Report on the 21st session of the MEK Leaders trial

The 21st session of the court hearing the charges against 104 members of the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK), and also the organization as a legal entity, was held on Tuesday, November 22nd, in the 11th branch of the criminal court of Tehran, presided over by Judge Dehghani. The court advisors, the prosecutor’s representative, the families of the victims and their lawyers, as well as the lawyers of the defendants, appeared in the court.

Judge Dehghani began the hearing by stating that the order to identify and seize all property belonging to the MEK has been issued, and from now on, any transaction which is involved with the property of the defendants or the organization’s legal personality is prohibited by the court and will result in seizure and legal prosecution.

In this meeting, Kazemi, the plaintiff’s lawyer, presented information about the terrorist attack on the Iranian Prime Minister’s office on August 29, 1981. According to him, Masoud Kashmiri, the agent of the MEK in the prime minister’s office, was responsible for the explosion. In this terrorist incident, President Mohammad Ali Rajaee and Mohammad Javad Bahonar, Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, were killed.

The lawyer said:
“On Sunday August 29th, 1981, when the meeting of the Security Council was supposed to be held and the presence of Mohammad Ali Rajaei as the President and Mohammad Javad Bahonar as the Prime Minister in that meeting was certain, Massoud Kashmiri considered the opportunity suitable for his terrorist act. And an hour before the meeting, after setting the explosion time, he transferred the bag containing the explosives to the Prime Minister’s building and placed it under the table of Mr. Mohammad Javad Bahonar and Rajaei at the headquarters of the meeting.”
He brought up the testimonies of some of the survivors of the incident, family members and friends of Kashmiri that had been filed at the time. Then he asked the son of Mohammad Javad Bahonar, Naser Bahonar to take the stand as a plaintiff and also a witness of the terrorist act.

He said:
“I was present at the scene of the incident, which was on the 8th of Shahrivar 1360, the house was in front of the Prime Minister’s building, and at 3:00 in the afternoon, when I was 15 years old and ready to go to summer school, I heard a huge explosion. I entered the yard, the windows of the building were broken and a very terrible fire had engulfed the entire building, and I, my family, and three other children were watching this disaster, and it took about an hour to an hour and a half for the fire to be contained. Now, as the representative of the family, I am present before the court. we have suffered a lot during these years. As the eldest child, I was 15 years old, my younger sister was 12 years old, the second sister was 7 years old, and the last child was a three-year-old boy. As the victim’s family, we announce our complaint against the crimes that happened in this court.”

Mohammad Reza Goli, former member of the MEK also took the stand as an eye-witness who has met Massoud Kashmiri in the MEK’s headquarters in Iraq. Based on his testimonies, in one of the meetings of MEK commanders, Masoud Rajavi raised called on Kashmiri and introduced him as the operator of the explosion of the Prime Minister’s office. Apparently, Rajavi wanted to block his path so that he would not choose any other place than Iraq, but in the end, Kashmiri went to Germany because, according to Goli, he was not ideologically dependent to the group.

Goli cited from Massoud Rajavi that the explosion was the work of his group. “He clearly said that this was our work, Masoud Rajavi had said in a meeting during after the US list the MEK as a terrorist group,” Goli said. “Massoud said that when we hit the heads of the regime on Shahrivar 8th [August 29th], the US did not designate us as terrorist, but now that we haven’t done anything for about 10 years America has added us to the list.”

The next witness who addressed the court was Massoud Khodabandeh, former member of the group who attended the hearing court via video call from Britain.

To explain his observations about Kashmiri and the explosion of the Prime Minister’s office, Massoud Khodabandeh told the judge:
“I was the MEK’s correspondent in Paris and the person who was our liaison did not even ask us for signatures for passports and such things. When I got my passport in France under the name of Hamid Entezam, Masoud Rajavi’s brother Saleh Rajavi brought it to me quickly. The relationship was so tight. We had a direct link in Paris, and a number of passports and other documents were reserved for us. My documents were under the pseudonym Hamid Entezam. Mehdi Abrishamchi, Maryam Rajavi, Mahvash Sepehri, they all got passports in the same way. None of the IDs are based on their original names.”

