahedin- e Khalq Organization under the leadership of Masud Rajavi is the godfather of ISIS. The crimes that ISIS is committing in 2016 have already perpetrated by the MKO in 1981.” As an example Mr. Arshad stated the recruiting and brainwashing of a 13 year old girl called “Gohar Adab Awaz”. Gohar was trained by the MKO terror group as a suicide bomber of a mosque in Iran.

“Later on the MKO separated children from their parents forcibly to be grown up and indoctrinated in the cult’s orphanages in Europe and US, as it had already separated spouses. The group’s plan was to use the brainwashed children in Iraq. The MKO killed some of these children who refused to take part in the war. The cult then registered these killings as suicides. To name some I can refer to Alan Mohammadi, Yaser Akbari and Marjan Akbari. Several youngsters were transferred from Europe to Iraq without their parents to be aware of the process. For instance, Zeinab Husseinnejad who as a child was studying in Paris. She was moved to Iraq and is held hostage by the cult now for many years.”

Mr. Arshad then referred to the threat of human rights abuses committed by the terrorist cults as being global in comparison with the human rights abuses in different countries which is restricted to that specific region and its people:

“.. We are all familiar with terrorist cults such as ISIS .. The human rights abuses within the cults can transform humans to monsters who are capable of shaping incidents like that of Paris terrorist attacks or terrorist incidents we are facing with in our country for many years.

We should not compromise with this terrorism which is a global threat. Leaders of these terrorist cults shouldn’t be allowed to reside and be active freely in Europe. They should be brought to justice. They should be held accountable because of the abuses of their own members and because of the crimes and terrorist activities they have committed in their own countries and elsewhere. Like Masud and Maryam Rajavi."

“Ladies and gentlemen currently many friends of mine are held hostages by the terrorist Cult of MKO in Iraq and Albania. They are helpless.” , Mr. Arshad reiterated.

The United Nation office in Tehran

The Cult of the Mujahedin- e Khalq has been manipulating its members systematically in order to achieve its <img alt=""src="https://st.nejatngo.org/Image/Org/UN_Families.jpg"style="width: 360px; height: 191px; margin: 10px; float: right;"/>cult-like objectives. The Cult has barred members from contacting their families. In the cult of Rajavi, love is forbidden. The outside world is not permitted. It is the most significant example for modern slavery. Members are deprived from free will.

Under this circumstance, members are deprived from their basic human rights. Those who state their willingness to leave the cult, are faced with a complex process of trial, interrogation, torture and solitary confinement.

Families of the MKO members have been striving to save their loved ones who are taken as hostages in the cult of Rajavi. They demand to visit their children in a free atmosphere.

During the past years, parents and other relatives of MKO hostages have traveled to Iraq several times despite their old age, illnesses and the far distance.

They sit in behind the doors of Camp Liberty. They called names of their children in hope that their loved ones in the Camp would hear them but they were faced with stones thrown by the brainwashed residents of the Camp.

Besides, the families have sent several letters to the UN and the Red Cross offices in Tehran. They also visited the UN representatives in Tehran.

These suffering parents seek their ordinary right to meet their children. They ask the UN to help their imprisoned children get released from the cult, and to provide the condition for members so that they can decide for their future with their own free will – without the threat of pressure and oppression by the side of the cult authorities. Provided with a free visit with their family, members’ emotions will be revived and their thought will be open to be able analyze their condition and decide for their future, so they will be able to return to a normal life.

Having been separated from their beloved ones, families urge the United Nations to aid them with the release of their loved ones. In addition, those families whose children have been relocated in Albania urge the UN authorities to provide them the opportunity to visit their loved ones in Albania.

Sahar Family Foundation in Baghdad sent a letter to Mr. Filippo Grandi, the new UN High Commissioner for Refugees, simultaneous to the presence of the families in front of the gates of Camp Liberty in Iraq.

