23rd session of the trial court of the MEK held in Tehran
Iran

Report on the 30th court session of the MEK’s trial

The 30th court session examining the charges against 104 members of the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK) as well as the organization’s nature as a legal entity, was held on March 4th in branch 11 of the Criminal Court of Tehran Province, presided over by Judge Amir Reza Dehghani.

After the Judge started the commence of the trial, Madah, the lawyer for the plaintiffs in the case, reviewed the previous sessions saying that pamphlets that were discovered in the 1360s from the MRK team houses were presented to the court.

In these pamphlets, the MEK taught bombing, forgery, stealing people’s cars, forming team houses, keeping weapons, and carrying out operations and assassinating the people of Iran. The source of these pamphlets is the MEK’s official journal, Mujahed.

According to the lawyer, some other pamphlets were not taken from the journal. They only had a security code and this pamphlet was given to the head of the unit team to distribute among the members. These pamphlets were discovered in the MEK cars and team houses. Maddah said, “If the defendants’ lawyers have doubts about the authenticity of these pamphlets, they can refer them to an expert”.

The problem raised by the defendants’ lawyers was that some of the defendants were not members of the organization at the time of the crime and later became members of the organization.

The plaintiffs’ lawyer replied: “Being a member of a criminal group is enough for a person to be considered a rebel. It is not necessary to take up arms. More than 17 of the organization’s former members and a large number of experts have appeared in court so far and testified that the accused ones of the organization were involved in bombings and assassinations.”

Mansour Nazari, a former member of the MEK who was a member of the group, for about 23 years appeared in the court. He lives in France and he states that had showed up in the court voluntarily. In his testimonies, Nazari spoke of a victim of torture in the MEK:

I was present at the trial of this person. Fathollah Fathi wanted to leave the organization, but people like Mahvash Sepehri said that this person should be executed. The MEK is a corrupt and complicated system, and they treated and tortured people who were recruited by it and wanted to leave the organization in the worst way.

About his own experience of being tortured he said, “I was under a lot of mental pressure and in all the meetings they held, such as the Digh meeting [one of the self-criticism meetings in the MEK], where they subjected people to mental and psychological pressure. In the Dagh meetings, they subjected and attacked those who had problems. I myself have been subjected many times in these meetings, especially by Mojgan Parsai, who was notoriously known for her violence and brutality.”

“During the 22 years that I left the organization, I have said many times in various articles that the organization’s defectors are like an antidote to this cancerous tumor.”

In response to the question of the lawyer for the defendants about how decisions were made, communicated, and implemented in theMEK, Mansour Nazari said: “Decision-making is always made by the top of the organization, and other members, except for the executor, are not informed of the decisions. The leadership council includes women from the organization, including Maryam Rajavi, Mahvash Sepehri, Fahmieh Arvani, Mojgan Parsiai, Roqiyeh Abbasi, Zohreh Atrianfar, Sepideh Ebrahimi, Zahra Marikhi, Jila Dehim, Mehraban Hajinejad, Soraya Shahri, and more, but I don’t remember when they made the decisions.”

He added, “The members of the Leadership Council were the executors of the orders of the head of the organization and made decisions on how to execute and implement them. Therefore, they are the executors and decision-makers. They were also informed of the actions and were in contact with all members of the MEK.

Elahe Pirouzfar, the lawyer for the defendants, appeared on the stand and asked Mansour Nazari, whether women played a role in the decision-making regarding the terrorist act. Nazari replied: The members of the Leadership Council were the executors of the orders of the head of the organization and made decisions on how to execute and implement them. Therefore, they are the executors and decision-makers. They were also aware of the actions and were in contact with all members of the MEK.

Seyyed Jalal Sadatian, one of the survivors of the terrorist attack that blew up the office of the Islamic Republic Party, appeared on the stand and said: “My ears were damaged in the explosion and my body parts were damaged, and the damage caused cannot be compensated.”

Yasser Ezzati, a former child soldier of the MEK also testified ih the 30th session of the MEK trial. He was involved with the MEK since he was 3. He left the group at the age of 27.

He addressed the court:

When I was younger, we, about 800 of us, ranging from infants to 19 years old, were sent to Germany to receive the necessary trainings. Kak Saleh [a commander of the MEK ranks], gave us organizational training and brainwashed us. We returned to Iraq in 1976, and in 1977, I witnessed the self-immolation of people at Camp Ashraf who could not cope with the conditions there. Also, in 1999, one of the members killed himself with a gun, which the MEK’s journal published under the title “Unwanted Shot.”

