UN urges peaceful solution to Camp Ashraf standoff
UN chief urges Iraq and Iranian opposition group to work together to finish group’s relocation

Iranian opposition group that was given refuge in the country during Saddam Hussein’s rule on Monday to work together to peacefully complete the group’s relocation without further delay.

Nearly 2,000 members of The People’s Mujahedeen Organization of Iran have moved from Camp Ashraf in northwestern Iraq to Camp Hurriya on the deserted former U.S. military base outside Baghdad known as Camp Liberty. But about 1,300 have refused to go until the Iraqi government meets their humanitarian demands, including the transfer of air conditioners, power generators, trucks and other items to their new location.

They had been living in exile at Camp Ashraf in Iraq since Saddam welcomed them three decades ago in a common fight against Iran. But they are now being pressured to leave by the new Iraqi government, whose Shiite officials want to build stronger ties with Iran.

The Iraqi government has set a July 20 deadline for the group, also known by its Farsi name, Mujahedeen-e-Khalq or MEK, to vacate Ashraf entirely.

Anglican leaders in Ireland and Britain wrote a letter to the secretary-general urging the U.N. and the U.S. to press the Iraqi government to improve humanitarian conditions so the Ashraf residents can relocate.

In a report to the U.N. Security Council circulated Monday, Ban called on the Iraqi government and residents of both camps “to continue to work together in a constructive and flexible manner in order to complete the relocation process without further delay.”

He stressed the importance of residents of both camps cooperating with Iraqi authorities and stressed the U.N.’s commitment to a peaceful solution.

The Anglican leaders expressed alarm about the possible use of force against the people of Camp Ashraf and drew attention to the shortage of water, food, medicine and medical treatment at Camp Hurriya. They said further relocations were halted becuse Iraq reneged on earlier agreements.

“We believe that the international community, the United Nations and the people of the United States of America are at one in desiring morally acceptable humanitarian standards for all people,” the leaders said. “We believe that the residents have shown clear commitment to a peaceful resolution of the crisis and are prepared fully to relocate to Camp Liberty as soon as minimum humanitarian provisions are put in place.”

The letter was signed by Archbishop of Armagh A.E.T. Harper, the Primate of All Ireland, and supported by the archbishop of Wales, 18 bishops and three ministers.

The People’s Mujahedeen carried out a series of bombings and assassinations against Iran’s clerical regime in the 1980s and fought alongside Saddam’s forces in the Iran-Iraq war but it says it renounced violence in 2001. U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is under court order to decide by October whether to remove the group from the U.S. terrorism list.

The group says the Iraqi government has used its terrorist status to justify mistreatment of the residents — an Iraqi army raid last year left 34 exiles dead — and has made it difficult to relocate the residents to other countries.

Associated Press Writer Shawn Pogatchnik in Belfast, Northern Ireland, contributed to this report.

MEK Camp Ashraf

6th convoy of MKO prepared to be moved to Liberty

An informed source in the Committee for the Evacuation of Ashraf said that the preparation for the sixth stage of the expulsion of MKO elements was started on Sunday.

According to the Habilian Foundation website, the source told the Ashraf News that 28 trucks loaded their belongings at Camp Ashraf and transferred them to Liberty.

According to the report, the items included refrigerators, air conditioners, and so on.

To date, roughly two-thirds of the residents of Camp Ashraf have been relocated to Camp Liberty. The last batch of MKO members were moved on 5 May. From then on, MKO leaders did not let any other members to be relocated inside Iraq under pretext that “minimum requirements have not been met by the Iraqi government.”

Earlier this month, Coordinator for Counterterrorism at the U.S. Department of State Daniel Benjamin said that the reason behind MKO’s insubordination is that they “have misinterpreted the June 1 order by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.

“MEK leaders appear to believe that the Secretary has no choice now but to delist them.”

He further added that this conclusion is “quite plainly wrong.” “In short, the court did not order the Secretary of State to revoke the MEK designation as a Foreign Terrorist Organization.”

Daniel Benjamin then reiterated that Mujahedin-e Khalq “should act quickly and complete the relocation and close Camp Ashraf.”

US State Department lobbies for terrorist group?

Since May of this year, the Obama administration has been pushing to have a terrorist organization removed from the terrorist watch list.

The Mujahadeen- e-Khalq of Iran is allegedly responsible for assassinating US citizens and even worked together with Saddam Hussein.

The group has been on the watch list for approximately 15 years, so why is there this push to remove the MEK as terrorists?

