Respectfully, I would like to introduce myself before anything else. I am an ex member of Ms. Maleki on the right is an ex member of Mojahedin Khalq Organisation (MKO). she is an outspoken critic of what is known as the "forced divorces" and special relations between the organisation and Saddam Hussein Mojahedin Khalq Organisation (MKO). In 1990 I became an outspoken critic of what is known as the "forced divorces" and special relations between the organisation and Saddam Hussein, the ousted dictator of Iraq. I was imprisoned for a few months in solitary confinement inside camps of Mojahedin Khalq Organisation in Iraq. I am living in Switzerland now.

Me and my colleagues would like to begin this letter by congratulating you on your victory in the election for the position of Mayor of Ponta Delgada against Mr. Paolo Casaca, we would like to bring to your attention a point that has had its own effect on the previous elections among the people of Portugal. The negative opinion of the people of Portugal against Mr. Casaca has undoubtedly been the result of his overt and covert relationships with the Iranian terrorist cult called Mojahedin Khalq Organisation. The group has been in close cooperation with the crimes committed by the Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein as well as participating in human rights abuses against its own members.

I would like to inform your Excellency that MR. Paulo Casaca visited from Camp of Ashraf in Iraq many times for more help to this terrorist cult last years. But without any human rights organisation representative accompanying his good self., He visited the camp of terrorist cult without even investigating the allegations as to what is really going on behind its closed doors and he did not notice that the camp has no children inside. MR. Paulo Casaca did not think that this is because the cult leader has banned marriage and family relations?

About this news and his visiting to camp of terrorist cult in Iraq, Mr.Casaca himself admitted to the Socialist Party [and they] rejected his remaining as a candidate [for MEP] after news of the Express in the court of Ponta Delgada. ( RTP TV, Portugal, July 15, 2009 )

I am extremely pleased to announce that public opinion in Portugal and other parts of European Union is sensitive to the violent nature of cults like Mojahedin Khalq Organisation and Public opinion will certainly give its verdict against terrorism, violence and its supporters.

Respectfully, we would like to acknowledge that the Iranian Pen Club is consisted of those ex-members of the MKO who managed to free themselves from the mental and even physical barriers of the Organisation. Hence, We would like to notify you about the venture presence of such cult in your country because we have all experienced their cruelty and savagery with our own flesh and bone during our captivity in that notorious cult.

Because As you know that peoples Mojahedin organization ( PMOI/MKO) which has been residing in your country for decades, had cooperated and participated in many crimes against humanity in Iraq during Saddam Hussein’s reign and they have been taking advantage of the democracy and freedom in European countries specially in your motherland, France.

The people’s Mojahedin organization which has cultic relations among its members, has been utilizing inhumane methods in its internal relations among its rank and file such as brainwashing, religious indoctrinations, and the like to further its cultic objectives and ends in European countries and France in particular. Your country has experienced the ablaze human torches who were desperate and inculcated members of this cult in 2003 in Paris. Self immolation and self burning, which are deprecated and abominable actions , are one of the horrible things that they have potentiality to do so.

Also, I would like to remind you that cults do need an isolated remote place with tall walls in order to impose their brainwashing techniques over their followers and the Ashraf garrison in Iraq and Auvers-Sur-Oise garrison in France have provided such facilities for many years for the MKO.

We were disappointed to hear about Mrs. Maryam Rajavi’s visit with many of members of Parliament in Rome, July 29, 2009. As you are well aware, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi is the leader of a cult terrorist organization called Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization (MEK, MKO). National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) is a cover name for this organization.

We think, Italian Government must not permit the wastage of its diplomatic credit through gestures which do not serve the cause of democracy and undermines the coherence of Italy’s policy. Because Maryam Rajavi is a leader of sect and terrorist Organization.