Ezzati explained about the female child soldier, Alan Mohammadi: “Alan Mohammadi was 15 years old. She was a militia like me. I mean she had been trained to be a child soldier but she did not have such a personality for fighting, struggle and revolution. She could not bear it and she shot heقlself.”

Masoud Sadeghi Azad, a survivor of the terrorist attack on the Islamic Republic Party’s office, appeared on the stand and after taking the oath, stated:

“Usually, people would receive invitations to enter the meetings in the office of the party, meaning that no one would enter this meeting without an invitation, but that day, Mr. Kolahi strangely guided everyone who was in the courtyard into the building.”

Asked by judge Dehghani if he had any information about Kolahi, the operative of the explosion, Sadeghi Azad answered, “Until the party building was blown up, we did not know Mr. Kolahi. He was in charge of the meetings. Kolahi always checked the invitations, but on the day of the incident, he brought people into the hall with great courtesy. Apparently, he had placed a box of explosives in a book cover under the meeting table. I was working in the Prime Minister’s office at the time. Kashmiri also killed Martyr Bahonar and Martyr Rajai. Kashmiri was someone we all followed in leading prayers and he became the Imam of the congregation. This is how hypocrisy misleads people.”

In the end, Judge Dehghani said: So far, the statements of 14 families of victims have been heard in court and their complaints have been registered, and more than 12 lawyers were present in court. 5 are the defendants’ hired lawyers, and the opinions of 10 experts in the offending fields have been used, and 28 witnesses have testified in court that 17 were members of the organization that had left and 11 were members of the Republican Party or committee commanders and firefighters. Given that the number of complaints is large, we expect a long time for the hearings. The next court session will be held on April 14, 1404.

The irony of Americans attending MEK conferences

Did you know that the MEK and especially it’s leadership, not only didn’t mourn the September 11, 2001 attacks on the Twin Towers, which took the lives of thousands of innocent Americans, but rather celebrated it. I know because I was in the MEK at the time. Let me tell you about it.

It was the afternoon of September 11th, 2001. We, the majority of MEK members had gathered in Bagherzadeh Camp near Baghdad because annual meetings were being held with MEK leadership. That afternoon we were playing soccer on the pitch during sports time, when several commanders rushed outside from the buildings and yelled “the American imperialism is crumbling”!

Our commander quickly explained that the Twin Towers had been targeted by airplanes and they were up in smokes.

We all quickly rushed to the cafeteria where large projection screens had been set up and the live news from Aljazeera and CNN was being broadcasted. Every time the scenes of the planes crashing into the towers were shown, the crowd cheered and clapped. That evening celebrations began. Loud music and dancing as sweets were distributed (an Iranian tradition when people receive good news). We danced until late night as the scenes of the towers crumbling were being broadcasted in the background.

We, especially the young members, had been indoctrinated that American imperialism was a “paper tiger” (a term coined by Chinese Communist Party founder Mao Zedong) and that it would one day crumble from within. And the MEK portrayed 9/11 as that day. The beginning of the fall of American imperialism. It’s important to note that Rajavi always insisted that the Islamic Republic is our tactical enemy and American imperialism is our strategic enemy.

The next day the entire MEK rank had a meeting with Masoud and Maryam Rajavi. As we sat in the meeting hall, which held almost 3000 MEK members, the Rajavis were sitting behind a wide desk on stage. On both sides of the stage were large projector screens, which were broadcasting live news and rerunning the scenes of the towers crumbling. Masoud Rajavi was very quiet during those moments, but Maryam Rajavi was smiling and clapping as the audience cheered on.

Every time I see an American politician meeting with Maryam Rajavi, this scene comes to my mind and I think to myself: if only they were with us on that day and saw Rajavi’s smile as all those innocent people fell to their deaths.

Shame on any American who openly supports the MEK and it’s deceiving, corrupt and criminal leader Maryam Rajavi.

Don’t fall for the MEK’s smoke and mirror games

Following the Fox News statement on the support by 150 US lawmakers for the MEK, Former child soldier, Ray Torabi (Mohammad Reza Torabi) addressed the signatories of the resolution on his X account informing them that the MEK is “an outdated cult with no popular support inside Iran who try to stay relevant by spending their laundered money on buying fake support from politicians who have a price tag”.

