Dick Cheney is legally bound by the U.S Constitution
The third article of the resolution presents evidences that Dick Cheney has been fully aware of the actions taken by the United States towards Iran and making contacts with anti-Iranian organizations that are attempting to destabilize the Iranian government, in particular the Mujahideen-e Khalq (MEK).