Khodabandeh stated, “Massoud Rajavi always used to say in the meetings, ‘We made the regime hopeless, we beat the heads of the regime, so that the regime falls’. During these stages, Massoud Kashmiri himself was in one of these meetings when Rajavi said these words and showed him. He considered these terrorist acts as his honors.”

After Khodabandeh, Saleh Taskhiri, researcher of international law took the stage and said:
“International law obliges the government dealing with these terrorists with the two duties of prosecution and trial or extradition, that is, it rejects the theory of hosting in international law. The Convention on Prevention of Punishment of Crimes Against Internationally Protected Persons, of which Iran is also a member, in Article 1 of this Convention, internationally protected persons are persons, including the head of the country or any member of a group who exercise the duties of the country according to the country’s constitution. Article 2 considers the prohibited acts according to this convention, which include murder, kidnapping, attack against a person or the freedom of a protected person, and in the following articles, states the duties of the states, so that in article 6, the country under the convention that is suspected of committing a crime in They are living in his country, they should pursue or extradite him in accordance with their domestic law.”
The next court session will be held in two weeks.

Echoes on Presence of Nejat Society Albania in Modena Conference

The conference “Iran’s fight with domestic and international terrorism in the multipolar world” in Modena, Italy was covered by Italian and Iranian media. Activists of Nejat Society also welcomed the presence of Erisa Rahimi, as the representative of Nejat Society Albania, in the conference.

The aforementioned conference, which was held on the October 12th under the auspices of the Cultural Center of the Fatherland in Modena, Italy, hosted several Italian, Iranian and one Albanian figure, the representative of Nejat Society Albania.

In the news coverage of a conference that focused on Iran’s fight against terrorism in both internal and external dimensions, Italian media presented Iran as a victim of internal terrorism and especially as a victim of terrorist attacks by the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK) cult.

Erisa Idrisi Rahimi as a representative of Nejat Society was one of the speakers of the conference. As she is closely familiar with people who are trapped in the MEK camp in Albania, she addressed the audience telling them about the dictatorship of the Rajavis over their group. She tried to be the voice of families of members of the Cult of Rajavi who have been suffering decades of separation from their loved ones. Members of the group, isolated from the outside world endure severe violation of human rights.

Ebrahim Khodabandeh, the CEO of Nejat Society in Iran believes, that the speech of Erisa Edrisi was welcomed by the audience and covered in the Italian media because she had new words to present compared to other speakers of the panel. In addition to dealing with the issue of terrorism, she also examined the MEK from the perspective of human rights and family rights.

As soon as the news was reflected in the media and also on the Nejat Society website, a number of families and members of the society contacted and expressed their satisfaction and sent congratulations.

The fact is that, thanks to the efforts of its members, Nejat Society Albania, a year after its establishment and after overcoming various problems and issues, is now a known brand with humanitarian objectives.
Italian news media that reflected the news of the conference include Report Sardegna 24, Marx 21, Il Tazebao, La Pressa and Agenzia Stampe Italia.

La Pressa newspaper had previously published a piece to announce the time and place of the conference and some information about the speakers and topics that would be discussed in the conference.

Ms. Maria Morigi’s report as a journalist and analyst who was present in the meeting was the most reflected in the media. Morigi, who was one of the speakers of the meeting, in her words about the terrorist and cult-like nature of the MEK, cited the famous article of American journalist Elizabeth Rubin, which was published in the New York Times magazine in 2003 under the title “The Cult of Rajavi”.

Morigi also published earlier in September on the same topic in Agence Stamp Italia. In her report, she discussed the violent background and cult-like attitude of the MEK and its international aspects.

The cult of Rajavi

Emotional isolation of MEK members

Prohibition of meetings with family members at Ashraf 3 camp has caused a profound and extensive impact on the lives of the Mujahideen, affecting many aspects of their emotional, social, and psychological health. This decision has created a severe atmosphere of isolation and reinforced the feeling of detachment from the outside world, negatively impacting the overall well-being of individuals.

