Human Rights Abuse in the MEK

The world day of confirming the Charter of Human Right

Because of the world day of confirming the Charter of Human Right

We cherish the ten of December, the anniversary of confirming the Charter of Human Rights.

It is the day of happiness for the black slaves, the downtrodden people of different races, and those who are hungry for freedom.

Many years ago, it seemed to be needed a charter which was being able to make peace all over the world.

In the Charter with thirty matters, it was declared to all government to recognize the human rights, cherish them and try to fulfill their terms. Unfortunately, something else happened. They were the great powers who conquered. The pretended supporters, that are the known dictators, had nothing but war, killing and disturbance.

Nowadays, the human rights are a weapon and a pretext which has been abused by some despotic governors.

In the center of these governments, some groups and organizations had been created, which had sectarian organizations and protected them.

The Mojahedin-e Khalq Organization is one of them which are known by the Iranians. It was an organization which was formed in Iran, and had to leave the country because of armed struggle and protection the terrorism. It took no time, when they went to Saddam’s embrace.

At the top of this sect, it was Rajavi who believed to armed aggression and terrorism. News and information by split members reveals the terrible cases of violating the human rights among this sect.

In order to be more familiar with the black records and the flagrant betrayal of Rajavi and his sect, we are going to point out some cases:

1-To assassinate the American diplomats along with the anti-Imperialist struggles before 1357; to declare the armed struggle with the aim of physical removing of the people; to begin the strategy of blind terror.

2-To hijack along with the extension of terrorist operations and escape from Iran.

3-To contract with regime of BAATH of Iraq.

4- To deceive the Iranian youth, and abroad citizens; and attract them to join the terrorist sect.

5-To deprive the right of freedom, and select the members to have a blindly obedience from Rajavi, who is against the Human Rights’ law.

6-To have a continuous insult to freedom, independence and Islamic ideology of Iranians.

7-To kill thousands of people in military attacks in the frontier between Iran and Iraq.

8-To have a false propaganda, and extent it among Iranian youth.

9-To deceive the Iranian youth, and attract the deceived followers from Iran into Iraq, and then imprison them under a terrible condition.

10-To brainwash the members, and deprive their rights of freedom and rights of reproving.

11-To start a special training to control the members, and amuse them by special teams.

12-To neglect the women rights, and oppress them along with the anti-human aims of Rajavi.

13-To initiate the forced and obligatory wedding until 1991.

14-To declare the ideology of forced divorce.

15-To destroy the base of family, and banish the children through separating them from their parents.

16-To kill the Kurds through the Persian Gulf war, and also massacre the Iraqi Shiites.

17-To bother and torture the unsatisfied members.

18-To get obligation from the members, so that they should never return to their families.

19-To use the label “sexual patients” for those who reject the forced divorces.

20-To challenge with friendly relationships among the members.

21-To have a continuous disagreement with home and family.

22-To declare the obligatory divorce even for those singles who may get married in the future.

23-To deceive Maryam Rajavi, the wife of Mehdi Ibrahim-chi, and marry with her which could be considered as a sectarian trick.

24-To separate between mothers and their children; to forbid the love and kindness between them; to forbid smiling among the members; and to declare that the reflex of sexual ray which may be raised through the natural relationship is against the sect’s law.

25-To forbid any symbols of family such as engagement rings.

26-To force men and women to face each other and declare their great aversions, and then expectorate to each other.

27-To force men and women to cuff each other.

28-To get written obligation, so that they should never leave Iraq.

29-To forbid family visits.

30-To bring the girls (exile children) from foreign countries and force them to get married with members of high layer of the sect, and also with aged members.

31-To imprison the members along with the ideological divorce.

32-To assassinate the characters of members who wished to leave the sect.

33-To change the sets of apartment “H” into horrible prisons; to make barbed wires and tall bulkhead around the Ashraf prisons.

34-To confirm the death sentence for detached members.

35-To confirm the edict of death for families in spring of 1991.

36-To bluff the premature fall of the Islamic regime of Iran, in order to control the members.

37-To exile the infant into European countries, after the collapse of their families.

38-To dissolve the kindergartens and schools in Ashraf prison.

39-To censor the news, so that the members were unaware about the political circumstances of the world.

40-To extend anarchism and anti- human movements, and forbid any relationship among the members.

41-To extend bondage and work without any salary, in order to keep the members busy.

42-To apprehend thousands people with no lawful permission.

43-To torment against the women to exploit their natures.

44-To forbid any kinds of reproof.

45-To use the methods of assault and battery, desecrate the unsatisfied members, and create an awful atmosphere to control the members.

46-To create prisons in most cities of Iraq, and compile the law in the prisons.

47-To forbid any political activities, and deprive the freedom of thinking and expressing.

48-To disconnect any telephone connection between the members and their families, except those which have terrorist aims.