Respectfully, we would like to acknowledge that the Iranian Pen Club is consisted of those ex-members of the MKO who managed to free themselves from the mental and even physical barriers of the Organisation. The main object of the Association is of course to try to help the previous comrades in such way that they be able to free themselves too and start a decent normal life again along with their families and beloved ones.

we are sure that Mrs. Rajavi try to appear as leader of a peaceful movement but her movement , is a cover up for the MKO, a Cult which practiced forced marriage and now practices forced divorce, separation of children from parents, gender apartheid, imprisonment for criticizing leaders or even the leaders’ strategy. Victims inside the MEK have been sent to Abu Ghraib prison. Extrajudicial punishments include torture, death under torture, long term imprisonment in solitary confinement and sentencing to execution – not carried out by express order of Massoud Rajavi. The Human Rights Watch report of May 2005 ‘No Exit’, details only a small sample of such human rights abuses carried out systematically inside the Mojahedin. Former members will bear witness that none of the articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights are practiced inside the MEK organization.

We think the MKO in Iraq is finished, especially after the fall of Saddam Hussein and his government. The Iraqi Government wants to assert its sovereignty, regain its property, the garrison, and they do not want to keep those people on their soil who cooperated fully with Saddam Hussein against their people. So now we should ask ‘why do the leaders of a cult terrorist organization want to keep the Ashraf,s garrison?

We have enclosed a small sample of the evidence which has already been made public concerning the MKO. The charges against the MKO and in particular its leaders include but are not limited to: crimes against humanity and war crimes inside and outside Iran.

As you are aware, when Saddam Hussein’s regime in Iraq was removed, some terrorist Cults with regional and international activities lost their only godfather and benefactor. One of them is the Mojahedin-e Khalq organisation.

Also the Mojahedin have alienated their own members and supporters who dare to speak about these realities. The organization imprisoned them so the others would understand the price of criticism. There are many who have had to undergo imprisonment and torture ordered directly by

Mr and Mrs Rajavi. Above and beyond that, was the exposure of the plans of the so called National Council of Resistance to eliminate disaffected members and critics.
Of course is it years now that the people of Iran have knowingly and deliberately turned their back on the Mujahidin Organization, which shows their political understanding, like the people and all political groups of the Spain that consider “ ETA “ as a terrorist organisation.

But we would like to inform that Mr. Vidal Quadrass, Member of The People’s Party ( Spain ) and Member of the European Parliament from Spain is supporting and backing up the Mojahedin Khalgh Terrorist Cult European parliament. Unfortunately, he is Rajavi’s cult representative in European Parliament now. Is it certainly a justly able position for a Spanish member of parliament to support a terrorist cult? What is difference between Terrorist Organization “ETA “and Mojahedin Khalgh Terrorist Cult?

we would like to ask from Mr. Vidal Quadrass many questions.

Has Mr. Vidal Quadrass ever asked Mojahedin Khalgh Terrorist Cult to explain about the forced separation of families and spouses?

Has Mr. Vidal Quadrass ever asked the leaders of Mojahedin Cult about the strategy of ‘war and Terror in the cities’ and the murder of thousands of people in Iran?

Has Mr. Vidal Quadrass ever asked for an explanation about the role of Masoud Rajavi and maryam Rajavi as the ideological leaders who have never made a mistake and never will? Why members of Cult have to attend brainwashing sessions in Ashraf garrison in Iraq and Auvers-Sur-Oise garrison in France that called "current operations" and be damned for their deeds and thoughts and even their night dreams. Why in these brainwashing sessions which are the most immoral methods of psychological pressures over people, the natural mental and emotional defense of one is shattered in such a way that one submits oneself to any unsound demand.

This organisation is utilising psychological techniques to mentally manipulate its own members in order to make them commit deeds they would not perform in normal status. For example in 2003 when the co-leader of the MKO, Maryam Rajavi was arrested for few days in France, eleven members of the organization set themselves on fire in front of the French embassies in several countries and two of them were killed as a result. It has come to our attention that some EU parliamentarians have called for the removal of PMOI ( MKO, NCRI, etc.) from the EU terror list. It would be an awful blunder to yield to such irresponsible calls. We think Contrary to its private statements, PMOI has not denounced violence and terrorism publicly. In fact the group’s glorification of violence and terrorism remains as a major security threat to our EU citizens.Therefore, Combating terrorism requires close monitoring of terrorist groups like PMOI ( MKO, NCRI etc.). Is it not wise to surrender to the deceptive tactics such groups employ in order to abuse your legal and legislative systems? We have known this Terorist cult for many years up close in Iraq and European countries . we request and urge that you and the EU Council to not yield to calls for leniency toward terror groups like MKO or PMOI. Dear Ms Beaterice Megevand Roggo,