Torabi wrote an exemplified first-hand account about the hypocritic and fraudulent approach of the MEK leaders since past until now:
Days prior to the 2003 invasion of Iraq by Coalition forces, MEK leader Massoud Rajavi had ordered all forces (approximately 3000 members) to station alongside the Iran-Iraq border. His strategy was that while Coalition forces are occupied with Saddam’s army, at the right time we will attack Iran and overthrow the mullahs’ regime! Yes it was a ridiculous strategy. One that could have led to the slaughter of all MEK forces, once and for all. But Rajavi was serious about it. Luckily the order never came and I live to tell the story. Once it was imminent that Saddam’s army had fallen and his troops had turned their backs on him and abandoned their stations, we began carrying out secret reconnaissance missions into Iraqi Army bases that had been completely abandoned. We were looking for tanks and military equipment, specifically T60s and T72s.

These tanks were then transferred to MEK bases in the dark hours of the night and quickly spray painted with MEK military codes and flags.

The goal wasn’t even to eventually use these tanks, the majority of which had gone through a self-demolition procedure by the crew prior to abandonment, but to show on paper that the MEK owned several thousand tanks. At the time, talks between the US Army and MEK officials had begun and Rajavi knew his army had to give up all of it weapons and surrender.

But it wanted to look strong on paper. And so we did. In a matter of days, we ended up adding several hundred more tanks to the MEK’s arsenal, which was then handed over to the US Army. Many of these tanks weren’t even operational anymore, but counted on paper as the MEK’S firepower. I remember that a few years later, in one of Rajavi’s meetings with all MEK members in Camp Ashraf, where he connected with us via audio, he listed the numbers of tanks and military vehicles and equipment we had handed over to the US Army and bragged that based on the number of tanks we “owned”, we were “the most powerful army in the Middle East”.

Today, it’s the same story. The MEK looks strong on paper. They spend the fortunes they accumulated during the 90s illegally selling Saddam’s oil in black markets on buying worn-out politicians to give paid speeches at their rallies and conferences. They collect signatures from members of Congress and parliamentarians across the world by using the names of fallen Iranian youths like Masha Amini, who had no association with the MEK, and write up fancy statements, but on the ground have no popular support. In fact, they are loathed by the Iranian people for the crimes they committed against their own countrymen during the Iran-Iraq War, where they sided with Saddam and betrayed their country.

They are consisted of some 2500 members around the world with the average age of almost 60. Their Marxist-Islamic ideology no longer sells in Iran and the younger generations don’t even know who they are.
But on paper, Maryam Rajavi is the self proclaimed leader of the “resistance”.

Don’t fall for their smoke and mirror games.

Did you know that in 1998, when I was 16 years old and awaited being sent to Iraq to join MEK ranks as a child soldier, a top NCRI/MEK official took me along with him on a trip to Arkansas, where we collected money (tens of thousands of dollars in cash) from MEK supporters to “purchase night vision goggles” for MEK’s teams infiltrating into Iran and carrying out military operations? It was illegal because at the time, the MEK was still on the US Foreign Terrorist Organizations list.
I don’t want to name him yet but it seems Fox News loves him.

Did you know that me and the other child soldiers who were recruited from Canada and the US in the late 90s by the MEK and sent to Camp Ashraf in Iraq, lived in NCRI headquarters in Washington DC the entire time? That’s where we were indoctrinated and eventually given illegal fake travel documents by MEK/NCRI officials, with which we were smuggled into Iraq.

That’s also where the MEK’s fake charity scheme, through which they laundered money, was being operated and controlled from.

MEK/NCRI leaders and officials talking about freedom and democracy and human rights is a joke. These people are criminals and must be tried in an international tribunal.

Fox News betray Iranians by promoting the MEK

Fox News, reported that bipartisan group of 151 lawmakers is rallying around a resolution to support the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK). In its statement on X platform, Fox News indicated that 150 American politicians have openly betrayed the freedom-seeking people of Iran. They are imposing an ideology that has been actually acting against freedom and democracy for near 5 decades.

According to the report, the resolution, led by Rep. Tom McClintock, R-Calif., claims support for the Iranian people and their stated desire for a “democratic, secular and non-nuclear” Iran through regime change by the MEK which is a formerly terrorist designated group by the US State Department. The group has a dark background and it is despised by the Iranian public.