49-To dispatch the terrorist teams into Iran; to shell the towns and kill the innocent citizens.

50-To consider the terrible dictatorial methods in the inner relationships, and flout the minimums of freedom of the members.

51-To abuse the honor emotions of the members, in order to prove the leading of Rajavi.

52-To waste the time of the members through the useless activities (to run errand for Saddam) all day long, in order to keep them busy.

53-To be completed dependent to regime of BATH, and to organize the private army for Saddam.

54-To foray the interests of Iraq under the trade of oil with food.

55-To suicide and doubtful death; to liquidate; to do criminal actions against the detached members.

56-To break the human rights in their terrorist organization, and deceive the new members by constituting the terrorist teams.

57-To extend the policy of reporting from each other; that is to spy.

58-To remove the newspapers, the press and the books of other sects that would be considered as illuminated books.

59-To codify the death rules for those who backbite Rajavi.

60-To forbid any family visits during Saddam’s period, but after Saddam’s fall they allowed them to visit their families to spy them indirectly.

61-To abuse the exiled children to beg from foreign citizens, under the name of gathering financial help, and then expend them in terrorist operations.

62-To play the role of agent provocateur for Saddam during the eight years war between Iran and Iraq, and massacre thousands of Iranian by doing this.

63-To extend the policy of self-burning among the members, and create an awful atmosphere which caused the self-burning of women in Paris.

64-To negate the possessive right for the members, and confiscate all their possessions along the terrorist aims.

65-To torture with cables, and terrible beating, so that they should kneel in front of the pictures of Massoud and Maryam.

66-To torture in football room, in which six persons in two teams of prisoners were being passed while they were being beaten.

67-To take the prisoner in the rifle range and shoot around his body, in order to frighten him.

68-To deceive the Iranians who travel to other countries to seek the job, by some hunting groups belonged to the sect.

69-To send the terrorist teams into European countries to remove the split members from the sect.

70-To create the atmosphere of fear; to menace the split members and beat them.

Now the organization which considers itself as the messenger of peace and freedom has been converted to an awful and anti-human sect through deviation from the principles and rejecting its members’ rights.

The mentioned cases are just a few from the all. Those who want to get more information should research more. Rajavi at the top of a sect has done so many criminal acts by deceiving and capturing the victims.

Now for glorification the charter of the world Human Right we expect the terrorist organization of Mojahedin to be denounced, so that Massoud Rajavi as the leader of the terrorist sect and the accessory of Saddam would be tried.

Our share 2

I Stayed to …

A few days ago, I considered some letters via Iran Efshagar which were related to my relatives. In reply to them, I have prepared an article as the following part of my previous reply, titled “Our Share “.

Once more, when I saw my husband’s picture, I became very happy and took it for my daughter.

And I am also so happy, since I learned that my husband has received my message and now he knows that I’m waiting for him. I am glad now, now that I can learn about my relatives’ health this way.( because there is no other way to contact them)

In your speeches, you didn’t say anything about the way I was arrested!?

The fact is that: when I was sent to Tehran for the second time ( contrary to the first time) you didn’t work on our return plan. In the last moment, when our team was leaving Jalula, I asked:” how do you return us?” you said:” we will return you.” But you didn’t say how. You always, in your justification meeting, told us: “80 percent going and 20 percent returning.” After your first operation you should stay in Iran so that we introduce you other subjects and targets to operate on them”. In other words if after the operation you survived, we would give you so many targets that you finally get arrested. While returning you left us in the hands of smugglers who were working for Iranian government. When we reached the borders you removed the “red boundary” which was made by yourselves intentionally to divulge our track. You had told us to get back to the boundary without arms, not to be able to defend ourselves in case of confrontation with the officials. When we were working on the operation in our base, you just said:” don’t get arrested alive” and you had named this situation ”Red Boundary” and given us four cynide Capsules to kill ourselves.  You never spent a minute to tell us how we can keep ourselves alive while getting arrested. You sent us for operation at the same time and region as another team had gone for operation a few blocks away. So while the police was patrolling around that region in Tehran, to pursue the first team, they were able to  arrest us.

All the above issues confirms that you had tried your best to drive us to dead in order to have a thicker list of martyrs and use it for your propaganda machine and send other individuals, motivated to take the revenge on us and do another operation and be killed ,in Iran.

But, Because of God’s will, because of our little children, Marjan and I survived.

I stayed here to realize your other face, lies and frauds well, and prevent my compatriot youth from being deceived. I stayed in Nejat Society to denounce your reality more and more and struggle to liberate my relatives and friends. I stayed to inform the families who are not aware of their loved ones for years. I stayed to tell the families that if your children don’t contact with your, its Rajavi’s fault.

Each time I see a family huging their loved one, I get more energy to rescue my other friends.

I found it necessary to point out: I will try my best until all those families have their beloveds in their homelands.