According to the news received in the last few days by Iran-Ghalam (IRAN-PEN) association, the condition of disaffected members of Mojahedin Khalq Organisation who are now accommodated in the TIPF part of Ashraf Camp is critically dangerous. Some personalities have already raised concern not the least Mr. Mohammed Hasibi who has written an open letter today, 21 December 2007 raising his deep concern about the situation of these people. A copy of this letter is attached. You are aware that after the fall of the former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, and since September 2003, TIPF was established provisionally alongside Ashraf Camp. The purpose was to locate those who defect the organisation at the first instance interviews by the American Forces. In those days the total number of people confined within the Ashraf Camp was 3855 while today only 3450 are remaining there. From those defected members who managed to get themselves to TIPF, more that 350 have succeeded being sent to their own country (Iran) or some European countries with the help of various governments, the International Committee of the Red Cross, and the Iraqi ministry of human rights. But unfortunately it is more than a year now that the process of freeing from the Camp – the total number makes to around 200 so far – has been stopped or intensely slowed down. As you are aware, in various reports by the Human Rights Watch, the European Union, the British Government, the US State Department, the Canadian Foreign office, and many other sources as well as the worldwide media, the deeds and practices of the MKO and its leader Mas’ud Rajavi have been categorised as terrorist, cultic, and violating the bases of human rights. Some documentation is enclosed to this letter in this regards. Therefore, we urge you to pay attention to our concerns as well as those of the families of the MKO members for the destiny of our offspring, our siblings, our spouses, and our friends who are held in Ashraf Camp by a destructive cult. Those who have defected from the organisation and are held at the Temporary International Presence Facilities (TIPF), as well as those who for any reason have not been able to flee the MKO and are still kept in their base, must be protected by the ICRC and the World Declaration for Human Rights; and we urge you to help them by any means you can. It is also worth mentioning that the MKO is considering the freedom of its members and their departure from Iraq as a grave threat to its existence and consider it as an encouragement to the remaining members to defect this terrorist cult. It is essential to point out the fact that the Amnesty International (AI) has expressed its concern over the events carried out inside the Ashraf Camp. Also, the Human Rights Watch (HRW) has issued a report on 18 May 2005 which points out many cases of systematically violating human rights inside the MKO since 2002. The report done by the HRW is based on the former members’ testimonies now living in Europe. A copy of the report is enclosed. You are aware that self-immolations done by some members in European capitals after the arrest of their leader Maryam Rajavi in Paris on 17 June 2003, is one obvious example of the kind. Like all cults, this organisation needs a remote site to be able to isolate the members from the outside world. The residents of Ashraf Camp have no contact with the real world, not even with their relatives or old friends. The members are forced to participate in the daily ideological sessions called "the Current Operation". In these sessions members are systematically subject to peer pressure and coercion methods. According to articles 25 and 26 of the fourth convention of Geneva which had enabled the MKO’s presence in Iraq, the members could freely have contact with their families. But unfortunately, both the members and their worried and suffering families have been deprived from such benefits. Therefore, we insist that the pressure be mounted against the MKO to lift any obstacles. The Iranian Pen Club has become aware through its corresponding about the efforts made by the Iraqi ministry of human rights for preventing the violation of human rights within the MKO. We would be more that pleased to learn that we could benefit from your cooperation and assistance too. We are prepared to hand over the names and particulars of the discontented members and those who wish to defect from the organisation as well as necessary files and documents. We would be most pleased to have a meeting with you or your colleagues in the office of the ICRC in European countries and be able to present our stories and documents in person. Human Rights Abuse in the MEK

Cult leaders extent of misuse of their members

Cult leaders decide the sell-by date and extent of misuse of their members The case of Hussein, Fatemeh and Hassan Daioleslam

A brief look at the literature produced together with the internal reports from a cult can clearly show the extent of danger that society is faced by vis-e-vis cults. A group or a political organisation which adopts armed struggle as a strategy will soon end up with cult characteristics rooted in its basic and fundamental relations. In this respect, the members of these organisations are themselves among the vast number of victims of such groups.

