My sister Leila Nargesi is currently being held in Albania by the Mojahedin-e Khalq Organization (MEK or MKO) led by Massoud and Maryam Rajavi.<\/p>\n<p>In 1997, my sister left the country illegally with her friends and then deceived into joining the MEK.
