Greetings,

You have done all your efforts for the captives in the notorious and infamous castle , Ashraf, but this terrorist cult even vis a vis you who are the highest official in the United Nations do the disobedience and the revolt.

This is the second time in the past two weeks that you as Secretary General of the United Nations have demanded the people’s mujahedin organization to respect the Iraqi regulations and rules of law and evacuate Ashraf on time . Meanwhile you have advised the Iraqi government to stay committed to their human rights commitments but this cult continues its resistance.

Even Mr. Martin Kobler , the head of united nations’ board who around 10 days ago appreciated the Iraqi government’s deed and criticized the people’s mujahedin organization about their delay and weakness in evacuation of Ashraf , he was accused by people’s mujahedin organization of cooperation and collaboration with the Iraqi and Iranian government to annihilate the residents of Ashraf. In this regard the Iraqi national security adviser declared on Monday , the expulsion of the residents of Ashraf does not mean necessarily the use of force or arms but vis a vis the deadlock which according to his statement has been begotten by people’s mujahedin organization , he will resort to any option suitable to evacuate Ashraf but this terrorist cult by resorting to the revolt and Rajavi’s hand made and fake excuses does not want to evacuate this castle.

Mr. Ban Ki moon , this confronting-plan with the relocation has been carried out by the direct order of Rajavi himself , and the only objective which this trickster and imposter pursue is to kill the captive members who have been living miserably in this castle for years . Doubtlessly we should say that if those captives had any option and authority , this castle could had been dismantled long time ago but they are under severe pressure and force which do not allow them to decide and think about their future properly.

To confront with this disobedience and the revolt and for preventing the bloodshed and killing of those stranded members and for the sake of the families of those captives and for the sake of our captive-friends , we are urging you as Secretary General of the United Nations to deploy your representatives to supervise the relocation of the remaining members from Ashraf to liberty camp because this organization does not understand any language except the language of force. The leaders of this organization by their deeds and attitudes want to provoke the Iraqi government and force them to resort to fight and the bloodshed. All the humanitarian organizations and international conventions have been informed that more than half of the residents of Ashraf , have been relocated to the liberty camp and the rest have remained in Ashraf, is not it obligatory and necessary for the remaining members to go to the liberty camp or can the leaders of this cult by bringing fake excuses obstruct in the relocation process ? as we know that this organization does not relocate even one member without his or her commander , so why have all the high ranking officials of this organization been staying in Ashraf?! , in your opinion , is not it one of the Rajavi’s plans? Surely and doubtlessly he has a new plan in his mind .

Mr. Ban Ki moon do not doubt that this terrorist cult will connect you to the Iranian government because this cult does not know another trick because they have even connected us , the former members of this organization , to the Iranian government and according to Rajavis’ ideology the only people who are honest and flawless are the ring-leaders of this cult !

Mr. Ban Ki moon , I as a former and separated member of this cult am urging you to relocate the remaining members ,who do not have any option and authority , from Ashraf to Liberty camp peacefully and without any bloodshed by cooperation with other humanitarian organizations such as the Red –cross and …etc ,and arrest Rajavi through cooperation and collaboration with the Interpol.

In my opinion the only and the best solution for solving this crisis is to arrest Maryam and Massoud Rajavi and surrender them to the justice.

I , Batul Soltani , am a political activist and critic and the former member of the mujahedin’s leadership council who had been in this organization for twenty years and I could escape from this organization in December, 2006.

Recently , I found out that you had been invited by this organization for the annual gathering of this organization in Villepint. I listened to your speech in that gathering and I am terribly sorry that such organization is still trying its best to deceive the public-opinion and the prominent political-figures.

This organization holds such gatherings and meetings through spending huge amount of money which has been gained and inherited through Saddam Hussein and looting of the Iraqi people .

This organization advertises a lot about itself but the truth is that its deeds are completely in contradiction with its slogans . this organization even does not give any freedom to its own members , then how can it claim the democracy and freedom for the people?

The leaders of this organization , Massoud and Maryam Rajavi ,have perpetrated many crimes during their twenty five years of stay in Iraq , now through holding such gatherings and deceiving people and bringing the afghans and the uninformed people to these gatherings , they want to claim and pretend that they are the real Iranian opposition group .

Is the people’s mujahedin organization counted as an opposition group for Iran?

If they are as an opposition , so why do the Iranian people know them as traitor, betrayer, and count them as the mercenaries of Saddam Hussein and other foreigners ?