Jamal Abdi, policy director at The National Iranian American Council, takes a closer look at the possible motives.

New deaths in Camp Ashraf – Tragic life of MEK members

According to the MEK’s official website another member of the organization died in Camp Ashraf. The man’s name was announced as Mohammad Taataii. This is the third MEK person who has New deaths in Camp Ashraf - Tragic life of MEK membersdied during the past two weeks in Camp Ashraf.

Last week another MEK high ranking woman, Batoul Rajaii, lost her life in a hospital in Baghdad due to breathing problems.

In recent years a disproportionate number of MEK members have suffered from severe health problems including rare cancers and heart attacks.

The standard of life in Camp Ashraf is not comparable with any other society or group, as the MEK has isolated its members and forbids them any contact with the outside world.

MEK members also suffer from psychological and emotional problems because from the late 80s, the cult leader Massoud Rajavi ordered mass divorce for couples and since then family life in the Mojahedin’s notorious Ashraf garrison has been denied.

According to Mrs Maryam Sanjabi, a former high ranking member of the group, the women commanders received special orders from the Rajavis to force members into hard work and to keep them so busy that they have no time to think about any issue. This trick, to keep the members so busy so they would collapse every night without any opportunity to think, seems to have had some dangerous side effects and has been influential in the deaths of many MEK members despite their age.

A few months earlier another MEK member Bardia Mostoufi lost his life upon arrival at Camp Liberty. The MEK officially announced that his death came as the result of being exhausted by the process of moving out of Ashraf. The MEK writers neglected to mention the fact that a background of years of forced labor, ordered by the cult leaders Massoud and Maryam Rajavi, truly explains the tragic deaths of such victims.

MEK Spokesmen and Their Cozy Home at The Huffington Post

Earlier this week, Glenn Greenwald reported that, on Tuesday,

The Huffington Post published a post by Hossein Abedini, who was identified in the byline as a “Member of Parliament in exile of Iranian Resistance.” His extended HuffPost bio says that he “belongs to the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Council of Resistance of Iran” (NCRI). The NCRI is the political arm of the Mujahideen-e Khalq, (MeK), the Iranian dissident group (and longtime Saddam ally) that has been formally designated by the U.S. State Department since 1997 as a Terrorist organization, yet has been paying large sums of money to a bipartisan cast of former U.S. officials to advocate on its behalf (the in-hiding President of the NCRI, Massoud Rajavi, is, along with his wife Maryam Rajavi, MeK’s leader). Abedini, the HuffPost poster, has been identified as a MeK spokesman in news reports, and has identified himself the same way when, for instance, writing letters to NBC News objecting to negative reports about the group.
After noted journalists Hooman Majd, Robert Mackey, Greenwald himself, and others "noted the oddity that HuffPost was publishing pieces from a designated Terrorist group, HuffPost deleted the piece." A HuffPo spokesperson also told Greenwald that Abedini’s post "was published by mistake," adding, "By policy, we don’t publish blog posts by people affiliated with designated terrorist organizations. The blog editor who published it was unaware that NCRI is MEK’s political arm. When the mistake was discovered the post was removed."

Nevertheless, all of Abedini’s previous articles remain archived on HuffPo. Furthermore, Greenwald points out that "The Huffington Post has also repeatedly published Ali Safavi, who is also identified as ‘a member of Iran’s Parliament in Exile, National Council of Resistance of Iran’" and "use[s] his HuffPost platform to propagate standard MeK propaganda." All of Safavi’s posts remain accessible.

But that’s not all.

There’s yet another MeK/NCRI spokesman and propagandist who also regularly posts articles on HuffPo: Alireza Jafarzadeh. All of his posts remain live on HuffPo, where he is touted (in a bio written by himself) as a foreign affairs analyst who has appeared all over Western media, speaking on behalf of the terrorist group. Fox News has long featured him as a contributing commentator and he currently runs his own "consulting" firm in Washington D.C. called "Strategic Policy Consulting" which is pretty much just a phony company that manages his own media appearances and lobbying to Congress. One look at his Twitter feed removes all doubt as to Jafarzadeh’s affiliation (at the highest level) with the MeK.

In a tweet from June 2, 2012, Jafarzadeh linked to a New York Times article about potential MeK delisting and added the hastag #WhatIDreamAbout.