With respect, we wish to let you know that after 12 years since the overthrow of Saddam Hussein, and continuous focus on relocating the members of the Mojahedin-e Khalq Organization from Iraq during this period, there are still more than two thirds of the members living in insecure conditions in Iraq. `

The anguished families of the members would like to know what the obstacles are which stand in the way of relocating them to places of safety and then to third countries. The families would also like to know exactly why they are denied visits with their loved ones which is their very natural and basic right.

We are awaiting your kind response.

In the present modern world and specially in the world that the people care for their relief and security, the <img alt=""src="https://st.nejatngo.org/Image/News/Iraq_Ashraf_Families_Signature.jpg"style="width: 420px; height: 222px; margin: 10px; float: right;"/>assassination and slavery are not of any meanings and without doubt the persons who proceed to the mentioned actions are far from the world liberal people eyes and live in isolation, as DAESH the Excommunicating-Terrorist Group, has made insecurities all over the world at present and it’s a model of all criminal factions.

United Nations Secretary –General!

MKO (Mujahedin-e-Khalq Organization) is one of the terrorist groups, maybe more dangerous than it, that captured some of Iranian family members over 30 years and makes them for terrorist actions.

Hereby we remind you of some crimes of the terrorist faction heads (MKO):

Assassination and terrorism before Islamic Revolution such as assassination of some American advisors and top managers

Partnership in 8-year imposed war, together with Saddam and slaying of Iranian border zone people.

Killing of in-camp members such as Ghorban Torabi, Alan Mohammadi , Parviz ahmadi, Mehri Mousavi, Alinagi Haddadi & etc .

torture of the members and the prisoners in Ashraf camp and now in Liberty camp.

Intense brainwashing of Iranian family offspring for doing criminal actions.

make restraint the relocation and movement of the organization members to third countries.

Mr. Ban Ki-moon!

Hereby we, injured families of the faction members in Golestan Province- Iran, request you to fulfill releasing and rescuing our children from MKO perfidious commanders’ hands. As to insecurities in Iraq, for instance in some weeks ago its proved by missile attacks to Liberty camp, whereas the guilt was on MKO heads shoulders that fail to move the members and the prisoners to other countries, and now our beloveds are at risk of severe threats by some Iraqi militia groups. They are in dangerous and insecure situation. We request you and other Union advisors to take measures about movement of the prisoners and make them free in their lives, including communication with the outside world and their families in the shortest time after decades away and unaware from them.

Regards

Dear Mr. Ban ki-moon, Secretary- General of the United Nations:

In 1984 my brother Morteza Akbarinasab along with his family (his wife and his three 2-5 years old children) left <img alt=""src="https://st.nejatngo.org/Image/Persons/Akbari_Nasab/A_R/Akbarinasab_Reza.jpg"style="margin: 10px; width: 250px; height: 314px; float: right;"/>Iran towards MKO in Kurdistan of Iran & Iraq in order to have more freedom. Immediately after lodgment in MKO sectarian headquarters, he was divested of his power and this weak point caused that his 24 years old wife, named Khadijeh Nhknam who was apolitical and almost illiterate to be at MKO disposal until they abused her as a fighter in forooghe Javidan ( Eternal Light) operations in July ,1988 and was died.

His older son Yaser Akbarinasab who was in a camp in Germany and under the patronage of MKO leaders, before coming of age was promised to meet his father in Iraq, so was persuaded to return to Iraq, but they did not permitted him to return to Germany. Following several years of protests, he was considered as an undesirable person and in 2006 they pretended that he has set himself on fire and was killed. They did not permit our reliable physicians to dissect him and was buried in the same camp.

As I said and as far information that both of you and I have about sectarian and authoritarian groups like MKO and Iraq conditions, potential risk that sometimes turns to actually threatens the life of my severely oppressed brother.

In short I can say that:

1- My brother like other residents of liberty is not permitted to contact with his family- even through correspondence- and therefore he is divested of his powers that has no choice other than inhabitancy in insecure Liberty camp and under the pressure of MKO.

2- Massoud Rajavi by his regular brainwashing has succeeded that over last thirty years to abuse these individuals and caused that they become hearth less and unfeeling. He knows that their meeting with their family is a danger for them, and this prevention does not correspond with any of the legal and human standards and is considered as genocide!