When you talk about my aunt and uncle, you should know that I’m working in Nejat Society for their objectives. Because I’m sure if they were alive and reached your bases, they would certainly separate from you and criticize you.

Recently, I heard from one of my uncle’s friends that when in 1978 and 79, my uncle was a member of the organization, he had some problem with the organization, because he was a religious person, he had criticized them on theological and religious cases and had tried to reform such matters and have Islam as essential in everything . He had seen many people among the cadres who did not say their prayers correctly or even weren’t able to say them. But this reminding didn’t have any results.

Finally, one day in meeting with Masud Rajavi and 9 other people including my uncle, one of the members says something in Masud’s ear. Then they all go to another room preventing my uncle to join them. Then gradually my uncle’s responsibilities in the organization were reduced until 1980 when Masud Rajavi left the high ranking members such as Musa Khiabani, Ashraf Rabiee and my uncle, and fled treacherously to Paris and led them to death in Iran. He wanted to get rid of his ideological members for ever and to be the only one to reach the power. Since he knew if they survived they would criticize all he would do. Masud Rajavi removed Islam since that year did not leave anything except a bizarre form of Islam.

And also my aunt who was very religious and had studied theology and Qoran Sciences for years, if she saw one example of internal problems of the organization, she would never believe in them and separate from them.

In such an organization where Muslim’s Holly Book, Qoran, is not found even for one version, every one who reads Qoran is labeled as “retarded”. During the years I was there, they made fun of mentioning God’s name.

I have a memory relating this issue: when some of my colleagues and I had gone to Hamrin to practice shooting, we got lost there.

To find the way, I asked God for help. When finally we found the way and returned to our base, they made fun of me because of that and mentioned it as “The under Minimum Fact”!!!? They always said:” in an emergency case, ask Masud and Maryam for help” they never mentioned God.

They didn’t respect Islam even for the minimum.

Therefore I am sure that if my uncle and aunt were alive, could not bear such an organization and would separate from them, as my uncle did.

Surprisingly Masud Rajavi reads a verse of Qoran at the beginning of his meetings to deceive the public and cries for Imam Hussein.

Did Imam Hussein defend Islam the same as what you do?

He said his prayers while he was fighting his enemies, does he equal you and Masud? You who give up praying just while the operation with any excuse.

Imam Hussein and his whole relatives stayed, fought and suffered martyrdom. How about you? In the first stages of threat Masud and Maryam fled to Europe and left all the members alone. They gave money to their high ranking commandants for the time the need to escape. But what did you do for the other individuals such as my sisters, husband and cousin? Did you tell them what to do when threatened? Do you want to scarify everyone for your own salvation?

I notify that I’m working in Nejat Society to prevent my friends and relatives from being victims and I will never let you kill them like my aunt and uncle.

Imam Hussein fought until the last moment. What about you? whilst the first threat, you delivered your weapons and resigned yourself to the American forces, , however, the world remembers your “Dawn with the US “, “ Dawn with Imperialism” slogans not long ago. You were proud of terrorizing Americans. But now you have focused all your efforts to get the confirmation of those same Americans and now you are proud of having good and warm relations with them! They have become your new Masters! (After Saddam Hussein)

Maryam Rajavi has titled herself as “the First Lady of the women of the world” – Holly Fatima’s title – .

How did she dare?! How could you let yourself to see yourself instead of holly Fatima the only Lady of the women of the world? Who labeled you as the best woman in the world?

While ideological divorces, Masud Rajavi interpreted “Azhab Surratt” about himself although it was descended for prophet Mohamad (peace be upon him)

None of our Imams ordered people to divorce ideologically!!! They didn’t teach their supporters to be separated from family and society. And you – Masud Rajavi – where did you find this version of Islam?

He told the members:”I’m the only cycle to join Imams, Imam Zaman and finally God!! You should only join your commandant and then via her join Maryam and then me, in order to have the happiness in this world and the other world!!!

What a wondering claim! how did he dare to claim such things? I should only say: ”Yowma tobleas saraer” ei our date will be on the resurrection day when the secrets will be denounced  when you should answer your God.   Houra Shalchi

The cult of Rajavi

Why ‘freedom of thought’ is a sin in the Mojahedin?

Did you know Why ‘freedom of thought’ is a sin in the Mojahedin? Why every single member of the Mojahedin is required to write a daily report about every thought which comes to their mind during the day?

With the introduction of the”Second Phase of the Ideological Revolution”in 1989, married couples and children were separated from one another in a bid to divert all personal love and affection towards the Ideological Leaders  Massoud and Maryam Rajavi. The Revolution did not stop at that point however. Soon, unmarried people were also expected to ‘divorce’ in their hearts and minds everything to do with the opposite sex. They should not allow themselves to think about the opposite sex at any time during the day even, for that matter, during their sleep and dreams. A sex related dream or, remembering your child or, a passing memory of a girl or boy you knew perhaps as a teenager, were all declared to be signs that a person is”drowning in a world of sexuality”, and that therefore they”needed the Leaders’ help”.