Cult leaders need obedient followers as the tools they use to push forward their violent ideological agenda. And in this way those who do or even could pose a threat to the execution of such orders, and especially who pose any threat to the position of the leader should be, and usually are, the first victims to be got rid of and silenced. This is particularly evident at every point of history of the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation following the Internal Ideological Revolution which began in 1985 and evolved to its peak with forced divorces in 1989. The leader made sure that no one would or could prevent him from changing a political organisation into a pure cult.

Now the internal relations inside Mojahedin Khalq Organisation has deteriorated to the point that people (members) have changed their use from creative elements to consumable elements. One such example could be Hussein Daioleslam.

Hussein Daioleslam (aka Ali Ghaderi) is a long serving executive member of the Mojahedin Khalq who had served prison sentences during the reign of the late Shah of Iran. He was released after the fall of the Shah and began his responsibilities in the Mojahedin’s newly created Social Department under Mohammed Zabeti.

After the failed coup by the Mojahedin Khalq in June 1981 and Massoud Rajavi’s escape from Iran, Daioleslam, together with Mehdi Fatolah Nejad (captured by US forces in Iraq during the fall of Saddam in 2003) and Mansour Bazargan (killed in an insurgence by the Mojahedin Khalq into Iran by order of Saddam Hussein) under the supervision of Ebrahim Zakeri (later the head of Mojahedin intelligence services who died of brain tumour), started the military wing of Mojahedin Khalq in Iranian Kurdistan and later went to Iraq. In 1985 he became the head of Mojahedin Khalq logistics under the command of Mehdi Abrishamchi (the first husband of Maryam Rajavi before she left him for the leader, Massoud Rajavi), who was the main contact between the Iraqi regime and the Mojahedin Khalq. The main office then was in Baghdad.

After the forced divorces in 1989 Daioleslam was placed under severe pressure by the leaders and was rapidly excluded from any serious position and/or creative role.

His shelf-life ended there and then. Hussein Daioleslam was demoted and his sister Fatemeh Daioleslam became a member of the Mojahedin’s Central Council, later to be promoted to the all-women Central Leadership Council. Hussein was demoted because he did not, or could not, convince his wife to love Rajavi more than her husband. (She refused to give in to the divorce orders in that time.) And Fatemeh was appointed to the Central Council as proof of Rajavi’s claims for his Ideological Revolution. She was a good example to show the â€˜liberation of women” was a result of the forced divorce order, but the real reason was something that I may explain in a separate article.

Now after all these years, the claim for and the use of the concept ‘liberation of women’ has also lost its sell-by date and is no longer useful for the cult leader. Even the recently selected members, men or women, have been involved long enough and know enough not to be trusted any more. They usually end up in the kitchen or are used in construction and building work or similar positions.

After Hussein Daioleslam and Fatemeh Daioleslam now has come the turn for the consumption of their brother Hassan Daioleslam.

Hassan Daioleslam, who is also considered as a member of the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation (Rajavi Cult) had been under harsh criticism for a long time by the cult leader Massoud Rajavi because he would not leave the USA and join the cult under the rule of Saddam Hussein in Iraq. But now, in the new circumstances in which the remnants of the Rajavi cult after the fall of Saddam Hussein find themselves in western countries, Hassanâ€™s social position and his ability to speak English has grabbed the attention of Rajavi. He seems to be next in line to be consumed. This time in the United State of America where both the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation and its alias the National Council of Resistance have been maintained on the list of dangerous terrorist entities for more than a decade.

This trend of using one-time sympathizers of the Mojahedin in western countries in the place of long serving executive members of the organisation who now have no skills which match the needs for consumption in western countries, is now evident in every European and North American country. Those who were under pressure and were demonised regularly under the pejorative label “Supporters”, are now the real executive members of the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation and are treated by Maryam Rajavi as such. This change of place, this change of use and this change of Rajavi’s relationship with both ex-executive members who now serve in the kitchen and ex-supporters in western countries who now run the cult’s offices in London, Washington and Paris, has one specific reason. That is, the fall of Rajavi’s benefactor Saddam Hussein and his new pursuit to find a new benefactor; this time in the west. The situation has changed so the consumable tools need to be changed accordingly.