The truth is that the people’s mujahedin organization does not have any place in Iran’s society whatsoever and nobody likes them . they had perpetrated many blind acts of terrorism inside Iran and they had detonated many bombs and explosives in places where the ordinary people were living and working there so , many innocent people had been killed .

They had participated in the Iraq-war against Iranian people and they planned and organized the assassination of top Iranian officials . In 2003, during the arrest and imprisonment of Maryam Rajavi in France they organized the self-immolations and persuaded and encouraged their members to set themselves on fire for the release of Maryam Rajavi. This organization is a symbol of the violence and terrorism and it can not represent the freedom for the Iranian people.

The following issues are the mujahedin’s leadership orders which is the overt and clear strangulation and the breach and violation of human rights inside the mujahedin’s relations :

*The veil in this organization is compulsory and obligatory.

*The women and the men are separated from each other and they must get divorce from their spouses by the direct order of the cult leadership .

*Any connection facility with the free-world like the internet and mobile is completely forbidden for the members and as a result of that , the members have been living in a closed environment .

*The members must confess to their sins daily and they must talk about everything which comes to their minds and they should wait for the punishment and suppression and insult for their thoughts in the gatherings comprise of the other members and the cult operatives . the medieval cultic methods which this organization utilizes is infra-humane.

*This organization destroy and ruin the prestige and the personality of its critics through framing , bedevilment and file-building against them and through labeling their critics as the Iranian intelligence service agents , because these critics reveal and disclose the real essence and content of this organization . This organization even inside its relations has issued the execution and killing of its critics . This organization even attacks and physically assaults its critics in European countries and it shows that they have not abdicate from the medieval methods of violence and suppression.

I , Nasrin Ebrahimi , one of the former members of the people’s mujahedin organization with 10 years record of service of close cooperation with the people’s mujahedin organization , would like summarily inform you of some issues about the people’s mujahedin organization according to your recent speech and support of this group in Villepint in Paris.

First , I must declare my deepest regret that it is unbelievable for me such prominent political figure like you who had been the chairman of the advisory council on immigration and integration , 2002-2004, in Germany , had supported the people’s mujahedin organization .

I must inform you that the people’s mujahedin organization is known as an inhumane organization , against Iranian people , and against the women’s rights among the Iranian people who have been the victims of pmoi terrorism as well as the dissidents of this organization who had worked closely with this organization for years . This organization as Saddam’s private army , had served the dictator of Iraq a lot in killing the Kurds and suppression of the Saddam’s opponents in Iraq .

You are maybe surprised that why I am calling this organization as ¨¨against the women’s rights¨¨ .

Probably you have no idea that Massoud Rajavi , the spiritual leader of this organization , has been using the women in this organization as tools to preserve his leadership power and keep his ideological supremacy and hegemony upon the members of this organization consecutively and forever.

Do you know that a great number of women have forcibly taken out their wombs by the direct order of Rajavi ?

Do you know that Massoud Rajavi has sexually raped a number of women who are the members of the pmoi leadership council?
It is worth knowing that the majority of the members of this organization ,who have been under severe psychological pressures , haven been kept forcibly and misused by the leadership of the organization.

Do you know that the people’s mujahedin organization besides that has done hundreds of terrorist operations , has formally and officially supported the Al-Qaida terrorist organization.

The world will never forget the human catastrophe on 9/11 which took the life of thousands innocent people but Massoud Rajavi ordered directly to celebrate this catastrophic event through different banquets and gatherings and we have never forgotten that Massoud Rajavi said, quote¨¨ this is the fundamentalist Islam which has created such event (9/11) , let wait for the revolutionary Islam when it will emerge like a typhoon.¨¨

The people’s mujahedin organization which its anti-American and anti- Iranian content and essence has not been covert and hidden for anyone , after the US-Iraq war and the downfall of Saddam Hussein ,who was the pmoi’s most powerful supporter and backer , the people’s mujahedin organization began utilizing a new wave of deception by using a new policy. The mujahedin who were chanting anti-American slogans such as ¨¨ Down with USA¨¨ ,and they had different kind of anti -US books and archives and …………etc in Ashraf garrison before the US invasion of Iraq, the pmoi leadership ordered burning and annihilating all those anti-US books and archives, consequently after that there was not any sign of those books and films and ……….etc in AShraf anymore .they began showing themselves as modern organization and pro-USA to whitewash their past and even the killing and assassinating of the US -military advisers in 70,s in American minds. Then they began spending the huge amount of money and making different lobbies to delist themselves from the terrorist list .