The problem outside of Ashraf Camp was that members would meet and talk

over the phone with people of the opposite sex, see billboard advertisements, and even sometimes watch uncensored television. Inside Ashraf Camp the refectories were separated, men and women would not sit in the same car, and even the petrol station had separate timetables for men and women so that they would not meet. This resulted in a different level of thoughts about the opposite sex.

The Rajavis’ compulsory daily report was introduced thus:”once you write down all these ‘contradictions’ and read them aloud in the meeting at the end of the week, then the collective presence [peer pressure] will shame you sufficiently that you will reduce and will ultimately eliminate these bad thoughts or ‘contradictions’ to the point that your heart and mind will eventually belong solely to the leader.”

Once people were forced to write down their ‘contradictions’, the daily reports began to read along these lines:”I used the petrol pump after sister x, and I felt aroused”, or”I saw two birds together in a tree and I had an erotic thought”, or”when I sat on the chair that sister x has just left, I felt”. The more that time passed, the more ridiculous the reports became. And the more they wrote, the more they had things to write about. It became clear that most members over the years came to the conclusion that the daily report is something they have to do in order to get the leaders off their backs, and that what they actually think and do (when they get the chance) is not really what they should write about. After all, the reports should show”progress”. If not, you will be accused of resisting”Massoud and Maryam’s Ideological Revolution”. And of all other crimes only this is absolutely unforgivable.

Although no one has claimed, and is unlikely to claim, that any individual can ever achieve this totally pure state of mind (Massoud and Maryam Rajavi declared that from the start they did not have this problem, and that is why they are the ideological leaders and that is why they can remain married without corruption), the process intensified year after year to the point that the daily report has evolved into the ‘daily collective meeting’.

These meetings are held on a daily basis under any circumstances, even if there are only two or three people together for any task or mission. In the daily meeting, daily reports have to be read out in turn (except for the head of the meeting who must attend a separate meeting with peers in the hierarchy), and the others have to attack the writer, swear at him or her as hard as they can and in their own words”crack”the person by whatever means. If anyone comes down soft on the target, he or she will be accused of having something to hide inside, and of not taking the side of the Leaders in confronting the outside savage world. These meetings nowadays frequently result in physical fighting and abuse. Those who resist are labeled as agents of the intelligence ministry of Iran, who have no claim to any rights and can be treated according to the will of the Ideological Leaders. (In fact, such ‘traitors’ are ideologically condemned to execution by the Leaders. Actual execution of the order depends on the circumstances, and according to the whim of the Leaders. For instance, sending a ‘traitor’ to Abu Ghraib prison was equivalent to putting into practice the death sentence, since the victims were unlikely to survive there.)

As this psychologically cohesive method combined with other manipulations have been exercised over the years, the behaviour of people in the Mojahedin, including the way they see other nonmember people, the language they use and even in some cases the physical tone of the voice, face and body features and even the day-to-day desires of members have changed. For instance, it is not abnormal any more to see women who have more pronounced body and facial hair growth. The practice of self satisfaction [masturbation – which in Islamic teachings is forbidden] has become something so widespread for both men and women, that it has even been mentioned by Maryam and Massoud Rajavi in the general meeting as a problem which has arisen after banning sex.

The extent of the problem is such that in Ashraf Camp, new regulations for men’s dormitories emphasise among other things that:

– No two men are allowed to stay in the dormitory without the presence of a third man.

– In the case of two people being sick, a third man should be chosen to stay with them.

– People are not allowed to change their clothes in the dormitory except behind a screen.

– Rubbing medicine on the back or chest of a patient should preferably be carried out by an older member and supervised by a third man at all times.

– Taking a shower or bath should only take place at certain times of the day and only according to specific regulations.

And for the people outside Ashraf Camp (in Europe, etc):

– Men are not allowed to report to or talk in private to their women commanders except in the presence of another member, and vice versa.

– Members who need to go online. They should be a minimum of two people and one should ask frequent questions about the other’s need to visit sites or download emails.

– Members who have to go to meetings with politicians, etc. There should be at least one other person present at all time during travel outside the base until return.

There are many other rules and regulations similar to the above which govern the daily minutiae of life in the Mojahedin. It is interesting that now in some cases it is preferred to send a supporter to monitor a member while outside. This is because more and more frequently, two members would plan together to go to a cinema, sex shop, etc and agree not to tell the commanders. Distant supporters are told that because they have come from the Iraqi deserts, such members need their help until they get used to their new environment. It seems that not only have these regulations brought no real relief or for that matter”love of the Ideological Leaders”, instead they have overwhelmed the hearts and minds of members. During recent years, crimes like”rape and related murder and other crimes”against women in Ashraf camp, which had never been seen in the Mojahedin before the Ideological Revolution, have increased to shocking numbers.