Fox News’s statement was slammed by thousands of Iranians around the world using the hashtags #MEKTerrorists and #NCRTerrorists. The users tried to inform the US politicians that the MEK can not be considered as the alternative of the Iranian government based on a large number of atrocities committed by its disappeared leader, Massoud Rajavi and its public leader, Maryam Rajavi.

Here’s a brief account of the documented violent and terrorist activities attributed to the MEK/PMOI/NCRI/MKO:

Terrorist Attacks and Murder of Americans

Founded in 1965 as an Islamist-Marxist militia, MEK was a U.S.-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) from 1997-2012.

In the 1970s, it assassinated U.S. military personnel in Iran—colonels Paul R. Shaffer, John H. Turner, and Lewis Lee Hawkins—targeting them as “imperialist” symbols.
It bombed Western businesses and, in 1992, attacked Iranian diplomatic missions in 10 countries, including the U.S. In 2003, 170 MEK members including their she-guru Maryam Rajavi, were arrested in France for plotting terrorist attacks. The French Police confiscated large amounts of money and documents of money laundering. Eventually dozens of group members committed self-immolation to protest the arrest of Maryam Rajavi. Two women died.

Alliance with Saddam Hussein

Exiled from Iran in the 1980s, MEK allied with Saddam Hussein, who funded and armed it. During the Iran-Iraq War (1980-1988), it fought Iran from Camp Ashraf. In 1988, its Operation Forough Javidan—a failed invasion—killed thousands of Iranian civilians, deepening its infamy as a traitor group among Iranians.

Crimes Against Humanity in Iraq

In 2010, the Iraqi High Tribunal issued arrest warrants for 39 MEK members, including Maryam Rajavi, for crimes against humanity tied to their role in suppressing the 1991 uprisings of Kurds and Shiites under Saddam’s regime, further evidencing their brutality and collaboration with dictators. “Take the Kurds under the tanks! Keep your bullets for Iranian soldiers!”, a very famous quote by Maryam to her forces in the operation to suppress Kurds.

Torture and Human Rights Abuses

MEK operates as a cult, enforcing control through horrific abuses. Defectors report torture, solitary confinement, and brainwashing. Women face oppressions, while families are separated, with children trafficked to Europe. Female members were coerced into sexual relations with Masoud Rajavi, with Maryam Rajavi sanctioning it via “vows.” Refusal meant disappearance.

Oppressive Practices

MEK claims to support democracy, but enforces mandatory hijab, gender segregation, sexual control, and emotional isolation. Members lack outside media, limited to “Mujahedin television” looping Rajavi speeches. Its theocratic practices clash with Iranians aspirations for democracy.

Propaganda and Deception

MEK runs “troll farms” in Albania, with over 1,000 members using fake accounts to spread pro-Rajavi propaganda in English, Farsi, and Arabic across social media and news comments. It hides behind aliases like the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), falsely posing as a democratic option. Defectors reveal orders to praise pro-MEK figures and attack critics.

Anti-American nature

Backing the U.S. Embassy takeover and hostage crisis, the MEK chanted anti-American slogans. “May America be annihilated” and “Death to America by blood and bonfire”—show its radicalism. After clashing with the Iranian government, it turned to violence and exile, never shedding its authoritarian core.

Removal from FTO list

The U.S. delisted MEK in 2012 after heavy lobbying, but internal reports flagged its violent history and cult-like nature. This wasn’t a clean slate—its past, including killing Americans and aiding Saddam, lingers. In Albania, ex-military intelligence described “extraordinary psychological violence and threats of murder” in its camps.

Now, the Iranian people ask Fox News a crucial question: as a media outlet that claims to stand for freedom and democracy, based on which survey, which vote of the people, which historical value, and what legitimacy did you decide to recognize a cult-like terrorist group—one that itself opposes the freedom of the Iranian people—as a symbol of freedom and democracy?
In fact, there has been no survey or poll. The American sponsors of the MEK just follow the rule of money. The MEK/ NCR was a terrorist cult but it turned out to be “freedom fighter” after it paid millions of dollars as speaking fees to the high-profile figures.

Report on the 29th court session of the MEK’s trial

The 29th court session examining the charges against 104 members of the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK) as well as the organization’s nature as a legal entity, was held on February 18 in branch 11 of the Criminal Court of Tehran Province, presided over by Judge Amir Reza Dehghani.