First of all, emotional isolation is one of the most obvious consequences of stopping meetings with family members. Family is often the primary source of emotional support for most individuals. For camp members who face many challenges within a closed environment, connecting with their loved ones would be a valuable opportunity to find solace and emotional stability. Withholding these contacts has created a strong feeling of loss and isolation, significantly deteriorating their mental health. Camp members feel cut off from the outside world and often face a deep sense of loneliness, which makes them more vulnerable to depression and stress.

In addition, the lack of contact with family members has also increased tensions and concerns within the camp. While these meetings could have provided some sort of stability and security for members, banning them has created an atmosphere charged with uncertainty and stress. Members often feel frustrated and worried about their families, experiencing anxiety about their well-being, and feeling unable to do anything to help. This lack of connections with loved ones has worsened their overall well-being and has caused internal tensions in the camp.

Another important aspect affected by this ban is the importance of social connections and support the family provides. Social connections are necessary for motivation and emotional stability of individuals. Family not only provides emotional support, but it is also an important source of motivation and guidance for many people. When camp members feel cut off from this vital support, they often experience a drop in morale and lose their sense of purpose or motivation. Furthermore, social isolation negatively affects the ability of individuals to maintain good mental health and cope with stress.

On the other hand, banning meetings with family members may reinforce the perception that the group is closed-minded and controlling, creating distrust and anxiety among camp members. When contact with family is banned, members may feel trapped and limited in their personal decisions. This situation makes them feel controlled and unable to influence their lives, reinforcing the perception that the group is closed to the outside world and does not want to create spaces for external dialogue or connection. This perception can weaken their confidence in group leaders and cause a heightened sense of distrust and discontent.

Another critical aspect is the impact that this ban has on the process of rehabilitation and integration of individuals. Contacting family is often an essential part of the rehabilitation process for individuals who have experienced major trauma or challenges in life. Family provides a sense of belonging and stability, which is important for emotional and psychological recovery. Prohibiting meetings with families has hindered this rehabilitation process, bringing ongoing emotional and psychological problems to camp members. This restriction makes it harder for them to cope with inner challenges and find emotional peace.

In summary, banning meetings with family members at Ashraf 3 camp has had profound and multiple impacts on the lives of its members. This decision has created emotional isolation, increased tensions and concerns, weakened social support and has negatively impacted the rehabilitation process of individuals. For camp members, contact with family members is an important part of their emotional and social wellbeing, and a lack of this contact has worsened their overall condition.

Mujahedin Khalq Organization as a terrorist group

In Modena, beyond the liberal curtain of disinformation

The selection of public initiatives in the post-Covid era certainly has the merit of bringing out initiatives, conferences and conventions in which, with a skillful work of clearing away castles in the air and frivolous speeches, implications, facts and events emerge that otherwise no one would know anything about.

This is the case of the seminar held on Saturday 12 in Modena under the theme Iran’s fight against internal and international terrorism in the multipolar world, organized by the Eurasianist movement La Terra dei Padri.

After a very brief introduction by Beatrice De Maio, former city councilor now in Indipendenza!, Stefano Bonilauri (director of the esteemed Anteo Edizioni) took the floor to summarize the Iranian fight against terrorism both in Syria and within it, against the “People’s Mujaheddin” (MEK); the topic was then covered extensively by the analyses of Maria Morigi, a scholar of Eastern religions and an expert on the Middle East, and by the direct testimonies of Javad Hasheminejad and Erisa Idrizi, respectively presidents of the Iranian Association of Victims of Terror and of the Nejat Society, its Albanian counterpart.