The major problem for the Mojahedin are those who have regular contact with supporters as part of their work. Supporters report that after any long visit by a member to their homes or places of work it is usual for them to receive bills for long hours of connection to sex websites. Many supporters now refuse to allow their children into the presence of MKO members and prefer only to meet them in the streets or in the MKO safe houses in Europe. Women members are expected not to concern themselves with the minimum of hygiene and personal grooming. As a result, most of the women members who are no longer as young as before suffer from all sorts of mental and physical disorders, including the above mentioned coarsening of beards and moustaches which is mainly due to hormone imbalance or disorder. Woman are denied treatments or any kind of make up, bleaching or waxing, etc. – except for Maryam Rajavi and the women she chooses to have looking acceptable. While Massoud Rajavi has been dying his hair for the last fifteen years and all of his, and Maryam’s family, have had the most expensive cosmetic dental treatment possible, ordinary members are expected to have no more than a backpack to contain all their belongings; that is, all their clothes, books, mementos etc. These backpacks are regularly checked for forbidden items including any trace of contact with,or pictures of, family or friends. At its inception, the daily report accompanied by follow-up”ideological meetings”served the leaders’ purpose to keep a grip on the members on one hand and on the other hand provided blackmail material for a rainy day in case any member found the courage to try to escape the cult. It is now, however, increasingly working against the Rajavis as they attempt to whitewash their image as heads of an Islamic Marxist terrorist cult who have used their members to attack the interests of the west as and when needed to pursue their own agenda.

Mojahedin members (which includes around 97% of those claiming membership of the NCRI) are indoctrinated in the Rajavis’ anti-imperialist ideology. They are motivated by their promise to destroy world imperialism and replace it with what the Rajavis call”the divine, classless society”. It is with this motivation that they submit to the suffocating strictures imposed on them by the Rajavis. Following the fall of Saddam Hussein, such members cannot reasonably be expected to change their ideological direction without a total re-programming of their world view. The Rajavis know this only too well.

However, an explanation is needed for these members, who are very much needed for activities like the self immolations of June 2003 to protest the arrest of Maryam Rajavi, as they see current Mojahedin behaviour in contradiction to everything they have been taught to believe.

The explanation is that”fooling the Americans and their allies”is a tactic. The ideology has not changed, but the path to”the divine classless society”at this point of time, must pass through this tactic, until we are ready to confront”imperialism and the world devourers”again. Members are praised for their superior understanding, and the leader is worshiped as the members are taught to realise that they could not have passed this phase of the struggle to save humanity if it had not been because of the ideological leader and the introduction of the”ideological revolution”at the very right time.

Mujahedin Khalq Organization as a terrorist group

Killing generations of Kurds

Morvarid Operation

Morvarid (pearl) is the name of a chain of mountains in a frontier region in Kermanshah province of Iran and Kurdistan of Iraq, where suppressing operation and massacre of Kurds took place. "Morvarid Operation" is a given name by Rajavi’s cult.

An American journal wrote: "the only and main invasion of NLA during the last six years happened in 1991 right in the aftermath of Gulf War while Saddam Hussein ordered Rajavi to help him with suppressing Kurds’ uprising in the north of Iraq."

To cover their crimes against Kurds, Mujahedin claimed that they repelled the attack of Iranian forces to their bases and called the alleged anti – attack,"Pearl Operation".

The MKO’s leader, chief and members of the council, commandant and the army general staff disappointed of a new war between Iraq and Iran, who observed the return of Iraqi government from Kuwait in the fall of 1990, after a chain of staff meetings, held a public meeting to determine their strategy in which they investigated rotation of the affairs in the region. Since the cult can’t consider any reality except the atmosphere ruling its own situation, it was obvious that they choose the war and then they loose it.

To compensate this loss, Rajavi used his entire mercenary forces to keep and maintain their main sponsor – Saddam Regime – and they set out to rescue the dictator from falling in that period of time. Thus they started their dreadful crimes of which you will see the description as follows:

The procedure of conveying the strategy

Masud and Maryam attended the meeting of Iraq Revolution and Leadership Council in person and were informed of all the details of that important situation. According to Rajavi’s justifications, the Baath regime knew the US would invade them, so they would be obliged to take all their forces to Kuwait boundary , there was an internal danger from the opponents: Kurds in the north and Shiites in the South.

The only force to oppose these oppositions was MKO since it saw its presence in the absence of the others and Saddam charged it with this duty (the Suppression of Kurds)

Conveyance and settlement

In the fall of 1990, Masud and Maryam, brought about division and distribution of the forces as the followings:

1. In the first part they organized and settled about 40 armour plated divisions and mechanized infantry in a region called "Kefri". The district of Kefri, reaches Solaimanieh Province from north and Kirkuk Province from North West and Hamrin Mountains up to qaneqein and Agh Dagh Mountains up to Qasr Shirin, Iran, from East. As a matter of fact, this way of the settlement of the forces had made a separating line between Kurdish areas and central Iraq.