The judge announced the opening of the court saying: Given the presence of the prosecutor’s representative, the lawyers of the plaintiffs and defendants, and some of the plaintiffs in the session, and the formality and openness of the court, in compliance with all the formalities of the Criminal Procedure Code, especially Articles 2, 3, 5, 7, and Articles 296, 297, 315, and 382 of this law, we will begin the continuation of the first session by declaring it official and public.

The plaintiff’s lawyer, Masoud Maddah, said: “Regarding the terrorist crimes of the MEK, in the previous session we applied the legal dimensions of this issue to the crime of leading a criminal group and its organization with engineering operations.

In this session, I will apply the examples and material elements of the crime of leading a criminal group, the subject of Article 130 of the Islamic Penal Code, to one of the most pivotal crimes that the MEK committed, which was the discussion of team houses and repeated assassinations and torture.”

According to lawyer Maddah, it is not necessarily the case that the leaders of the MEK themselves are directly involved in criminal operations. It is not the case that in the bombings, assassinations, and tortures, need to be present in the crimes and carry them out.

Presenting some examples of the MEK crimes, the lawyer said, “At one point in time, the MEK took actions such as assassinating civilians to demonstrate its existence, as I presented the confessions of a MEK member named Mehran Asadeghi in the previous session. He stated that the organization ordered us to carry out these terrorist acts if 30 out of every 50 people were ordinary people so that the organization would survive and demonstrate its existence. They reproduce numerous pamphlets and distribute them among their members in team houses.”

Massoud Khodabandeh, a defected member of the MEK who had been a member of the group for 16 years, appeared on the stand and swore to tell nothing but the truth in court.

Khodabandeh said in court: “I became acquainted with the organization a few years before the revolution, and then I went to England and became a member of the organization, and I was in Iranian Kurdistan for 2 years. After that, I went to Iraq with Massoud Rajavi. I traveled to Iraq and Europe. I took Maryam Rajavi from Iraq to France. In France, I decided to leave the organization. I had 2 passports, which I handed in and went to London, and I have been in contact with the MEK since 1998. With the help of my wife, I wrote 3 books about the MEK. During this time, I also participated in a court as a witness. I appeared in this court today. I confirm all the books and pamphlets introduced in the court.”

The former member of the MEK, said: “I was in the organization for 15 years. I was present in England as a supporter. We established the Committee to Support the People’s Mojahedin in London with the help of Dr. Reza Raisi. Then I went to prison. After my release, I went to Paris. I was assigned to take Radio Mojahedin to the Sardasht region, where I was in this region for 2 years. After that, I went to Iraq and Paris. In Paris, I was responsible for protecting Bani Sadr’s daughter. After Massoud Rajavi’s divorce from Bani Sadr’s daughter, I was with Maryam Rajavi. I was on the team to take over Camp Ashraf and develop it. Sometime later, I left the organization and since then I have been collecting materials related to the Mojahedin.”

Massoud Khodabandeh said: “The process of producing a person who straps a bomb to himself and detonates it is already in his book. They named people as leaders, they tortured these people and ordered others to torture them. I took Mehdi Abrishamchi and took him to Kurdistan. When this person came, he was different from the person who tortured him later, just like Massoud Rajavi, whom we saw earlier, was different from the Rajavi who went to Saddam. Ugliness gradually happens and an ordinary person cannot suddenly become a torturer.”

He said: “In meetings, men were forced to curse their wives and divorce their wives. One of these people, named Commander Kamal, was in that meeting and refused to accept it, so they took him out and half an hour later they said he had set himself on fire. In fact, Massoud and his apparatus claimed that they were doing these things against me and that these people should be eliminated in a way that their voices would not be heard. There is a voice of Massoud in a meeting saying how much money to take and carry out a terrorist act.”

Khodabandeh continued: “During Saddam’s era, if I wanted to implement a project, they would pay for it, but this has not happened for years and they cannot invite someone from, for example, Canada, pay for his accommodation and other expenses to participate in the MKO gatherings, so they use people from within the same country. An American senator told me that when someone is attacking the Islamic Republic, we do not become enemies with him.”