No doubt the remains of Hassan Daioleslam, like his brother and sister and many before them, will be rejected after consumption by the cult leader. In the United States of America itself there are many examples of rejected consumed members and ex-members of the cult who at one time carried exciting titles like Doctors, Sport champions, Artists, Political Activists with Decades of History, and even National Heroes. People who now have nothing left for themselves and no energy even to be heard.

Certainly the future for Hassan Daioleslam and similar cult members is not bright. While the shelf-life of cult representatives in the USA, Alireza Jafarzadeh and Ali Safavi is reaching its end, Hassan Daioleslam is being presented as a “Religious, Nationalist Personality” in limited circles in the USA to be consumed under this label for a short time before these circles are forced to accept the revelations about him and his family and their membership of the blacklisted Mojahedin Khalq Cult. He will be used so much in the near future that his shelf-life will certainly not be more than a fraction of the shelf-life of his brother or his sister in the terrorist cult’s propaganda machine.

Mujahedin Khalq Organization as a terrorist group

Hayati sent from Iraq to Assassinate Human Rights activist

According to a report by Iran Ghalam Association (Pen) in Germany, the attack by around fifty thugs associated with the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation (MKO) to disrupt a seminar in Paris on Sunday June 17th was planned and orchestrated from the Mojahedin Khalq (Rajavi cult) HQ in Paris.

Mr. Mohammad Hussein Sobhani, a human rights activist, who was invited to give a speech at the meeting, was attacked by four members of the cult. The four attackers were led by Mr. Mohammad Hayati who three months ago had been in an Iraqi camp under the control of the American Army in Iraq.

The known terrorist Mohammad Hayati is a leader in the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation with a history of violence going back to the time of the late Shah of Iran. Mohammad Hayati has also been named as a torturer during the rule of Saddam Hussein in Iraq.

Mohammad Hayati sent from Iraq to Assassinate Human Rights Activist Mr. Sobhani, who has survived the infamous Abu Ghraib prison where he was incarcerated for opposing the internal human rights violations of Massoud and Maryam Rajavi, was deliberately targeted by Mohammad Hayati and three other cult members who were waiting for his arrival at the FIAP building where the meeting was to be held.

He was rescued by French Police and spent the next three days in a Paris hospital where he was treated for injuries to his head and his back.

According to Pen Association, Mr. Sobhani who was released from hospital yesterday, has filed a complaint with the French judiciary against Mr. Hayati and three other cult members emphasising the deliberate, organised attacks orchestrated by Maryam Rajavi from the cult HQ in Auvers-sur-Oise, north of Paris.

The arrival of Mohammad Hayati in Paris and the subsequent terrorist operation he headed has been raising serious questions about the capability and the possible role of the American Forces in Iraq who claim to have been keeping the terrorist organisation confined to Camp Ashraf since 2003.

Explanation:

In an assembly held on March 27, 2007 at the invitation of the European Parliament in Brussels, the topic of "maintaining the Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organisation (MKO) in the list of proscribed terrorist groups after the verdict of the Luxembourg Court" was discussed. The assembly was chaired by Ms Angelika Beer, the member of the European Parliament responsible on the Iranian affairs. In this Assembly more than 70 individuals including members of the EP, particularly from the Green Party, experts on the issue of terrorism, and journalists were present. Groups of former members of the MKO who represented some human rights and anti-cult and anti-terrorism societies and centres were also present in this assembly.

Mohammad Hossein Sobhani:

