MKO Exploits Crisis for Propaganda

The recent clashes at Camp Ashraf were part of MKO’s propaganda campaign to buy support of the West. Iraqi Defense Ministry spokesman, Mohammad Al-Askari attended a new conference a day after clashes, he showed the media a metal hook used by residents of camp Ashraf to attack Iraqi security forces..Although the allegations of Iraqi officials and MKO propaganda on the case are entirely different, one thing is sure and that’s the victimization of a number of human beings whom unfortunately, among them there are intellectuals and educated people that have been caught in a destructive terrorist cult.

Should Washington Embrace the MEK?

..the MEK should not be declassified as a terrorist group, or for that matter receive any U.S. backing, for several reasons…Those who argue for backing the MEK aka MKO/PMOI because it would allegedly help destabilize the regime in Tehran give no specific recommendations, meanwhile affirming that they do not endorse the MEK as future rulers of Iran…Although the U.S. government should urge the Iraqi government to treat MEK members humanely, it must not remove the group from the list of terrorist organizations, or work with it in any way.

The MKO Advertises—Does Anyone Care About What They Don’t Tell You?

With the MEK however, and the ad they ran in the *New York Times*, there was little or no resistance to its presence simply because not many people know about the MEK aka MKO/PMOI and not many people care. There was no dialogue to speak of, and yet there seems to be a growing concern over Iran. Why isn’t any one questioning this group? Here’s what you should know about the MEK. The group is a cult and it is true that members’ rights are being violated–by their own leaders, Massoud and Maryam Rajavi, not the US government, not the Iranian government and not the Iraqi government…

The Mojahedin Khalq logo and the Americans list

… the report of course continues describing”Mojahedin Khalq Organization”by pointing out: – The assassination of US military and civilian personnel in Iran during 1970s, – Stressing the ability and the will of MKO members and leadership to conduct terrorist operations across the world, – Introducing the MKO as one of the most violent political groups, established during 60s, – Emphasizing the fact that MKO was disliked by Iranians, following the Islamic Revolution, – Underlining the fact that for more than 3 decades, MKO used its bases in Iraq and Europe to conduct terror attacks …

The aggravation of MKO efforts in removing its name from FTO lists of the world takes place while the Iraqi people and government are seriously objecting this terrorist cult’s presence in Ashraf garrison inside Iraqi soil. Economist: Saddam used MEK to crush Iraqi Kurds

When Democracy Turns into hypocrisy

For those US policy makers who make efforts to invest on MKO as a tool against Islamic Republic, the group seems to be a potential means to advance US policy regarding Iran.”To think of the MEK as some kind of policy tool to use against Tehran is both foolish and bizarre,”Paul Pillar writes. He reminds them that MKO has”virtually no support within Iran”. [3]But US warmongers seem to be very choosy about their allies..Indeed, whether or not MKO has left violence or poses any threat to the West, it is a harmful policy to harbor a destructive cult that always poses a potential threat to Iran-US relations. ..

Consorting with a Cult (Mujahedin Khalq)

..A combination of pecuniary interests and scant knowledge about the nature of the group[MKO/MEK] may explain some of the support for delisting. A destructively simplistic, zero-sum attitude regarding policy toward Iran explains some more of it. Representative Brad Sherman (D-CA), one of the members of Congress who favors removing the MEK[MKO/PMOI] from the list, says that the group should not be considered a terrorist organization because “they are enemies of enemies of the United States.” No, Congressman, even enemies of the United States have enemies that are terrorist groups..

Mujahedeen Khalq – Baby Snatchers

Similarities can be seen between the Mujahideen initiative and the Chinese ‘Cultural Revolution’. One implications of this initiative is that a member’s spouse or a child belongs to the organisation and the organisation is free to do whatever it wishes to do with them. This policy claimed considerable number of casualties. Amongst them was ‘Bihawar[Bahador], the two year old son of an Iranian Kurd by the name of Khurrami. ‘Bihawar'[Bahador] was with an unknown number of children who were separated from their parents to be sent to Europe or North America. What befell to these children will be told a bit later.