3- I personally protest that why governments and the international and human rights organizations do not eliminate opinionated MKO.

4- To compensate these harms and to observe families, and residents, human rights that I name them absolute captured, it is necessary that the doors of liberty camp be open until sympathetic families cam meet their loved ones freely and in presence of UN representative.

Respectfully

Reza Akbarinasab

Open letter to the UN Secretary General;Ban Ki-moon

Dear Secretary-General,<img alt=""src="https://st.nejatngo.org/Image/Persons/Fa_Mem/Fanoudi.jpg"style="width: 400px; height: 212px; margin: 10px; float: right;"/>

Respectfully, I would like to introduce myself, Abbas Fanoudi, as the father of Zahra Fanoudi who has been caught by MEK together with her husband, Mohammad Reza Hussein Nejad, in 2001; she has been jailed at Camp Ashraf since then. They were deprived of contacting or making any phone call to her family, and now her husband is transferred to Albany. They were kept away from each other since then without even being able to hear about each other. My daughter is currently at Camp Liberty, and we do not have any news of her health condition. The heads of the organization do not allow <img alt=""src="https://st.nejatngo.org/Image/Persons/MKO/Fanoudi_Zahra.jpg"style="width: 216px; height: 250px; margin: 10px; float: right;"/>us to meet our daughter and have always frightened her by deception and intimidation. I, as a father, have been away from and unaware of my daughter’s condition. However, due to the declining health and the old age of my wife and I, we are impatiently awaiting the slightest news about her health or meeting her wheresoever away from dictatorial atmosphere of the organization.

I, hereby, beg to ask you and all competent authorities and officials to give due consideration to my request and also to thousands of other families’ letters to provide us with an opportunity to meet our children. Although many such letters and demands are sent to human rights bodies so far, neither any response nor any action has happened. I am not in the position to remind you of your duty as a responsible authority for thousands of families waiting to hear about their children and also against a terrorist group. Concerning the current chaotic condition in Iraq, the lack of security in the region, the recent bombing of Camp Liberty, and also the risks threatening our children’s lives, we fiercely demand the end of their stay in that country and their freedom from deception and dictatorship of the notorious People’s Mojahedin Organization (MEK).

I beg you to read this letter through the eyes of old parents missing their child, and take positive measures to take out our worries.

Many thanks and regards,

The calls made by families of members of the Mujahedin Khalq Organization (the MKO) who reside in Camp Liberty, are ignored by the authorities of the UNAMI (United Nations assistance Mission for Iraq).

Following , the sit-in of groups of families in front of Camp Liberty, UN officials in charge of the Camp did not take any action to aid them contact their loved ones who are taken as hostages by the MKO leaders.<img alt=""src="https://st.nejatngo.org/Image/Org/UNAMI_Liberty.jpg"style="width: 350px; height: 185px; margin: 10px; float: right;"/>

Actually, negligence and reluctance of the UN authorities for such a humanitarian case seem strange .So, Members of Nejat Society investigated the behavior of the UN officials by contacting some of the recently defected members of the group who are seeking refuge in third countries. They found out very frustrating facts about the UNAMI’s approach towards Liberty residents.

They told Nejat Society that the UN officials used to patrol in Camp Liberty from time to time and if they were faced with a resident who wanted to speak about his problems, they would tell him “Go and come with your superior commandant”!

In the MKO, as a cult-like group, members have no personal space. They are deprived from having the least freedom to have a private meeting with UN officials. And, the UN officials do assist the MKO Cult leader to maintain his control over members.

According to the defectors, UN officials work together with Massoud Rajavi to violate the most basic rights of residents of Liberty.

Based on recent news of Camp Liberty, the UN officials left their offices while the families’ sit-in in front of the camp. They give the air to the calls of grieving families.

Nejat Society condemns the illegal treatment by UN officials against residents of Camp Liberty. It calls on the UN General Secretary to end these acts of discrimination against Liberty residents and their families.

Special Rapporteur on the Human Rights Situation in Iran .

With most respectful greetings to the esteemed Special Rapporteur on the Human Rights Situation in Iran, Dr. Ahmad Shaheed.