They began attracting and bringing the refugees and refugee seekers in European countries to their meetings and gatherings by spending money to show that the Iranian people are still supporting them whereas it is very easy to find out through the internet that the Iranian people know this terrorist organization as the factors and the elements of killings and crime and they have not supported pmoi in the past or in the present whatsoever.

These shows that Mrs. Rajavi establishes in Paris is to deceive the American politicians and to pretend that as if they have the support of the Iranian people.
The people’s mujahedin organization has not renounced and denounced its violent record yet and for this reason every year they commemorate the anniversaries of its different killings and the violence through celebration and banquet .

They are still threatening and intimidating their opponents throughout the world and they suppress any kind of criticism severely and violently either inside or outside of the organization.

This organization has kept its own members as slave and has not ended the misusing of them and their slavery in Ashraf and Liberty yet. This organization plays with the members’ lives and sacrifice them for the sake of its leadership ominous requests. this organization utilizes its own members for the blackmail vis a vis USA and the Iraqi government…..

The actions of this organization clearly show that they have equipped themselves just with the deceptive looks and just because they have been disarmed and they do not have any access to the arms , temporarily they do not carry out any terrorist operations but in future they will use any chance and opportunity to carry out their terrorist assassinations and violent deeds. Rajavi was always saying that quote¨¨ Finding arms for this organization is a very easy task¨¨, and they are just waiting to come out of the terrorist list to begin the killings much easier and by less limitation .

Delisting this organization from the terrorist list is a treason against the Iranian people and it will pave the way for this organization for more terror , violence and threat against the Iranian and the American people.

At the end , I would like to inform you that my friends and I are ready to submit to you more information regarding to the people’s mujahedin organization by more evidence , and documents through face to face meetings or by the mail.

Open letter of SFF to UN envoy to Iraq Martin Kobler

Mr Martin Kobler, Special Representative of the UN General Secretary for Iraq and Head of the Rajavi is not their representative, he is the problem United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI), reported some facts during the session of the UN Security Council regarding MKO obstructing the evacuation of Ashraf garrison which must be handed over to the government of Iraq. Apparently this report did not please Massoud Rajavi and consequently the so called National Council of Resistance issued a statement and indicated some accusations against Mr. Kobler and the Government of Iraqi.

Mr Kobler advised the UNSC that the patience of the GOI is reaching to its limit and they have every right to impose their rule over their sovereignty and they can no longer close their eyes to the fact that the group is breaking national and international laws and is not cooperating.

Sahar Family Foundation has written a letter to Mr. Kobler regarding the MKO statement which comes below to explain some facts:

Dear Martin Kobler

Immediately following your report to the UN Security Council, the MEK issued a statement on 21 July 2012. You had explained that the MEK was obstructing the evacuation of Camp Ashraf which should have been handed over to the Government of Iraq by 20 July. You advised the UNSC that the patience of the GOI is reaching its limit and they have every right to impose Iraqi sovereignty over the camp and they can no longer be expected to close their eyes to the fact that the MEK is breaking national and international law by not cooperating.

The MEK statement claims that “Martin Kobler’s report to the UNSC against the Mojahedin of Ashraf is at the disposal of violence and suppression” and has accused the GOI of being responsible for the deadlock in the procedure of the evacuation of Ashraf garrison.

Everyone knows and everyone except those who have some interests with the cult admits that no one except Rajavi desires violence and suppression and it has been clearly demonstrated that Rajavi is doing his best to lead the situation towards violent clashes. He wants to pretend that the MEK is being suppressed and then try to find excuses to keep Ashraf.

As you have emphasized in your report, at the moment UNAMI and the GOI have no direct and systematic contact with the inhabitants of Liberty and Ashraf. The leaders of the cult claim that the GOI has not fulfilled its commitments. But first the GOI has no duty toward those who have cooperated with Saddam Hussein in creating massacres in Iraq and second as far as the individual residents are concerned the maximum medical and welfare facilities have been provided for them. Rajavi insists that all the necessities be given only to him – as was the deal under Saddam Hussein – and that he not be obliged to give anything to the residents but keep these necessities for himself and his close aides.

The most amazing argument that Rajavi makes is that he claims Liberty is like a prison. According to all those who managed to escape from the cult, Ashraf garrison is the most notorious prison in the world since the prisoners have not been allowed any sort of contact with the outside world, even their families, for decades. This is the case in Camp Liberty as well and Rajavi’s loyalists there impose all kinds of artificial boundaries on the inhabitants.