New York Times: Court Presses U.S. on a Terror Listing of Iranian opposition group nyti.ms/LmKMvM #iran #WhatIDreamAbout
— Alireza Jafarzadeh (@A_Jafarzadeh) June 2, 2012

Many of his online bios ignore his clear connection to the MeK; however, his bio on the "Strategic Policy" site and HuffPo itself contain a version of the following: "Until August 2003, Jafarzadeh acted for a dozen years as the chief congressional liaison and media spokesperson for the US representative office of Iran’s parliament in exile, the National Council of Resistance of Iran."

When the D.C. office of NCRI was shut down in 2003 by the State Department, Jafarzadeh and others like him created a network of front organizations to continue spreading the MeK message without explicitly using the name. According to a 2004 FBI report, Alireza Jafarzadeh was said "to be running the MEK cell in the Washington D.C. area" along with another MeK shill Soona Samsami. No one would honestly believe that Jafarzadeh’s role as MeK spokesman is something of the past.

At a Capitol Hill hearing last July, Jafarzadeh, along with well-known MeK spokesman Ali Safavi, was seen counseling three of the panel’s witnesses – Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA), Representative Bob Filner (D-CA), and former Bush Administration Attorney General Michael Mukasey – in the halls of Congress right before the hearing. This would appear to demonstrate even more evidence of direct coordination between current and former U.S. officials and representatives of a designated terrorist group – in the halls of our own government no less. Shockingly, Capitol Hill police made no arrests.

But hey, at least it’s not like these designated terrorists throw parties, attended by people like House Foreign Affairs Chairwoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL) and former Homeland Security secretary and Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge, in Congress itself. Oh wait, never mind.

It should also be noted that neocon hawk Danielle Pletka of AEI is even disgusted by the high-priced advocacy on behalf of the MeK by U.S. political players. Earlier this month, she referenced the Foreign Agents Registration Act in a post excoriating paid MeK shills like Howard Dean, Mike Mukasey and Jim Jones, writing,

This litany of whoring (is there any other word?) for foreign terrorists is appalling. And don’t soothe yourself with the notion that the MEK aren’t really terrorists or are about to be delisted by the State Department. Delisting is ridiculous, but also irrelevant. Foreign principals are foreign principals, and people who do their bidding are foreign agents. FARA is a criminal statute; let’s see what Justice does about enforcing it. For shame on these lobbyists for terrorists, each and every one.

And that’s coming from a pal and defender of fake dissident leader/regime change hero Ahmad Chalabi. Yikes.

Mujahedin Khalq Organization as a terrorist group

MEK: leaving Ashraf, not leaving violence

Several times I have noticed that different spokespersons of the US Department of State have indicated that the MEK can show it is distancing itself from its violent past if they leave Camp MEK: leaving Ashraf, not leaving violenceAshraf. Do they really believe so? Does the State Department believe that physically leaving a camp proves a change in the ideology and beliefs of such group?

Facts and information regarding the MEK proves the opposite. I wonder whether the analysts and decision makers in the Department ever take a look at open source information about the MEK and its websites. I mean there is no need to send an agent inside the group as FBI had done in the 1990s, they just need to sit and review the group’s behaviors.

A few weeks ago, a group of ex-members of the MEK who had been imprisoned and tortured by the group on a false basis, held a rally in Paris, France where they were attacked and severely beaten by agents of the MEK. One ex member was taken to hospital and the rest suffered various injuries.

The MEK actually does not hide its ambition to use violence. They physically and verbally attack their critics and have not bothered with any internal behavioral change.

Recently I sent an email to the Department of State but received no feedback, therefore I will ask again, ‘do you think that if the MEK had not been forced to put its guns down they would actually stop their acts of terror?’ The forced disarmament by the American Army does not mean any ideological and tactical change has taken place in the MEK.

I would like to make another recommendation for the experts in the Department. Would you guys please take a look on the Persian Social Media sites where the MEKs are active. Reviewing such data out of Facebook and Balatarin and reading the MEKs comments where they still proudly talk about their killings and bombings show an obvious desire to continue with their past.

I have further suggestions: in order to show good will the MEK can hand over those members of the organization who were responsible for assassinations and attacks to be given a fair trial in a recognized court of justice such as the International Criminal Court. I would use the same argument if in the future when Al Qaida battles to be removed from the US terror list.

Following are a few examples of MEK terrorism in early 2000 that led to death or injury of several, people including civilians. Is MEK going to hand over those responsible to the International Criminal Court in order to prove its distance from violence?

