DEPARTMENT OF STATE <\/span><\/strong>Office of the Coordinator for Counter-terrorism <\/span>[Public Notice 3795] <\/span>Re-designation of Foreign Terrorist Organization <\/span>AGENCY: Department of State. <\/span>ACTION: Re-designation of foreign terrorist organizations. <\/span> Pursuant to Section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act  <\/span>(“INA”), as added by the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty  <\/span>Act of 1996, Pub. L. No. 104-132, Sec. 302, 110 Stat. 1214, 1248  <\/span>(1996), and amended by the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant <\/span> Responsibility Act of 1996, Pub. L.