The judge asked: When did these statements come from?
Khodabandeh replied: “Four or five years ago. Currently, the MKO has changed shape. At one time, this organization, centered on Saddam and Massoud Rajavi, only carried out military terrorist operations. This military terrorist apparatus became an information and propaganda apparatus after Turki Faisal (who announced Massoud Rajavi’s death without coordination). The core of this organization was also entrusted to Turki Faisal and Maryam Rajavi. After Saddam’s death, there was no place for Massoud Rajavi in this organization, so he had to be put aside, dead or alive. I tried many times to speak in the Brussels court, but they did not allow me to do so.”

A Ukrainian’s account of attending the MEK demonstration

The anti-Iranian demonstration that the MEK organized in Paris on February 8th was, as always, scandalous.

In addition to the numerous Ukrainian flags that showed the presence of hundreds of Ukrainian refugees at the event, there were also reports of the dissatisfaction of these deceived participants.

The image that was viewed the most on social media and was circulated was a tweet from a Ukrainian participant who expressed his dissatisfaction with the service provided by the organizers of the demonstration and blamed Iranians based on the fraudulent performance of the MEK.

This Ukrainian participant wrote in his tweet: “Iranians are deceitful and liar. Yesterday, an Iranian organization invited me to a demonstration against Russia and for support my country, promising hospitality and a tour of Paris, but then I realized that it was a lie and at the beginning of the ceremony they took my country’s flags from me. These same fraudsters are allies of Russia.”

A Ukrainian's account of attending the MEK demonstration

A Ukrainian’s account of attending the MEK demonstration

This is while the National Council of Resistance, as the MEK’s propaganda vitrine, has claimed in its reports that Ukrainians have joined their anti-Iranian demonstrations in a spontaneous wave.

For example, the Euronews report mentions a 37-year-old Ukrainian nurse who now lives in Germany, as “one of the people who came to Paris to join the Iranian protesters.”

For a war-torn Ukrainian who has settled in European countries with thousands of hardships, a tour of Paris could be a dream trip that can be realized by the MEK buses. It may be that a little political motivation and shared anti-Iranian sentiments are also the spice of this Paris friendship, but apparently the MEK’s blunder during the demonstration and reception has caused a scandal.

This is not the first time that the Cult of Rajavi has sent vulnerable refugees and displaced persons from all over Europe to Paris with the promise of lunch and sandwiches and a tour of Paris.

Iranian judiciary's notice to MEK members

Defeat of the MEK agents in another court

Mohammad Reza (Ray) Torabi, a former child soldier of the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK), informed that the complaint of one of the MEK agents against him was defeated in court.

In 2017, after 18 years of membership in the MEK, Mohammad Reza Torabi left it and a while later, along with a number of other MEK children, shed light on his experience within the cult-like and violent nature of the group. They speak out about the atrocities of the MEK leaders against their own members.

On January 31, 2025, he announced on his account on the X social network that the complaint of one of the MEK supporters against him in a court in Germany was declared closed:
Some time ago, I announced that the MEK filed a legal complaint against me in an attempt to silence me. Today, the prosecutor declared the case closed due to the lack of necessary evidence from the plaintiff. This complaint was filed very cleverly by an MEK sympathizer in Germany. He had stated that I had publicly “slandered” him and declared him as “an MEK sympathizer”, when in fact he was not and the MEK is a “terrorist organization.” Therefore, the German police and prosecutors were obliged to seriously pursue the case. However, with a little searching, it became clear that this foolish supporter had forgotten that he himself had declared on his official account that “I am a Mujahed”. His real name, which was only revealed to me after the police received his official complaint, was also among one of the signatories of some MEK statements and declarations. With my submission of these documents, the entire case was declared closed in less than a month.

Mohammad Reza Torabi, who had previously received death threats from MEK agents, had firmly declared in a video to the leaders of the group that the more they threatened him, the more he would raise his voice and was willing to sacrifice his life for the truth so that the true nature of the MEK would be revealed to the Iranian people. He also announced in the continuation of this complaint that he would continue to fight against Massoud Rajavi’s cult:

But now it is my turn to file a complaint. Because he officially lied to the police in his complaint, and this is considered a serious crime in Germany. The irony of the matter is that he himself had used the hashtag #Please_Court in his tweet!

In his recent post, Torabi also explained the hypocritical tactics that MEK agents use on social media to attract users:
Finally, I will say from experience that someone swearing at the MEK and even calling them “terrorists” is not fundamentally proof that he is not a Mujahed or a supporter of the group. The MEK and their supporters are very hypocritical and far-fetched.