Poor Judgment of Both MKO and its Advocates

Time is running short to vacate camp Ashraf, according to the US State Department. Following the stall in the relocation process of the residents of Camp Ashraf, the State Department has Poor Judgment of Both MKO and its Advocatesseveral times warned the Mujahedin Khalq Organization that their time to leave the Camp is on the verge of deadline. [1]

After the June 18th special briefing on Camp Ashraf at the DOS, again on Friday July 6, the departments’ coordinator for counter terrorism, Daniel Benjamin said that the MKO should not assume that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will decide to remove the group from the US terrorism list, according to the Associated Press.

The MKO pushes its propaganda machine in hope of being delisted from the US Foreign Terrorist Organization list thanks to their multimillion-dollar campaign of western politicians. As part of strategy, supporters of the group have recruited prominent former lawmakers and government officials from both parties to appear at pro-MEK events in both the US and Europe. [2]

July 6th Washington Post’s piece on the problematic issue of the MKO reports of “new questions” that “have been raised about weather private meetings, conference calls and other contacts with officials at the State Department and elsewhere in the administration over the past year require the advocates’ registration as lobbyist or agents of a foreign entity.” [3]

“Under federal law advocates for foreign organizations are required to register as lobbyists and provide details about their clients and income. But the MEK supporters have not registered, which would require disclosing the amounts they are paid and the identities of officials with whom they meet.”[4]

Thus, advocating for the cause of the MKO includes paid speeches of US prominent politicians and their calls and meetings with the state department to represent the interests of the group.
This kind of activities simply meets the definition of lobbying under the foreign Agent Registration Act. [5]

The lobbyists for the MKO are actually acting for a foreign agent. As Washington Post says, federal lobbying law defines a foreign agent as someone who acts “at the order, request, or under the direction or control, of a foreign principal, or of a person any of whose activities are directly or indirectly supervised, directed, controlled, financed, or subsidized in whole or in part by a foreign principal.”[6]

Definitely the MKO is a foreign principal and those who run their cause in the US administration are foreign agents so FARA applies to them. But why such a disgrace seems so trivial to a foreign terrorist designated group’s supporters? Because of greed, cluelessness and poor judgment according to Karim Sadjadpour, an Iran analyst at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. [7]

Elizabeth Flack of the USNews writes in her piece on the group’s “big money to make history go away”, ”Ask any politicians who has supported the MEK ,though and they are unlikely to be able to tell you very much about the group or its history”. [8]

About greed it should be said that the money the MKO offers is obviously enough to tempt that big number of prominent former officials. Even if the MKO weren’t considered as an FTO the lobbyist of the group are required to register as their foreign agent,” A USNews investigation found that three major lobbying firms were together paid hundreds of thousands of dollars by US based Iranian-American community groups with ties to the MEK to drum up support for the resolution, writes Flock. [9]

As “skilled manipulators of public opinion”, according to RAND report, the MKO’s masterful use of propaganda is hard to resist for their targets.” there’s no doubt the MEK knows how to charm, writes Elizabeth Flock. She refers to the group’s spokesman Shahin Qobadi’s allegations and the time he spends on answering questions — actually manipulating the media. [10]

Karim Sadjadpour told the media that the MKO is working hard to take the gesture of a popular democratic opposition group.”The reality is that they’re neither popular nor democratic”, he said. [11]

Since the MEK’s American advocates obviously know so little about the group’s history, why should anyone else trust their judgment when they say that the group shouldn’t remain on the FTO list, wonders Daniel Larison of the American Conservative. [12]

As a matter of fact poor judgment is not only by the side of the group advocates but also is the MKO itself on wrong way.” While it initially looked as though the M.E.K. would be delisted in October, new comments from the White House suggest the group won’t be.”, concludes Flock. [13]

Earlier the DOS officials told reporters that t he MKO may have ‘over interpreted “the court’s ruling and they are “quite plainly, wrong” if they think that the Secretary Clinton is ruled by the court to delist them. [14]

Poor judgment is the explanation to justify the MKO’s expectation from the US administration and its supporter’s blind advocacy.

MKO cheered Twin Towers collapse

Open letter to the US secretary of state, Mrs. Hillary Rodham Clinton on Mojahedin Khalq, MKO, MEK, Rajavi cult

Greetings MKO cheered Twin Towers collapse

These days, we are watching the unbridled endeavors of the members of the Rajavi terrorist-religious cult and their lobbies in USA and Europe to force you to delist their organization from the US state department terrorist list. the pmoi or Rajavi’s terrorist-religious cult always intends to reach to its goals by using force , pressure and imposition . we congratulate you because of your resistance and persistence for the continuation of the US state department research and investigation about this notorious organization. we as the former members of Rajavi’s national liberation army and the veterans of pmoi with more than 2 decades record of service in this organization besides our appreciation for your resistance and US state department , we are ready to fully cooperate with you and US state department as reliable sources and witnesses to show you the reality of this cult and its real essence whenever and wherever is suitable . the reason that we want to cooperate with you is because we believe the silence of the people like us who have witnessed the terrorist essence of this cult is a treason to the future generations and Iranian people as well as other countries specially USA.

