He is now located in the MEK\u2019s camp Ashraf 3 in Manez district in your country. The group authorities do not allow us to visit him.<\/p>\n<p>Dear Mr. Edi Rama,<br \/>\nDuring the past 35 years, my family and I have been always concerned about my father\u2019s physical and mental health.