Rajavi has proven so far that he does not understand the language of kindness and tolerance and of course tries to incite the Iraqis into violent clashes and get more people killed to feed his propaganda machine. His act is like someone who puts his foot against the door of your house and doesn’t let you close it and if you try to push, he cries that you are hurting his foot.

The truth is that Massoud Rajavi still insists that only he can talk on behalf of all the MEK victims and hostages. Yet, all those who managed to escape from both Ashraf and Liberty admit that they had no idea about the outside world and they were afraid of everything outside the organization and so accepted every possible risk when they decided to flee. They all share the same belief that if enough and correct information be given to the members of the MEK in Iraq, they will surely have maximum cooperation with both the UNAMI and the GOI.

The Sahar Family Foundation once again stresses its principal request – which only Rajavi is refusing. All the victims and hostages both in Ashraf and in Liberty must have the right to visit their suffering families freely and independently. So long as this important matter has not happened, Rajavi is able to demand his ransom for the hostages and will not give in.

Mr. Kobler, your peaceful actions and devoid of any violence and the bloody skirmish between the Rajavi’s cult and the Iraqi government in relocating of the Rajavi’s cult captives to the liberty camp and to the free world , has provoked the Rajavis’ anger and wrath against you!

With greetings and respect to you and your colleagues in the United Nations and UNAMI,

First , we should mention that your efforts and struggles in peaceful relocation of 3400 man and woman ,who have been stranded and stuck in Rajavi’s cultic thoughts to the camp liberty and from there to the free world , is a humanitarian deed and very admirable and we as the separated members and the victims of this cult thank you for your endeavors and efforts to relocate our captive friends peacefully and without any bloodshed from Ashraf Garrison to Liberty camp . we know that the cult leadership who have always welcomed the bloodshed and the tension of their members with the Iraqi government , do not like and appreciate your peaceful roadmap and solution for the relocation of their 3400 members and instead of showing their gratitude to you and the United Nations for your endeavors , they have consecutively created spurious and baseless tensions , problems , excuses and obstructions in this peaceful relocation.

We are separated members of this dangerous religious cult who had been living with the cultic thoughts in this dangerous cult for decades so we are completely familiar and acquainted with the real character and the content of this cult.

It is worth knowing that the Rajavi’s cult has an important strategic slogan which its all policies are based upon this slogan:

¨¨ Anyone and any stream that is with me is my friend if not, is considered as my enemy ! ¨¨

This cult ,which its criteria vis a vis any person or any stream is evaluated and assessed by this slogan , tries its best to disfigure and ruin the prestige and the honor of its opponents and critics by attaching them to Iranian regime and the Iranian intelligence service as the mercenaries of the Iranian government to intimidate them and force them to silence . This is the policy which the cult leadership has utilized for decades against its opponents and the dissidents either in or out of the cult. The leaders of this cult have ruined the honor and prestige of their dissidents inside the cult in Ashraf garrison as well as in other garrisons by labeling them as mercenary …..etc, even if someone Inside this cult has a small perspective and point of view in contradiction and different from the cult leadership specifically with Massoud Rajavi’s perspectives, that person will be severely suppressed ,beaten up , tortured physically and psychologically and imprisoned . Right now , we have some separated members among us who have already experienced the Rajavi’s anger and his wrath by being tortured and beaten up and imprisoned just because of their different ideas and point of views with the Rajavis’ , and also they had been labeled as the members of the Iranian revolutionary guards! and the Iranian intelligence service agents ! and even some of them were transferred from the pmoi prisons to the notorious prison of Abu-Qoraib during the Saddam Hussein’s government. These people have mentioned to their experiences of the torture and the beating and the prison in different occasions and they have shared all those experiences with the prominent political figures and parliamentarians and politicians in European countries.

In this regard , we the separated members and the critics of this cult are ready to share with you our experiences and information to help you to become more familiar and acquainted with this dangerous cult and their tricks as well as helping our stranded friends in this cult to be free and rescued from the Ashraf.