Hanieh Tarkian, a graduate in Islamic Sciences, excellently coordinated the translation work and presented the book she edited Courage and Faith. The example of General Qassem Soleimani in the fight against international terrorism (Passaggio al Bosco, Florence 2022). Shiite religious authority Abolfazl Emami formulated some reflections on the nature of Islam and its historical and theological aversion to any form of terrorism, the work was concluded by a speech by Gianni Alemanno.
The MEK, established in the 1960s and contributed to the overthrow of the Shah under the banner of an undefined ideology of eclecticism between Marxism and Islamism, but took up arms against the Islamic Republic immediately after 1979 and also allied itself with Saddam’s Iraq in the 1980-88 war, settling in Iraq for a long time.

Expelled when Baghdad began to draw closer to Iran, it settled in Albania under the cover of the USA and the EU: the leader, Mariam Rajavi, was welcomed with full honors also in Italy (bipartisan, as can be seen from some statements by former Prime Minister Matteo Renzi and MEP Susanna Ceccardi shown in the slide); here, now a sect in all respects, it has committed violence, imposed restrictions and brainwashed its members, under the guise of the cult of its leaders. Also expelled from Albania following a prolonged international mobilization, there is talk of establishing its center in Italy, which, clearly, has certainly not met with the favorable opinion of Tehran. As Emami has underlined, Italy and Iran have a long-standing relationship, and ruining it as happened with Albania (before 2012 there were embassies of the two countries in their respective capitals, today nothing) would not benefit anyone. Not to mention, we add, other public order problems that are added to those caused by the full-scale decommissioning. (JC)

Modena Conference
Mujahedin Khalq Organization as a terrorist group

Conference: “Iran’s Fight Against Domestic and International Terrorism in the Multipolar World”

On Saturday, October 12, the conference “Iran’s fight against domestic and international terrorism in the multipolar world” took place in Modena . Below is a brief report.

Beatrice De Maio, former city councilor of “Indipendenza”, opens the proceedings, outlining the gravity of the overall picture of the conflicts and the anguish that weighs on the conscience of everyone for the continuous massacre of civilians in the Gaza Strip. The audience is invited to a minute of silence to honor all the innocent victims or those belonging to the axis of the Resistance against Zionism in this senseless conflict.

The editor Stefano Bonilauri, as moderator, introduces the guests and gives an overview of the situation, referring for detailed elements to the Power Point that appears on the screen.

Maria Morigi, essayist:

The phenomenon of terrorism has its origins in Islamic Fundamentalisms, that is, Schools of thought born in large Universities that have elaborated ideological responses to the colonial predominance of the West (examples: the Taliban formed in the mid-nineteenth century in British India and the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt). Today the accusation of terrorism is inflated: it applies to jihadist groups and movements, but it also applies to those States that through the Resistance represent a danger to the Atlanticist/Western order.

In 1999 MEK Program for “A Modern Islam” – full of logical inconsistencies and proclamations – a moderate progressive and democratic Islam is boasted, only to be financed. In reality MEK has introduced itself as a cult of personality, committed a very high number of crimes and is characterized by a strong sectarianism on which we have the testimony of Elizabeth Rubin of the New York Times in 2003 during a visit to Camp Ashraf in Iraq: MEK members must take a vow of eternal celibacy, those who are married must divorce, those who are not must swear not to do so and cannot have children; all couples are forced to divorce and their children are also separated from their parents and transferred to different European countries. The organization is centered on the role of women and the cult of personality of the leader Maryam Rajavi; girls are taught that “joining the sect is a journey towards self-empowerment and the enlightenment of martyrdom inspired by the wisdom of Maryam Rajavi”. Members are periodically subjected to self-criticism sessions in which they are filmed admitting to inappropriate behavior.

In the USA, the author of the removal of the MEK from the terrorist list was Hillary Clinton in 2012. In the commission Elizabeth Rubin argued, thanks to her experience, that the MEK should have been considered a terrorist organization, also for the certified activities of money laundering, arms and drug trade, prostitution market and minors with which the sponsors are financed.

Mohammad Javad Hasheminejad, Habilian – Association of Iranian Families of Victims of Terrorism (online intervention from Iran)

Son of a victim of terrorism in Iran. His father died in an attack by a member of the MEK in 1981. MEK leader Mariam Rajavi claimed responsibility for the attack.