2. The second part included three infantry battalions of the most devoted members of MKO in Saddam’s guards’ disguises who were dispatched to Karbala and Najaf provinces. They were under the order of Saddam’s guards to suppress the Shiites.

3. The third part of the forces included 200 to 300 patrolling teams armed with automatic machine – guns that were under the order of a woman named Sara. She was the commandant of the seventh axis in Nader Afshar base, in 1991. The so – called forces were charged to control and suppress the Shiites around Bagdad. According to one of the commandant, named "Hamid Hadi Beigi, they machine-gunned any gathering day and night.

4. Rajavi used the "ideology" trick to stimulate his forces. In order to justify his deceit he held a meeting with "cross" code where he stated the theory of "killing people". He said:" if a person is negligent to do so, and our system can not keep the Land Lord (Saddam), necessarily the opponents are winners and if so, they will crucify all of us and I am the first one. Now if anyone wants me to be crucified, can hesitate". He penetrated the organizational manufactured feeling of members and put them against the Iraqi people, although they were not willing to do so, at heart.

Allocation of forces

Rajavi owned almost a thousand foreign forces (workers) from Arabic countries especially Sudan. They organized all of them to bring supplies and munitions, and act as the supporting forces. The Iraqi army gave a group of bombardiers to each unit of Rajavi’s cult. And even the army issued a circular for Rajavi according to which they authorized Rajavi to command the entire dispersed forces of Baath army and to try them in case of disobeyance.

Therefore, MKO – Saddam’s Private Army- which claimed the liberating fight to free its own people, opposed the meek people of Iraq. And prevented their victory and caused the frustration of their entire struggle.

The Spark of War:

With the first shooting from the US forces, in that morning, I remember the Mujahedin who started to fight from the first moments. All Rajavi forces were already designed and settled through a line from Khosravi frontier to Syria frontier which was the separating axis between Kurds and the center of Iraq, but in the South and Center of Iraq Rajavi’s forces were under the order of Saddam’s guards and brought about the suppression of the opponents directly. In this stage, several divisions were sent to Qader Karam in the South of Suleimanieh in order to reach Kirkuk and prevent the fall of the city. In the last justifications of Rajavi about the so-called units, Izad Ibrahi praised the intrepidity (cruelty) of Mujahedin in a meeting in April, 1991.

The first confrontation with Iraqi people took place in Kirkuk tee, under the direct order of Maryam. The direct commandant of the fight was the commandant of 26th division of Rajavi’s forces – Ali Naqi Hadadi (Kamal) who was taken on a one way ride because he hesitate to kill the people hard-heartedly. Thus he was discharged in the same location and a woman named Behjat was appointed instead of him.

In this location many of Kurdish Pishmargs and civilians were killed and prevented from advancing toward Tooz, Khormatou and Kirkuk.

The second team was going to Sulaiman Beg and AlAzim then Kefri and Kellar in the North West of Khaneqein in the same direction; they were responsible to occupy the cities and the surrounding areas. The third team contained several divisions which were advancing toward Jlula and Khaneqein in the South West of Qasr Shirin Iran.

Pre War Steps:

To prevent the minds of the members, the cult used the following tricks:

1. To hidden more than a thousand of Iranian POWs while the Red Cross was exchanging the POWs. (The cult of Rajavi, first kept the mentioned people in a base called Sardar, near Kirkut and then took them to Hanif Camp in Nozhvel and used them as slaves to dig rifle-pits and operate other preparation processes, a month before the settlement of the forces.)

2. Through a message, Rajavi told the NLA that this time "Forough 2" is through Kurdistan direction and stated the reasons including cooperation of the whole forces in Kurdistan of Iran. They pretended that some Kurdish province of Iran have stated their solidarity with MKO. Therefore they justified the legitimacy of their campaign toward Kurdistan, Iraq.

3. Rajavi explained leaving of their battalions to Karbala and Najaf as only taking care of the MKO’s cemetery in Karbala.

4. They sent a dozen of professional teams to Kuwait to transit the booties of war. While trafficking one of the officials of MKO named Shaban Esrafilian was wounded.

As I said the war was started in Qader Karam Tee in the North of Tooz while the north of Iraq was completely fallen and the people of Iraq had set out to control the roads and make military departments. The cult captured and disarmed all of them and shot many of them. MKO could control the region and seized the both ways to Baqdad and prevented the Kurds from advancing toward Bagdad. In this situation several groups of Kurds called on the MKO’s commandant to negotiate with them but they were crushed under the tanks and the city of Tooz Khor Matou, the place of negotiation was bombarded. The description of such crimes is shown in the propaganda and films of Morvarid in the proper organization. Rajavi bombarded the meek Kurds hypocritically and said:" we want to enter our country through Kurdistan and you are the obstacle against our victory." In that cold weather, the citizens of Tooz sought refuge in the mountains behind the city, Rajavi and Saddam didn’t have pity on them and used Napalm bombs to kill them. Through this tragedy many children were killed and Rajavi kept his mandate in Iraq.

