These people disrupt the order of Dyala and the police forces of the region struggle for their lives.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Abdulvahed Ta&#8217;meh, Al-Hayat&#8217;s correspondent, has prepared a comprehensive report about the province; he has also interviewed the officials and people on the reasons of instability in this province.<\/p>\n<p>Part of this report says:<\/p>\n<p>&quot;This region is located 110 Km from Iranian borders and the camp of Mojahedin-e Khalq is placed in Khalis in this province.