Mr. Kobler , the cult leadership by keeping the 3400 man and woman in Iraq during these decades, have taken the gesture of an opposition group by destroying and annihilation of our life and youth and theirs towards the cultic and terrorist objectives. The leadership of this cult considers the shutting down of their main cultic stronghold , Ashraf, as a blow to its years of deceptions and demagoguery through taking advantage of the life of 3400 man and woman ,for this reason the leaders of this cult consider your efforts and your endeavors to relocate those stranded members to liberty camp as an action against their cultic interests and therefore they are trying their best to disfigure and ruin your prestige and honor and even by undermining you and your position to obstruct in the peaceful relocation process of the remaining members to the liberty camp.

Mr. Kobler , the Rajavi’s cult as a result of the years of cooperation and service with Iran’s and Iranian people’s enemy , Saddam Hussein ,specially during the 8 years war between Iraq and Iran, have become very unpopular and outcast among the Iranian people and they do not have any serious and earnest supporters among the Iranian people in and out of Iran ,so the leadership of this cult is trying its best to carry its fake and spurious title as an popular opposition by keeping those 3400 people in Iraq by all means to deceive the foreign politicians to support this cult specially to gain the support of the warmongering factions ,so keeping those 3400 people in Iraq for the leadership of this cult is an undeniable and vital element ,for this reason the leadership of this cult have obstructed so far in the relocation of its remaining members to camp liberty . we assure you that the leadership of this cult will resort to any action to obstruct in the peaceful relocation process because the political and cultic life of this organization depends on keeping those 3400 man and woman in Iraq.

Mr. Kobler , we would like to appreciate and thank you again for all your endeavors to relocate the remaining members to the liberty camp and from there to the free world peacefully. in this regard , we are ready to help you and the United Nations to ease the relocation process as much as possible through face to face meetings or by mail and fax .

Maryam Rajavi, Leader of MKO Cult Is Lying

I ,as one of the former officials and authorities of the people’s mujahedin organization of Iran who Karim Gholami have 25 years record of heavy injuries in this organization and for more than 24 years I have been forcibly using the wheelchair , would like to draw your attention to the situation of the patients as well as injured people in this organization , because recently , Maryam Rajavi and the people’s mujahedin organization by announcements and attending to the security officials of the camp Liberty and by creating different pretexts and excuses like building roads for the patients and injured people and the ridiculous plan of planting trees , are looking for creating more excuses to buy time to convert the Liberty camp to a new Ashraf camp. Truly , you specified a deadline for the closure and evacuation of Ashraf camp because according to the leaders of the people’s mujahedin organization ¨any logic word and cooperation is a sign of weakness¨ for that reason , they do not cooperate by no means , the only logic that the leaders of this organization understand is the language of power.
Becoming more informed about the situation of the captives specially the patients and the injured people in people’s mujahedin organization , I would like to draw your attention to the following topics :

1. The people’s mujahedin organization is a cultic organization which its members do not have any option and authority to make decision . the Iranian people who are captive in this organization , have been deprived of having any access to the media and the press for many years. The members of this organization have been deprived of having any access to the preliminary facilities like Radio , Television , Telephone, Internet, and newspaper . the news which is given to these members , are all censored and chosen by the cult leadership ,for this reason the members of this cult do not have any knowledge about their rights and international laws to decide deliberately and freely .

2. The leaders of this cult by political strangulation and severe suppression inside of the organization and by insult and threat against all the separated members has created severe fear inside the organization so the members of the cult ,by the fear of the separating punishment , do not dare to leave the organization. the members who want to separate will be confronted with the severe punishments like holding the brainwashing sessions for them and beating them up in those sessions and in continuation ,prison and torture and even in some cases the dissidents were disappeared and executed .

3. This cult brainwashes its members by different methods . one of these methods is the long brainwashing sessions . this cult during many years and by repetitive sessions has filled its members’ brains with lots of lies and rumors , the lies like this ¨any person who separate from the organization , he or she will be followed and chased by the Iranian intelligence service as well as the Iraqi government and will be incarcerated, tortured , and executed , for this reason the members of this cult because of their fear for their lives , do not dare to leave this cult .

