\nI am Seifollah Ziba. This letter is to inform you that my brother; Nasrollah, is the member of the Mujahedin-e Khalq Organization now for 30 years. He is denied to have contact with his family and all his basic rights during all these years. When they transferred to Albania we were happy for our dear ones as they got distanced from the threats and restrictions of Iraq. However, they are still under severe human rights abuses and are denied from their basic rights.
\nYour Excellency, I ask you on behalf of my family to accelerate our contact with our dear brother.
