A statement issued on Tuesday by the office of the Prime Minister said, "Prime Minister al-Maliki met with the representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq Martin Kobler in his office today.

During the meeting, the importance of cooperation and coordination between the Iraqi government and UN representative in helping each other to perform the tasks entrusted to them were emphasized" pointing out that "issues of common interest were also discussed during the meeting."

The mayor of Khalis, Uday Alkhaddran said he would "send all the names of politicians and tribal leaders involved in supporting the PMOI to Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, along with the smallest details about the organization and internal support for it".

Alkhaddran said that "some politicians in the central government following their personal interests are driven to support the PMOI at the expense of the Iraqi people". Alkhaddran pointed out that "support is still on-going by some politicians", but refused at the present time to name them.

Maliki: No place for the Mojahedin Khalq in Iraq

Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said he "no place for the MKO in Iraq."

According to a statement issued by Maliki’s office: "The Prime Minister today received the new President of the International Red Cross mission in Iraq McKenna Bart."

The statement quoted Maliki as saying:

"Our demand is fair, we do not force them to return to Iran and do not allow them to stay permanently in Camp Ashraf. There is no place for them in Iraq after the crimes they have committed against the Iraqi people by exercising their terrorism and because of their cooperation with the Baathists and their interference in Iraq’s domestic affairs."

On the issue of missing Kuwaitis, Maliki said: "The issue of missing Kuwaitis is humanitarian and not political, and we are fully prepared to cooperate with our brothers in Kuwait."

He continued: "We confirmed our commitment to cooperate on missing Kuwaiti property and money in letters previously to the United Nations and the Government of Kuwait, and seek to end this humanitarian issue, and seek to protect the integrity of the remains of any missing Kuwaitis."
He added: "Iraq has overcome many difficulties during the past two years, and [we see] the development and improvement on what the security situation was before."

For his part, according to the statement, the head of the Red Cross praised the developments witnessed by Iraq and Iraq’s commitment to resolving the issue of missing Kuwaitis, referring to the adoption of the International Committee of Red Cross’ joint efforts with the Iraqi government and its cooperation in this respect.

The female speaker: Mustafa Mohammadi, a Canadian-Iranian citizen stressed that the Iraqi Judicial force has issued the arrest warrant for three commandants of Mujahedin Organization.

The Male Speaker: Mohammadi told Al Forat:”when I was looking for my daughter who had been kidnapped with her brother Mohammad Mohammadi ten years ago, in Iraq, I found out that she is under physical and mental pressure by the MKO’s agents” . And Mohamadi stressed that he has submitted an appeal against them and an Iraqi court has issued the arrest warrant for three people of the leaders. He noted that the group prevents his daughter from returning to Canada. It should be mentioned that People’s of Mujahedin Organization steals the individuals whose families live in Western countries in order to join the MEK terrorist organization.

Mustafa Mohammadi (Somaye’s father) : by the grace of God, I could take the arrest warrant for three leaders of his terrorist organization: Abbas Davari ,Sediqeh Husseini, the responsible of the so-called National Liberation Army. Somaye has been stolen and she asked me and her brother to try to return her home and country but the terrorist Mujahedin-e-Khalq Organization forces her to say:”I don’t want to return.”
