Mohammad Reza Seddigh’s letter to Albanian Prime Minister

Mohammad Reza Seddigh

Dear Mr. Edi Rama, the Honorable Prime Minister of Albania
Six of our friends have been imprisoned in the isolated Karrec detention center since last month. Their condition has not been addressed and no explanation has been made about the reason of their detention. No answer has been given to their families, to the Association for the Support of Iranians Living in Albania (ASILA) and to its attorney.

Dear sir,
We are a group of human beings who suffered a lot in the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK/ the Cult of Rajavi). I myself was imprisoned in the Cult of Rajavi for 20 years. I defected Rajavi’s prison in the hope of living freely in your country. Today I am free but six of my friends are unfortunately in an isolated camp. This is not fair to treat refugees like this in spite of the nice and compassionate character of Albanians.
Dear Mr. Prime Minister
Albania is my second country. I request you not to allow a bad memory of your beautiful country to remain in my mind.

Best regards,
Mohammad Reza Seddigh, member of ASILA
