{"id":2024,"date":"2008-09-28T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-09-28T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nejatngo.org\/en\/2008\/09\/28\/mko-another-version-of-al-qaeda\/"},"modified":"2021-01-21T18:58:03","modified_gmt":"2021-01-21T15:28:03","slug":"mko-another-version-of-al-qaeda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nejatngo.org\/en\/posts\/2024","title":{"rendered":"MKO, another version of al-Qaeda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A spokesman for the family members of terrorism victims in Iran says the Mujahedin Khalq Organization (MKO) is simply an earlier version of al-Qaeda.<\/p>\n<p>Iraj Moradi, the spokesman for the Edaalat Society, which represents over 12,000 relatives of Iranian victims of terrorism, said the MKO and al-Qaeda use the same methods to lure their members into carrying out terrorist attacks.<\/p>\n<p>Iraj is the son of Ebrahim Moradi, a blacksmith who was assassinated by the MKO in June 1984.<\/p>\n<p>The Mujahedin Khalq Organization is a terrorist group banned by many countries including the US.