Mrs. Clinton , everyday we follow the news about this cult and unfortunately we usually see that the members of this cult unilaterally in your country by the support of their American lobbies(former politicians and prominent figures) participate in variety of sessions , meetings in Washington and unilaterally they define and admire themselves without any objections because the scene is full of their supporters and lobbies so the reality of their essence is not revealed utterly because there is no dissident and witness in that meeting to stand up and show his or her complaint against the lies which the representatives of this cult says about the content of this cult .
Mrs. Clinton, as you have already heard that the pmoi threw a big party and banquet in Bagherzadeh garrison in Baghdad exactly in the same day that the Al Qaeda terrorists pounded the American airplanes to the twin towers and killed more than 3000 innocent people on 9/11. we were in that banquet and we saw by our own eyes that the leadership of pmoi, Massoud and Maryam Rajavi and the pmoi leadership council were forcing the members to show their appreciation of such terrorist act against innocent people . on that day , pmoi leadership threw a party in that garrison and they showed us the horrible scenes of 9/11 over and over again on the wide screens and they were forcing the members to clap their hands and admire such horrible human catastrophe and by the order of the pmoi leaders they distributed pastry and cookie among the members for the death of 3000 people. We are really sorry for the pmoi American lobbies who are supporting a terrorist organization which celebrated for the death of 3000 American citizens.

Mrs. Clinton , the Rajavi’s cult has been trying its best to delist itself from the US state department terrorist list by spending millions of dollars and by throwing glamorous and extravagant meetings and gatherings in Europe specially in France to deceive and delude the minds of the politicians specially the US state department to delist them from the terrorist list, but we the former members of this cult , emphasize the following facts:

1-The people’s Mujahedin organization is a terrorist religious cult and a dangerous one.

2-The Rajavi’s cult has not renounced the violence and terrorism substantially and basically and they will begin the violence and terrorism in the appropriate time again.

3-The Rajavi’s cult is an undemocratic cult and they do not believe substantially in the freedom of speech and the freedom of thoughts.

4-The Rajavi’s cult does not have any popularity whatsoever among the Iranian people for this reason they are isolated and segregated from the rest of the Iranian population.

Mrs. Clinton , we believe that the pmoi is a terrorist organization and they should remain in your terrorist list . if you need our testimony about this terrorist religious cult , we would be more than happy to submit more facts about this organization whenever and wherever you need. Do not forget , we are the eyewitnesses who are capable of dissecting the real content and essence of this horrible organization. we believe the honesty in telling the truths is the most precious element in determination of the pmoi fate.

Respectfully

Close the terrorists’ headquarter in Auvers sur Oise

Mr. François Hollande the honorable and distinguished president of France
Please begin your fight with terrorism from France!!
Close the terrorists’ headquarter in Auvers sur Oise
Greetings,
Your country is known as the heritage holder of one of the most progressive democracy in the world but unfortunately , I should say at the present time , your country has become a safe place for the pmoi known terrorists who consecutively escape from the law and the justice on purpose. this cult and terrorist gang has assassinated and slew 12000 of Iranian citizens during the past decades besides that this notorious and savage cult had killed and slaughtered thousands of Iraqi people in 1991 by the direct order of the Iraq dictator , Saddam Hussein . is it in your country dignity as well as in your constitution to allow these pmoi cutthroats and murderess and torturers to live in peace in your country and enjoy all kind of freedom whereas they do not legalize and accredit these freedoms and laws for others?

The European Union unfortunately had delisted these criminals from the terrorist list simply and by the wrong policy, but is it possible to ignore their criminal past and their terrorist record?

Who is exactly the justice enforcement? Are the borders of justice distorted and altered in French constitution and is there a legal vacuum? In your opinion , do we have a good terrorist and a bad terrorist in the world we living? In fact , this is a big insult to the civilized people of France when these criminals and terrorist cutthroats known as mujahedin work and live like a king in your country and the law has not been implemented and carried out against them!

Mr. President!