Besides killing and massacre, Rajavi used other tricks to deceive the members:

1. He sent some of his forces, under the order of Qasam Bour Bour, to Iran, in order to take some boys as hostages. They threatened them to death unless they confess that they are captured near Ashraf Camp and they are the agents of Iranian Regime.

2. They shot some of their own watchmen, since they were about to being captured by the opponents, including Shahriar Shojaati, from Shiraz.

Later they recalled him as a person who committed suicide. In fact he was shot under the order of Efat Javadi who herself acted under the direct order of Maryam who was patrolling above the area in her helicopter and was ordering to kill people.

3. they lay some of their own members as baits in wait for Kurdish opponents to stimulate other members and give them motives to kill more and more ( Zhila Tolou executed this plan)

Mujahedin Khalq 's Function

The People’s Mojahedin of Iran:A Struggle for What?

Indeed, until the coalition’s armed intervention in Iraq, Massoud and Maryam Rajavi had succeeded in creating and violently enforcing a cult of personality on their dwindling band of ageing followers sheltered by Saddam Hussein on his territory. Until then, there were those in the West willing to turn a blind eye to these practices or gullible enough to accept the lie that PMOI was a democratic movement.

First hand accounts by former members and victims presented here allow us to probe the reality behind the Moujahedin’s well financed propaganda machine. They uncover a military-political movement which has acted simultaneously as a political party, a mercenary force, an intelligence bureau, a cult and a heavily armed gang of common criminals.

Although dying, the PMOl may show some spasms of rage here and there. For this reason, the two authors of this investigation have decided to write under the joint pseudonym of Victor Charbonnier. One is a journalist for a major weekly magazine. The other is a former international television correspondent.

UK- MKO has long history of terrorism

A debate in the House of Lords on recent comments made by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Israel was raised by Labour peer, Lord Corbett, a renowned supporter of the Mujahiden-e Khalq terrorist group, who urged the UK government to treat the outlawed group as a "friend."

But Foreign Office minister Lord Triesman rejected the call, saying that the MKO was proscribed under the country’s Terrorism Act 2000 and that the government had "no plans to carry out such a review."

"Its claims to be a democratic party, fighting for a better Iran, are hard to square with its history of violence and authoritarian acts," he said.

A similar call made by Conservative MP Brian Binley, a self-confessed paid supporter of the MKO’s alias group, the National Council of Resistance, was also rejected by Foreign Secretary Jack Straw in the House of Commons.

Triesman told parliament the MKO has "a long history of involvement in terrorism in Iran and elsewhere and is, by its own admission, responsible for violent attacks that have resulted in many deaths." He admitted that relations with Iran was "difficult" that there was no "quick or easy resolution," but emphasized that "all means" must be deployed to keep lines of communications open.

"When one looks at the range of options before us, it is a matter of building carefully with those who are our friends in Iran, who are part of the future of Iran, and not finding ourselves in an escalating position where the steps that we take generate more conflict, rather than making an attempt to resolve matters by peaceful and diplomatic means," Triesman told his fellow peers

Mujahedin Khalq Organization as a terrorist group

MEK Fixed on US Terror List

Notorious Mojahedin-e khalq organization has been put on US permanent list of terrorist organizations. So, the MKO can no longer wait for a new list, two years from now but after this time it should try to convince US officials that the situation which led to the designation of the group have completely changed. Meanwhile, new list proves that all US officials, leaders, political figures and parties have consensus on the fact that the Mojahedin-e khalq is a terrorist organization.

It’ notable that according to State Department documents, MKO’s terrorist designation includes NLA, PMOI, NCRI, and Muslim Iranian Student’s Society (front organization used to garner financial support).

Fact Sheet

Office of Counterterrorism

Washington, DC

October 11, 2005

Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs) are foreign organizations that are designated by the Secretary of State in accordance with section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), as amended. FTO designations play a critical role in our fight against terrorism and are an effective means of curtailing support for terrorist activities and pressuring groups to get out of the terrorism business.

Identification

The Office of the Coordinator for Counterterrorism in the State Department (S/CT) continually monitors the activities of terrorist groups active around the world to identify potential targets for designation. When reviewing potential targets, S/CT looks not only at the actual terrorist attacks that a group has carried out, but also at whether the group has engaged in planning and preparations for possible future acts of terrorism or retains the capability and intent to carry out such acts.

