Dear Sirs,
We represent thousands of families who, over the past decades, have fallen victim to the inhumane actions of the “Hypocrites” group (the Mujahedin-e Khalq/MEK). Our innocent children were abducted by this group through deceit and trickery, and are now held captive in the group’s notorious prison in Albania. We submit this formal complaint to address these ongoing crimes against humanity:
- Human Trafficking and Character Assassination: Over the years, the children of many of families have been torn away from their loved ones by the bandit-like, deceitful operatives of the MEK and forcibly confined in their notorious, controlled prisons.
- Illegal Detention and Unofficial Prisons: The site where captives are held in Albania has been transformed into an illegal prison where fundamental human rights, freedom of will, and the right to contact one’s family are completely denied.
- Use of Children and Youth as Human Shields: The MKO cult separates children from their parents, subjecting them to controlled environments and both psychological and physical torture in order to exploit them as tools for its own political agenda.
- Psychological Warfare and Emotional Torture: The attempt to sever the bond between mother and child stands as one of the darkest crimes committed by the MEK, resulting in endless and irreparable suffering for thousands of families.

We, the families impatiently awaiting the return of those held captive by the MEK cult, hereby submit the following documentation:
Images of families and mothers—and specifically video recordings—documenting years of sit-ins held outside the barbed-wire fences of the group’s camp in Iraq and at the Red Cross offices in Iran, as well as written, audio, and visual appeals for assistance sent to various human rights organizations.
We possess oral, written, and visual accounts recorded by individuals who have defected from the group, which substantiate its criminal nature.
Therefore, we respectfully call upon the relevant authorities to:
Establish an international task force to examine the legal status of our children currently held in the group’s camp in Albania.
Facilitate the immediate return of our kidnapped children to their families and ensure the possibility of private face to face meetings, free from coercion or interference.
Hold accountable those who participated in or played a role in the abduction of our innocent and oppressed children.