4. From 2003 to 2009 the Ashraf camp was under the supervision and control of the American army and they were helping them by giving medication, medical facilities and fuel and foodstuff, but none of those items mentioned above reached to the hands of the members of this cult . those items either were sold in the Iraq black market or was in monopolization of the cult leaders. For instance I programmed a database for the Ashraf garrison’s pharmacy . during one year I was supposed to work on this database in the mentioned pharmacy . I witnessed many times that the big boxes in 2-cubic meter full of medicine and medication were delivered to this pharmacy by the US army , but during all these years I had not seen any of those medicines and medications in the hands of the members of this cult and the leaders of this cult were telling to their sick members that ¨the Iraqi government does not allow us to receive those medicines and medications and for that reason we do not have any medicine to give you !¨

5. The death of the patients and the wounded of this cult as a result of the lack of treatment : I would like to draw your attention to the health situation of the two of my friends , the first one Mr. Abbas Haj Husseini who in one of the cult military operations in 1988 got wounded by a bullet in his Cervical Spinal Cord and he got paralyzed , Abbas always wanted to go to Europe to be treated and cured but the leaders of this cult not only did not pay attention to his request , but also as I saw twice he was threatened by the leader of this cult ,Massoud Rajavi , to be handed over to the Iranian government. The first time was in 1995 and the second time was in 2002 , but unfortunately as a result of the lack of attention and treatment , he died and was buried in pmoi cemetery called Ghatayeh Morvarid( The Pearl) in Ashraf.
My second friend , Mr. Farhad……… who in one of the pmoi military operations in 1986 got wounded by a bullet in his Lumbar Spinal Cord and he got paralyzed . Farhad always wanted to leave this cult but the leaders of this cult rejected his request every time and finally in 2008 as a result of the foot bone fracture and the lack of treatment ,his foot got infected and he died.

In all the announcements ,the pmoi leaders have claimed that their members are forced to evacuate their properties in the hot weather of Iraq by their hands and they have requested the appropriate tools such as lift-truck and……etc ,all those requests are just excuses and pretexts, because you do not see any lift-truck in Ashraf camp , the members of this cult were moving the goods and heavy stuffs by their hands for years. Under the hot weather of Iraq , the members of this cult had to work all day long ,and even the patients were not allowed to rest and each person had to work 18 hours a day . one of the forced labors was making the containers . working inside those containers which were made of metal during the hot summers of Iraq , was like working in the hell itself. The leaders of this cult do not care and do not pay attention to the well being and the health of their members specially the patients and injured by no means ,and the only thing which is important for them is to keep this cult alive as long as possible ,and convert the liberty camp to another prison like Ashraf .

According to the facts mentioned above , I am urging you to pay special attention to those patients and wounded ,and their juridical situation be prioritized ,so they can be able to have access to the doctor and medicine as soon as possible to prevent the death of many more.
The liberty camp is a temporary transit location and the people who are residing in there are not supposed to stay there for ever so planting trees , making new buildings ,and tools and the machinery requests are just to postpone the dismantling of this cult . I am urging you not to retreat vis a vis the pressures of the mujahedin’s leaders and put them under severe pressures to dismantle this retarded and religious cult , mujahidin organization, as soon as possible and for ever.
To help these people , first you should take them out of the cult perimeter ,so they can meet their medical needs and get familiar with their rights to make a decision for their future and life freely and consciously . in this regard I am ready to cooperate with you voluntarily and even, if it is necessary , I am ready to go to Iraq to help those people .

Fortunately, we got informed that the Washington Post newspaper in an enlightened article written by Mrs. Julie Jowwarrick Tate on 6 of July 2012, a small portion of the reality and the content of people’s mujahedin organization has been reflected and revealed and in a very suitable and understandable way has dissected this stream which it shows your goodwill in the valid and accurate informing of the US public opinion .

We would like to appreciate you and your colleague because of the article written in your newspaper and also we would like to inform you that unfortunately the real content and essence of the people’s mujahedin organization with 40 years of terroristic record is still unknown for the US public opinion even though your experts and professionals in terroristic and cultic affaires know that the colonel Hawkins and other US military and non military citizens were assassinated and killed by the people’s mujahedin organization , but it seems that it is not enough because in the people’s mujahedin organization’ record, there has been thousands of terrorist operations registered according to their own confession.

The honorable author of the Washington Post has mentioned in their article that “this cult has not carried out and launched any terrorist operation since 2001…….” we would like to emphasize that if they have not carried out any terrorist operation since 2001 is not because they are remorseful of the violence and violent deeds for indoctrination of their political views, it is because the presence of USA on Iraq soil and the forcible disarmament of this stream.