The Rajavi’s terrorist cult has perpetrated more crimes than the Al Qaeda terrorist organization, and why the French government has sent its troops as part of NATO mission thousands kilometer to Afghanistan soil to fight terrorism but in its soil can not implement and enforce the law and justice against the terrorists?!

The Rajavi’s terrorist cult has perpetrated more crimes than the Serbian generals and we has witnessed that after many years the Serbian criminal generals have been incarcerated and arrested and they have been brought to justice in the international court of justice to be tried for the crimes they perpetrated against humanity , but the pmoi terrorists are free in Europe specially in France and in my opinion this kind of behavior towards these terrorists in France is like giving these criminal and cutthroat terrorists an award for their crimes and unfortunately I should say that the European union’s decision upon the delisting this terrorist group from the European union terrorist list is an unbelievable and shameless act and it is a confirmation and ratification of terrorism and the organized crime!

Mr. president!

ON 22 of June 2012, a number of the freedom lover Iranians who were the victims and critics of the Maryam Rajavi’s terrorist gang and were imprisoned inside the garrisons of this organization in Iraq for years and had been tortured by the direct order of Massoud and Maryam Rajavi , they had a demonstration and peaceful rally in Paris which was completely lawful and authorized by the French authorities , suddenly and unbelievably were attacked and assaulted and beaten up by Maryam Rajavi’s hoodlums and cutthroats in front of the eyes of the French people during their peaceful and legal rally in Paris. the scenes of their assault to these victims and critics were too awful and terrifying to see.

On June 2007, Maryam Rajavi’s terrorists and hoodlums attacked the critics’ session in FIAP building in Paris and they began assaulting the critics and created tension and fear and savagery in that building . obviously if the French police and the French tribunal was investigating and handling their assault and savagery perfectly , we would not have faced and confronted by Maryam Rajavi’s arrogance and her bludgeoners and hoodlums’ savagery and brutality in trampling the French constitution upon the freedom of speech and the freedom of the gatherings .

Mr. President!

I am one of the victims of pmoi who was imprisoned and incarcerated in the Ashraf cultic and medieval garrison and as a result of my dissent and dissidence with the criminal leaders of this terrorist gang, Massoud and Maryam Rajavi, I was injected by the deadly and dangerous poison and I became poisoned and sick and I suffered a lot after that. Have you heard such a savagery, brutality and inhumane deed in your life or in Europe and in European parties’ history? This vicious and inhumane deed was ordered directly by this bloodsucker, executioner, imposture and deceitful woman, Maryam Rajavi and her executioner husband Massoud Rajavi.

Mr. President!

If your fight with Al Qaeda in Afghanistan is not just because of your coalition with the US government, please show your honesty and dignity to the humane basics in the name of the French constitution and in the name of human rights and in the respect of thousands of Iranian families who lost their loved ones during mujahedin’s terrorist operations ,and take the terrorist Maryam Rajavi and her terrorist commanders to the French court of law and to the justice ,and expel them from your soil.

Maryam Rajavi has perpetrated the crime against humanity , this criminal had ordered the killing and slaying and suppressing the Kurds and Shiais in Iraq who uprose against the Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein in 1991. The killer Maryam had ordered the dispatch of the terrorist teams and mortar launchers to the cities in Iran specifically in Tehran for terrorist missions . The bloodsucker and cutthroat Maryam had directly ordered the eternal light operation witch was Saddam’s proposal and as a result of that operation hundreds of pmoi members were killed and according to the terrorist Maryam and the criminal Massoud , in that operation 55 thousands Iranian soldiers were killed and wounded as well. I and hundreds of the former members of this organization were present in that organizational gathering before and after the mentioned military operation and we are eye witnesses of the crimes which were perpetrated by this terrorist cult and we are ready to testify in any court of law .

Mr. President!

With all these documents and crimes and evidence , is not possible to take Maryam Rajavi to the court of law? Unfortunately the French tribunal despite of all documents and concrete evidence and facts does not act to its duties correctly and it acts slowly . since 2003 , the terrorist Maryam Rajavi’s file which all its aspects are clear and transparent and because of that she got arrested , is open and its investigation has prolonged and under the shadow of this prolongation the terrorists are enjoying themselves in France and by holding the sticks and bludgeons in their hands are mocking the French law and the people of France.

No to terrorism! Either Al Qaeda or Mujahedin Khalgh!!!

Please begin your fight with terrorism from France!!

Close the terrorists’ headquarter in Auvers sur Oise in France!!!

All the best