Hasheminejad gives a chronology of the MEK organization, founded in 1969 to fight against the Iranian regime (of the Shah). Two years after the 1979 revolution, a series of attacks against important state officials began. The MEK attracted many followers, including many young people. After the alliance with Saddam Hussein’s Iraq, they increased the number of attacks. After the death of Saddam Hussein, their plan to hide their responsibilities in the past attacks and present themselves as promoters of peace was discovered. The MEK members themselves have suffered violence from the leaders (Massoud Rajavi), so much so that today it is unbearable to see how this organization presents itself as “seeking peace” and that under this cover it commits other crimes. Through their presence in other countries, they seek to damage foreign relations with Iran. They were expelled by the Iraqi government and took refuge in Albania. Before that, relations between Iran and Albania were excellent. Albania has also realized the problems caused by this organization and is trying to limit its activity. There is a risk that the MEK will move its operational base from Albania to Italy. Despite everything, Iran-Italy relations are good and Italian politicians should be careful and prevent the MEK from moving to Italy. If their presence in Italy strengthens, Iran-Italy relations could worsen.

Erisa Rahimy , President of the Nejat Albania Association , to help MEK defectors.

Erisa is the wife of an Iranian interned in Camp Ashraf 3 who escaped by renouncing the movement, so, through her husband’s testimonies, she knows firsthand the situation of the internees and refugees. The audience in the room greatly appreciated Erisa’s speech.

Eriza reports that MEK members are subjected to continuous brainwashing and cannot have any contact with their families or outside the organization except through a permit that is rarely granted. Those who leave are strictly controlled. Those who escape become one of their worst enemies. In fact, the MEK organization represents a state in itself in Albania and the Albanian government has no power to control their camp. The abuses that are perpetrated there are out of the sight of politicians, the police and army.

Abolfazl Emami, Shiite religious authority.

Terrorism and Islam from an etymological point of view.

Terror comes from Latin and means “to make tremble”. The spread of terror in society brings fear into the souls of people. Terrorism, denied by the Koran, uses psychological warfare, even before weapons. The MEK terrorists are not only those who killed 17,000 people in Iran, but also those who destabilized Iran with mass protests largely supported by the media campaign and Western aid. Terrorism is also exercised through the action of governments that spread terror and above all through propaganda.

Islam means “to cure, to heal, to bring peace and calm”. To do this, you need well-being and mental serenity. Those who kill innocents in the name of Islam not only commit a crime against a society, but they kill Islam itself and it is as if they killed everyone. When an innocent person is killed without reason, no one is safe anymore, but the entire community is in danger. The Koran respects every religion and professes a religion of peace and security. Today, what is happening in Lebanon and Palestine is a form of state terrorism. Instead, with regard to internal terrorism, it must be recognized that Iran has defeated it and that regional terrorism in Iraq and Syria has been defeated alongside Russia and Hezbollah.

Gianni Alemanno, Secretary of Independence.

The fable of weapons of mass destruction in possession of Iraq was a total lie to justify the armed intervention. Today, in Palestine everything is justified since October 7, which was followed by a year of massacres. This is terrorism. The attitude of Minister Crosetto who now discovers a war crime is embarrassing. The real target of this war is not the Palestinians, but Iran. Iran is accused of being a supporter of terrorism. This is dangerous because it can lead to world war. The sovereignists must fight Islamophobia at a European level. Islamophobia is a very dangerous evil. It is a mechanism fueled by wars, but also by everyday life. All religions must be respected.

We are living the transition to a multipolar world. It is desired that every civilization in this world can live without interference in internal affairs. In BRICS, the difference between the various civilizations and the mutual respect for this difference is exalted. This is how Europe can return to being itself: in a multipolar world. With this objective, dialogue with the Islamic world is fundamental.

Hanieh Tarkian, professor of Islamic studies.

Definition of the term “rogue state” which is a term invented by Reagan. What do these states have in common? The fact that they do not want American interference in their countries and that they help other states to maintain legitimate independence and to safeguard the autonomy of their own thought and institutions.

