There are credible reports, indicating that MKO/MEK/PMOI members have received considerable amounts of money, military training and equipments from the states which are hostile to Iran and fear of its growing influence in the Middle East, including the United States, Israel and Saudi Arabia. ..Seymour Hersh revealed that how the U.S. government has furtively supported the MKO terrorists..
“Dangerous concepts such as terrorism have become a tool at the service of the US policies and a leverage to pressure different parties,”Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq Ammar al-Hakim said on Saturday. ..But make no mistake, this organization [MKO/MEK/PMOI], all the evidence, all the circumstances, the verdict rendered in the court system whether in the United States or around the world, they know exactly these entities, the blood on their hands. It is a shame on the United States.
consider how unbelievable and in-congruent for the MEK to have such a powerful lobby that it can reach its tentacles into U.S. political “leadership” like this, spending millions of dollars in exchange for political endorsements and yet be portrayed at the very same time, as the Post and other media does, as a poor group of refugees trapped in Iraq enemy territory in need of humanitarian intervention. Where would this refugee group which (for 15 years) has been designated a “foreign terrorist organization” get the millions it paid to U.S. officials ..