Designation

Once a target is identified, S/CT prepares a detailed "administrative record," which is a compilation of information, typically including both classified and open sources information, demonstrating that the statutory criteria for designation have been satisfied. If the Secretary of State, in consultation with the Attorney General and the Secretary of the Treasury, decides to make the designation, Congress is notified of the Secretary’s intent to designate the organization and given seven days to review the designation, as the INA requires. Upon the expiration of the seven-day waiting period and in the absence of Congressional action to block the designation, notice of the designation is published in the Federal Register, at which point the designation takes effect. By law an organization designated as an FTO may seek judicial review of the designation in the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit not later than 30 days after the designation is published in the Federal Register.

Until recently the INA provided that FTOs must be redesignated every two years or the designation would lapse. Under the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (IRTPA), however, the redesignation requirement was replaced by certain review and revocation procedures. IRTPA provides that an FTO may file a petition for revocation 2 years after its designation date (or in the case of redesignated FTOs, its most recent redesignation date) or 2 years after the determination date on its most recent petition for revocation. In order to provide a basis for revocation, the petitioning FTO must provide evidence that the circumstances forming the basis for the designation are sufficiently different as to warrant revocation. If no such review has been conducted during a five year period with respect to a designation, then the Secretary of State is required to review the designation to determine whether revocation would be appropriate. In addition, the Secretary of State may at any time revoke a designation upon a finding that the circumstances forming the basis for the designation have changed in such a manner as to warrant revocation, or that the national security of the United States warrants a revocation. The same procedural requirements apply to revocations made by the Secretary of State as apply to designations. A designation may be revoked by an Act of Congress, or set aside by a Court order.

Legal Criteria for Designation under Section 219 of the INA as amended

1. It must be a foreign organization.

2. The organization must engage in terrorist activity, as defined in section 212 (a)(3)(B) of the INA (8 U.S.C. ? 1182(a)(3)(B)),* or terrorism, as defined in section 140(d)(2) of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1988 and 1989 (22 U.S.C. ? 2656f(d)(2)),** or retain the capability and intent to engage in terrorist activity or terrorism.

3. The organization’s terrorist activity or terrorism must threaten the security of U.S. nationals or the national security (national defense, foreign relations, or the economic interests) of the United States.

Legal Ramifications of Designation

1. It is unlawful for a person in the United States or subject to the jurisdiction of the United States to knowingly provide "material support or resources" to a designated FTO. (The term "material support or resources" is defined in 18 U.S.C. ? 2339A(b)(1) as " any property, tangible or intangible, or service, including currency or monetary instruments or financial securities, financial services, lodging, training, expert advice or assistance, safehouses, false documentation or identification, communications equipment, facilities, weapons, lethal substances, explosives, personnel (1 or more individuals who maybe or include oneself), and transportation, except medicine or religious materials.? 18 U.S.C. ? 2339A(b)(2) provides that for these purposes ?the term ?training? means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.? 18 U.S.C. ? 2339A(b)(3) further provides that for these purposes the term ?expert advice or assistance? means advice or assistance derived from scientific, technical or other specialized knowledge.??

2. Representatives and members of a designated FTO, if they are aliens, are inadmissible to and, in certain circumstances, removable from the United States (see 8 U.S.C. ?? 1182 (a)(3)(B)(i)(IV)-(V), 1227 (a)(1)(A)).

3. Any U.S. financial institution that becomes aware that it has possession of or control over funds in which a designated FTO or its agent has an interest must retain possession of or control over the funds and report the funds to the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Other Effects of Designation

1. Supports our efforts to curb terrorism financing and to encourage other nations to do the same.

2. Stigmatizes and isolates designated terrorist organizations internationally.

3. Deters donations or contributions to and economic transactions with named organizations.

4. Heightens public awareness and knowledge of terrorist organizations.

5. Signals to other governments our concern about named organizations.

News Advisory:

A press conference will be held to introduce the Family Network Association. Based in Sweden, this new association has been formed to research and publicize the situation of women and children inside the Iranian Mojahedin-e Khalq organization. In a press conference taking place on Saturday, Dec. 10, at 3:30 p.m. in Stockholm, the Family Network Association will reveal that many of the human rights abuses perpetrated by the MKO have taken place in western countries. In 1991, Scandinavia became the main base for children evacuated from the MKO’s Iraqi army bases. Children were fostered and adopted outside the control of governmental agencies in those countries and this led to suffering and abuse for many of the children.

Critically, the conference will establish that human rights violations carried out by the Mojahedin in Europe were ordered directly by the leaders of the sect, Massoud and Maryam Rajavi.

A panel of speakers will address the press conference:

— Alain Chevalerais, French journalist and author of the book ‘Burned Alive’;

— Anne Singleton, British former member of the MEK and author of the book ‘Saddam’s Private Army’;

— Batoul Ahmadi, family of MEK members and founding member of the Family Network Association;

In addition, former members will be available to answer questions on the MEK.

Entry to the press conference is by invitation or press card only.