However, if we look closely in the Middle East, the rogue state is precisely the USA that supported ISIS terrorism in Syria or the Mojhaeddin in Afghanistan or Al Qaeda in Yemen (many Yemenis from Al Qaeda then fought in Syria). The United States, the true supporters of terrorism, consistently assassinated General Soleimani who actually fought terrorism and represented the moderate and balanced fulcrum of diplomatic actions and agreements to reach a pacification and save the victims of Zionist and warmongering ambitions. In Palestine, over 40,000 civilians were killed, but we realize a war crime for a few shots against an Italian base in Lebanon.

Dr. Tarkian also recalls that the Iranian Constitution clearly states that support for oppressed peoples is provided.

Mujahedin Khalq 's Terrorism

Report on the International Conference “Struggling Terrorism”

On October 12, 2024 an international conference was held in Italy that focused on terrorism and human rights topics. Erisa Idris (Rahimi) on behalf of the Albanian Nejat Society was invited to the conference “Iran and Struggling Terrorism” held in Modena, Italy.

Erisa Idrizi’s Speech and the MEK Case

Erisa Idrizi, the President of the Albanian Nejat Society, delivered a powerful speech during the conference, sharing the experiences of her society and its members concerning the terrorist group called MEK (Mojahedin-e Khalq). She highlighted the horrific practices employed by this group, including torture and abuse of its members. Idrizi emphasized that such actions are unacceptable and constitute serious violations of human rights, as guaranteed by the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC).

Legal Framework for Human Rights

1. **International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR): This document guarantees fundamental rights, including the right to life, freedom from torture, and fair treatment, as well as the right to due process.
2. European Convention on Human Rights: According to Article 3, no one shall be subjected to torture or to inhuman or degrading treatment. The torture practices perpetrated by the MEK group violate this provision and place victims in a dangerous situation.
3. International Refugee Law: Under the 1951 Geneva Convention relating to the Status of Refugees, individuals who have experienced violence, persecution, and abuse have the right to seek international protection. Refugees must be treated with dignity and protected from any form of violence.

Erisa Idrizi’s speech was highly praised by participants and the Italian media, positioning her as a strong advocate for human rights. She successfully raised awareness about the abuses occurring within the MEK group and the urgent need for international action to ensure the protection of victims.

In conclusion, the “Struggling Terrorism” conference served as an important platform to discuss the challenges and solutions related to terrorism and human rights protection. The engagement of Erisa Idrizi and the Albanian Nejat Society marks a significant step toward promoting a fairer and more humane society where the rights of all individuals are respected and upheld.

Erisa Rahimi
The cult of Rajavi

Erisa Rahimi’s speech at the Modena conference

The English translation of the text of Mrs. Erisa Rahimi’s speech, to be presented at the Modena conference, which was given to the officials of La Terra dei Padri before her trip to Italy.

Good day everyone and welcome to my presentation.
First of all, let me thank you all for coming here today. I also wish to thank the organizers particularity Mr. Luciano Lago for inviting me to participate and speak about a very interesting and important topic in this conference.
Let me start by introducing myself.

My name is Erisa Idrizi. I am the president of Nejat Society in Albania. Nejat Society, with the aim of supporting the Iranians living in Albania, has been active for several years and last year I managed to officially register it along with some other humanitarian Albanians in Tirana.

I speak with pain about betraying the country, terrorism and violation of human rights, because I have seen a lot of evidence and heard a lot of suffering testimonies and felt the pain of friends, colleagues and members of the Nejat Society in Albania, which consists of the former members of the Mojahedin-e Khalq Organization (MEK, MKO) and their Albanian friends.

I was introduced to MEK seven years ago by my husband, Sarfaraz Rahimi, a former member of this organization who managed to rescue himself and live freely. We have a six-year-old son called Ermolindo.