Surly , you accept this fact that in a realistic recognition , we should distinguish between the Irish liberation army, which deliberately and by criticizing its past dismantled and disarmed itself and by public declaration began its political activities, with the people’s mujahedin organization which was disarmed forcibly consequently they could not continue their terrorist missions because of the lack of the arms and ammunition, furthermore the people’s mujahedin organization has not declared its renunciation of the arm struggle for gaining the political power by showing any evidence and document and they have not denounced it yet. A number of the former members of people’s mujahedin organization have confessed that Massoud Rajavi and his military commanders are continuing the programming , renovating , editing and codification of the strategy of the arm struggle in theory and practice in their internal sessions and for this reason there is still the symbol of the arm on the pmoi emblem as the symbol of the arm struggle and violence.

This religious cult is trying its best to delist itself by all means from the US state department’s terrorist list by deceiving the US public opinion and US political operatives and decision makers but we should pay more attention to the potential danger of this organization and its leader , Massoud Rajavi, and we should warn the global society in advance about the danger of this organization born in Middle East , unpopular and despised among Iranian communities either in or out of Iran with the obsessions of gaining power in any way possible.

There is no doubt that the authors and the reporters and article writers in the credible newspaper like Washington Post which by endeavor in recognition of the phenomena and the dangers and the problems of the society , are the vigilant and wakeful eyes of the US society to warn their own people in advance. I summarily inform you that the people’s mujahedin organization (MKO, PMOI, Rajavi’s cult, MEK) before the invasion of Iraq by the US led coalition had an “anti American content and essence” , in their narration they had an “anti Imperialist content” and their main slogan and motto was “Death to USA” and “ Death to Iranian Government”

In the catastrophic event of 9/11 , the pmoi leadership held a session . in that session all the participants were clapping their hands and enjoying themselves . the pmoi leader , Massoud Rajavi , analogized the USA to “a paper like tiger” and he said “ this is the fundamental Islam which create such an event , wait and see what a storm our revolutionary Islam will create and I can see a day clearly that we go after the demolishing of USA, after overthrowing the Iranian government “

During the invasion of Iraq by the US led coalition after the Kuwait occupation , the pmoi cooperated with Saddam ‘s army and even more professional than his army , they worked for Saddam Hussein. The pmoi even participated in suppression and repression of the freedom loving people of Iraq shoulder to shoulder with Saddam Hussein’s army .

In pmoi the anti Imperialism slogans were propagated , one of the slogans and revolutionary poems was “ Yankee get lost , the soil is smeared with your blood , this is the Mujahedin’s way and custom “
During the past years , the pmoi leadership is trying its best to delist itself from the US terrorist list to show that they have changed but it is completely clear that their content and essence is intact and has not been changed.

Mrs. Clinton , this organization is trying its best to delist itself from your terrorist list by its lobbies and by paying the US and European parliamentarians .

Even if you see the evacuation process of the Ashraf camp which is a captivity place for those captives , you find out that they take advantage of holding Ashraf camp as a hostage to delist themselves forcibly from the terrorist list. So far Ashraf camp has not been completely evacuated yet despite the previous deadlines.

Do not be deceived and deluded by the pmoi propaganda and claims because they have utilized their strength and money to deceive USA and global society by the current status of the Iranian government and Iran itself. The pmoi is trying its best to delist itself from the US terrorist list by all means but after delisting itself from the terrorist list , they will take off their fake mask and they will show their real face in violence and terrorism which was hidden behind the mask on purpose.

This organization inside itself has prison and the dissidents and the members who have any dissent with the organization are incarcerated and imprisoned there and they stay under severe mental pressure in those prisons and if the leadership of this organization distinguish that they should be eliminated , they will be eliminated and I am ready to testify in any court of law as an eyewitness about the allegations which I mentioned.

This organization can not tolerate the separated members’ criticism and complaints in Paris ,even now that the pmoi is still in the terrorist list . Recently the pmoi hoodlums and hooligans attacked to the peaceful and lawful rally and demonstration in Paris with bludgeons and sticks , and they attacked and insulted the former pmoi members and the critics who were participating in that rally ,when this organization is still in the terrorist list. The organization which either in Iraq or in the pmoi headquarter in Paris issue the death decree for its own members when they are still in the terrorist list , after being delisted from the US terrorist list they will carry out their violent and terrorist deeds by more freedom .

Mrs. Hillary Clinton, this organization has not renounced the violence and terrorism and even they celebrate and commemorate the anniversary of their terrorist missions , so they are not qualified and eligible to be delisted from the US terrorist list.

This organization forces its own members to set themselves on fire in Paris and all the members in this organization should be ready to sacrifice themselves for the sake of the leadership , and they should be obedient completely for their leader. In this organization they silence any disobedience and dissent.