Your honor<img alt=""src="https://st.nejatngo.org/Image/Politician/UN/Ahmad_Shahid.jpg"style="width: 240px; height: 181px; margin: 10px; float: right;"/>

With all due respect, we would like to inform you that Iran Ghalam Association ( Iranian Pen Club ) consists of ex-members of the Mojahedin-e- Khalgh that have succeeded in releasing themselves from mental and physical imprisonment of the Mojahedin lead by Masoud and Maryam Rajavi. Our goal is to help the other members who have not yet been able to release themselves from the above said Cult to be able to join their family in the free world and start a new life.

Whilst kanone Iran Galam greatly respects your endeavor in the Human Rights and Humanitarian issues, would like to bring the followings to your respectful attention:

1. We condemn any human right abuses in Iran and elsewhere. As you know very well in the contemporary world it is not only the Governments that abuse the Human Rights. But some political groups and organizations who pose as opposition to the governments also commit harsh abuses of Human Rights. Among them are groups in the former Yugoslavia, Russia and terrorist groups such as ISIS, al-Qaeda and Cult like group of Mujahidin e Khalg of Iran.

2. Unfortunately it has been reported that you are being feed by the sources that are linked to the Mujahidin Kalgh of Iran. Mujahidin of Iran lead by Masoud Rajavi and Maryam Rajavi pose as opposition to the Iranian Government, but in reality as far as human rights is concerned this cult greatly violates Human Rights inside and outside their group. Therefore we think that using such a group as a source for investigating the human rights violation would be wide of the mark.

3. In this respect we would like to bring to your respectful attention the International Human’s Right Watch report in 2005. The report titled “‘No Exit’ – Human Rights Abuses Inside the Mujahidin Khalq Camps – Human Rights Watch, May 2005” reflects extensive violation of the human rights, although it was a drop out of the ocean. The report is based on the direct testimonies of a dozen former MKO members, including five who were turned over to Iraqi security forces and held in Abu Ghraib prison under Saddam Hussein’s government. The report details how dissident members of the shadowy Mujahidin Khalq Organization (MKO) were tortured, beaten and held in solitary confinement for years at military camps in Iraq after they criticized the group’s policies and undemocratic practices, or indicated that they planned to leave the organization. Amongst them Mr. Mohammad Hussein Sobhani a dissident member of the MKO after 20 years of activity in the Organization was jailed for eight years which was later handed over to Saddam Hussein being jailed in Abu Ghorab Prison and experiences severe tortures and psychological and physical mistreatments. We also would like to point at the reports of Mr. Alibakhsh Afarinandeh which has recently been released from this Mujahidin Cult and published in the Pejwak website. Mr. Afarinandeh explaines his and other dissident members’ imprisonment and tortures in 1994 in great detail.

4. The report and the questions raised by Mr Iraj Mesdaghi who had been jailed for ten years in Iran for supporting the Mujahedin Khalq which having been released, joined them again in Europe, regarding the extent of the violation of the human rights in Mujahedin Khalq MKO

Your honor, are you aware of the violation of Human Rights in this Cult like Organization?

Amongst them:

-Sexual abuse of the women by Masoud Rajavi.

-Military use of the children.

-Prevention of the members from outside world even their children and families.

-Suppression of the dissident members, imprisonment, torture, and killing them at the time of Sadam Hossein the late Iraqi dictator.

-Force divorcing the members from their spouse and separating the children from their parents.

-Prevention of their members from leaving their Camps in unsecure Iraq which resulted in their death during different attacks on the Camps.

-Running systematic mind manipulation and inquisition sessions, against the members.

Your honor

Kanone Iran Ghalam( Iranian Pen Club ) members who are the victims of this terrorist cult group, which have spent most of the best years of our lives in this group, sincerely ask you the violation of the human rights in this organization be considered and light set on it for the sake of the basic rights of those still in custody of this group.

At the end we would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to your honor and thank you again for all your humanitarian activities.

With best regards

Kanone Iran Ghalam( Iranian Pen Club )
