Mojahedin-e Khalq wanted American hostages killed

Mojahedin Khalq under the name of National Council of Resistance are trying to politicize their court cases in Paris (terrorism related charges) by portraying themselves on the same side as Israeli hardliners and US neoconservatives. From their own papers, in their own words, the following is a sample of their involvement in the American embassy siege in Tehran as well as their views about Americans and how they should be treated. The Mojahedin was the main force in capturing Americans as well as publishing anti-American and anti-Israeli propaganda in Iran in a specific effort to block any negotiation for the release of the American hostages

Sobhani pens letter to Minister of Affairs of the Republic France

does a terrorist group which has been disarmed after the fall of Saddam Hussein by the US army and exists in quarantine within a limited geographic boundary inside Iraq, have any opportunity to perform terrorist activities? ..If the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation( MKO/PMOI/MEK) had access to arms and had refrained from carrying out further terror acts, then in that case perhaps the group would have had to announce this in a clear public statement signed by the leaders Massoud and Maryam Rajavi, then this might have been proper grounds to consider the situation

Cult victims arrested in Finland need psychological help

Two leading Mojahedin-e Khalq members, Hadi Roshanravani (62) and Mohammad-Ali Jaberzadeh Ansari (60) have been arrested by Interpol on entering Finland some days ago. Iran-Interlink believes that extradition of the men to Iran will not serve anybody’s interests.we do believe that as members of a destructive cult (the Mojahedin-e Khalq) they must not be handed back to the MKO on their release. We urge the Finnish authorities to put aside the political rhetoric which surrounds the arrest of these victims and look at the evidence of psychological manipulation used by the cult to coerce and control its membership.

Mujahedin Bebehind the misinformation, disintegration

…The MKO misinformation serves a single purpose; to delay the disintegration of the group – an inevitable outcome which can be either facilitated or hindered by western governments and humanitarian agencies… The preservation of Camp Ashraf is essential to MKO/PMOI leader Massoud Rajavi because it provides the total isolation in which mind control methodology can be used for cult indoctrination.

Ashraf – when is a city not a city?

the MKO’s military camp is now under the control of the Iraqi government. American forces handed it over this week. In spite of a deeply insulting scaremongering campaign by the MKO/ PMOI, which claimed that the Iraqis would stage a ‘Srebrenica-style massacre’ if they got their (dirty, barbaric) hands on the MKO / PMOI, the handover to Iraqi military personnel has gone ahead, as planned, without incident. The Iraqi government will now work with MNF and international agencies to find a satisfactory solution to the illegal presence of foreign terrorists in its territory.