Seven years ago, my husband’s words seemed unbelievable, when he told me that during 17 years he did not communicated with his family, he did not have the right to think freely, he did not have the right to leave the camp in Iraq for fun or for medication, he did not have the right to communicate with any member inside the camp, not even with his brother and his nephew, who were also part of this organization, and he did not have the right to marry and form a family.

But the thing that amazed me the most was how the leaders of this organization controlled the feelings and thoughts of the members. My husband and many other members who have been part of this organization told me that every night they had to sit and write their thoughts and the work they had done during the day and criticize themselves.
Aren’t you surprised now?

I was also surprised 7 years ago. How can a person have so much power over the others to control their thoughts to the point that forcing them to write down all their thoughts and even their dreams, and the people be punished if they thought about their family, friends or anyone and anything outside the organization?

Members would be psychologically punished in the form of being severely criticized and morally insulted in daily sessions called the “the current operation” or peer pressure.

Don’t you think that this is the most inhuman act against the members? That is, controlling their thoughts so that they deny their families and parents? Do you think this is the only criminal act of this organization? There are so many of them that I need a whole day to count them all for you.

But I only refer to some main topics about the criminal activities practiced systematically by the MEK.
The first is abusing the basic human rights of the members in a mind control destructive cult. The members have no right to leave the camp in Albania or resign, they have no right to marry and form a family or contact with the outside world particularly the family and friends. No one can have private ownership whatsoever. Members are not allowed to medication and there have been suspicious deaths inside the camp.

Members who live in a remote and isolated camp are subject to psychological thought control techniques systematically. Those who managed to escape and free themselves say that many individuals wish to free themselves but they have been frightened that they would be arrested and imprisoned by the Albanian police if they leave the camp.

Maryam Rajavi, the leader of MEK after the absence of her husband Massoud Rajavi, claims to respect the women’s rights inside the organization which is totally false. Women are subject to double abuse inside the cult. According to the Ideological Revolution masterminded by Massoud Rajavi, all female members are considered the legitimate wives of him. Some women including Batul Soltani who lives in Germany have confessed that Massoud Rajavi has sexually abused the female members systematically.

What has really shocked the world was the testimony of some former members who were child soldiers inside the organization. The documentary “the children of camp Ashraf” revealed this fact for the world. Members aged even 14 were forced to fight for Iraq against Iranian soldiers.

The discontented members have been subject to solitary confinement, torture, sham executions, and even death according to many witnesses. These types of criminal acts are still going on in the MEK camp and unfortunately the Albanian government has no control over the inside affairs of the camp.

The second is assassinations and terrorist activities inside Iran even against ordinary civilians and also inside Iraq against the Kurds in the north and Shiites in the south of the country with the cooperation of Saddam Hossein.

And the third which is also still going on now is to target the psychological security of the Iranians by forming a cyber army or troll farm in Albania. Hundreds have sat in front of keyboards and try to deceive individuals with disguised names.
This organization, which has currently located its military, security and intelligence departments in Albania, is using the Internet in my country as their main weapon to deceive the Iranian youth into sabotage activities.

How do they do it? They open different accounts with different fake names in the social media and they contact the Iranians in Iran with false identities and force them for small payments to set fire in government institutions, make explosion in parks regardless of the fact that there may be children, women, and families. Some young people have been the victims of the deception of the MEK in this respect.

Those who were arrested by the police in Iran and were imprisoned say that they (MEK) on the other side of the line were so convincing and they did not thing about the consequences of their activities.

MEK is no longer a major security issue for Iran, but rather a human rights issue for the families. Many families of the MEK members in Iran are suffering because Rajavi does not allow the members to have any sort of contact with them. They do not know anything about their loved ones trapped inside MEK for decades. They have formed the Nejat Society in Iran and trying to draw the attention of International Organizations to this human catastrophe.

I urge you to use all your capacity to demand the International and Albanian authorities to have some sort of control over the internal affairs of the camp and apply state sovereignty over that part of the territory and make sure the basic human rights are respected according to the European Convention on Human Rights.

This is all for now as there is much more to say. I would be more than happy to be able to answer your queries if there is any.

Thank you so much again and cheers