This organization can not talk about the political freedoms or the rights of its fellow countrymen despite of its deceptive slogans.

This organization by paying money to the people from other countries such as Turkey, Afghanistan ,……….etc Or gathering the refuge seekers from the refuge camps , pretends that these people are all Iranians and in this way the organization wants to show that they are popular and have supporters to deceive and delude the public thoughts and the politicians.

The brainwashing bases of this cult in Iraq(Ashraf and Liberty) and in France (Maryam Rajavi’s headquarter in Paris) are continuing their brainwashing and indoctrinations on the people who are trapped there and they use and take advantage of those people in contraband and……..etc.

This organization has lots of money which gained those money from Saddam Hussein consequently they live in Europe comfortably and the only confinement and limitation they have is the US terrorist list and their designation as a terrorist organization . After being delisted from the US terrorist list , they will begin their money laundering and their financial programs again and they will gain their strength back , the organization which threatens its own members to death .

They should remain in the US terrorist list . this is the request of all victims of this organization, this is the request of all those families who have relatives and loved ones in that organization , this is the request of all those stranded people inside that organization who have been separated from the civilized world and the progress and technology for many years on purpose to be used someday like a tool for the sake of the organization and its leaders.

ON 22 of June 2012, a number of the freedom lover Iranians who were the victims and critics of the Maryam Rajavi’s terrorist gang and were imprisoned inside the garrisons of this organization in Iraq for years and had been tortured by the direct order of Massoud and Maryam Rajavi , they had a demonstration and peaceful rally in Paris which was completely lawful and authorized by the French authorities , suddenly and unbelievably were attacked and assaulted and beaten up by Maryam Rajavi’s hoodlums and cutthroats in front of the eyes of the French people during their peaceful and legal rally in Paris. the scenes of their assault to these victims and critics were too awful and terrifying to see.

On June 2007, Maryam Rajavi’s terrorists and hoodlums attacked the critics’ session in FIAP building in Paris and they began assaulting the critics and created tension and fear and savagery in that building . obviously if the French police and the French tribunal was investigating and handling their assault and savagery perfectly , we would not have faced and confronted by Maryam Rajavi’s arrogance and her bludgeoners and hoodlums’ savagery and brutality in trampling the French constitution upon the freedom of speech and the freedom of the gatherings .

I am one of the victims of pmoi who was imprisoned and incarcerated in the Ashraf cultic and medieval garrison and as a result of my dissent and dissidence with the criminal leaders of this terrorist gang, Massoud and Maryam Rajavi, I was injected by the deadly and dangerous poison and I became poisoned and sick and I suffered a lot after that. Have you heard such a savagery, brutality and inhumane deed in your life or in Europe and in European parties’ history? This vicious and inhumane deed was ordered directly by this bloodsucker, executioner, imposture and deceitful woman, Maryam Rajavi and her executioner husband Massoud Rajavi.

If your fight with Al Qaeda in Afghanistan is not just because of your coalition with the US government, please show your honesty and dignity to the humane basics in the name of the French constitution and in the name of human rights and in the respect of thousands of Iranian families who lost their loved ones during mujahedin’s terrorist operations ,and take the terrorist Maryam Rajavi and her terrorist commanders to the French court of law and to the justice ,and expel them from your soil.

Maryam Rajavi has perpetrated the crime against humanity , this criminal had ordered the killing and slaying and suppressing the Kurds and Shiais in Iraq who uprose against the Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein in 1991. The killer Maryam had ordered the dispatch of the terrorist teams and mortar launchers to the cities in Iran specifically in Tehran for terrorist missions . The bloodsucker and cutthroat Maryam had directly ordered the eternal light operation witch was Saddam’s proposal and as a result of that operation hundreds of pmoi members were killed and according to the terrorist Maryam and the criminal Massoud , in that operation 55 thousands Iranian soldiers were killed and wounded as well. I and hundreds of the former members of this organization were present in that organizational gathering before and after the mentioned military operation and we are eye witnesses of the crimes which were perpetrated by this terrorist cult and we are ready to testify in any court of law .

Unfortunately the French tribunal despite of all documents and concrete evidence and facts does not act to its duties correctly and it acts slowly . since 2003 , the terrorist Maryam Rajavi’s file which all its aspects are clear and transparent and because of that she got arrested , is open and its investigation has prolonged and under the shadow of this prolongation the terrorists are enjoying themselves in France and by holding the sticks and bludgeons in their hands are mocking the French law and the people of France.