I salute the respected ladies and gentlemen here. I particularly wish to thank Ms Angelika Beer the respected chairperson of the assembly. I also thank Senator Josie Doubiee for his valuable speech on the MKO. I am most pleased to be present in your assembly and I will try to use the limited time that I have to describe my bitter experiences during three decades of my activities and cooperation with the MKO as well as my research on this religious cult. My past organisational position in the MKO is quite clear according to the organisation’s publications and documents. I was a member of the central council of the organisation; therefore I am presenting my own experiences of my close involvement inside the organisation. I have gained these bitter experiences through much suffering and pain. I spent more than eight years “ I emphasise more than eight years “ in the solitary confinement of the MKO in Ashraf Camp since I criticised the strategy of armed struggle and terrorism and cooperating with Saddam Hussein. The related documents have been published in Mojahed publication No. 592 dated August 2002; you can see the actual publication here. According to this document, the MKO has published my handwriting which they forced me to write under torture. This of course is my handwriting, but as I explained, I was forced to write it under torture. According to this letter in my handwriting which has been published in Mojahed, the weekly publication of the MKO, No. 592, page 3, I was jailed in solitary confinement in Ashraf Camp on September 1992. Then after eight years, by the order of Massoud and Maryam Rajavi the leaders of the religious sect, I was submitted to Saddam Hussein’s intelligence and security prison in Baghdad. I was in that prison for 35 days and then I was transferred to Abu-Ghraib prison in which I remained for one year. What I am unfolding now are not just my own experiences and are not just those which were imposed on me. There are a number of individuals in this assembly who were also subjected to violations of human rights and there are many others who could not appear in this session. Therefore I must declare that Ms Angelika Beer’s valuable speech based on the report given by Human Rights Watch is a drop in the ocean of the violation of human rights in the MKO religious sect. I have been invited to this assembly and I deliver my speech here as an expert and researcher on the MKO affairs. If there was a session to speak about the violation of human rights in Iran, I would naturally speak about that subject.

The point I wish to bring up is the fact that the MKO claims they have not attempted any armed or terrorist operation after the fall of Saddam Hussein. The organisation has therefore presented this to the Luxembourg Court as evidence to require its name be extracted from the list of terrorist groups issued by the EU. Nevertheless it is well clear that when the former dictator of Iraq was toppled, the organisation had no backup of arms and ammunitions to carry on any sabotage activities. Therefore the matter brought forward by the MKO that they have not committed any terrorist activities since the invasion of Iraq, by no means proves that the organisation has ruled out the idea of armed struggle. The MKO is based on a deep cultic ideology which was well shown in the speech delivered by Senator Josie Doubiee and I along with my colleagues have witnessed these matters very closely. The position of the leader in the organisation is such that he must be totally praised. Several times a day, in the mornings at noon and in the afternoons, the slogan of salute to Rajavi must be shouted loudly in special ceremonies and this is repeated everyday. I would like to ask those who support the MKO, and I am glad that they are present here at the moment; would a liberal or democrat individual submit to the self invented rule of abandoning marriage? Why is the marriage of men and women forbidden in the organisation and why is the punishment for adultery the death sentence? Why was Ali-Naqi Haddadi executed on this charge? Why have many discontented members of the organisation been jailed in Abu-Ghraib prison? An organisation which violates human rights within its own establishment could not call for democracy and claim to be striving for it. The MKO, falsely, I emphasise falsely, claimed after the verdict given by the Luxembourg Court on 12th of December, particularly in Ashraf Camp, that the name of the organisation has been removed from the EU list of terrorist groups. Referring to the explanation given by Mr Passau as one of the legal counsellors of EP in this assembly, such claims are baseless and not true. I draw the attention of those who support the MKO (Mr Sobhani was referring to Mr Paulo Casaca MEP from Portugal) and other participant in this session to an interesting point. You are now seeing a publication which belongs to the MKO and it is its official organ. In the emblem of the MKO a Kalashnikov firearm appears as a symbol of armed struggle. If the MKO is serious about ruling out terrorism and the use of violence, why do they not change this emblem and remove the sign of violence and terror?

Since my time is very short and Ms Angelika Beer has already spoken relating to this matter, I wish to pay my gratitude to the Council of the Ministers of Economy and Finance of the EU which issued a declaration relating to the EU Court verdict and emphasized that the MKO is a terrorist group. I also wish to draw the attention of MEPs to the very fact that since the MKO is a terrorist group with deep cultic structure, we should not neglect them due to the problems with the Islamic Republic. This would be in contradiction with the primary principles of human rights and democracy. One should bear in mind that the MKO has a record of assassination of Americans in Iran in the era of Shah and has carried out hundreds of street clashes and assassinations during the rule of Islamic Republic. They have also killed many of their own discontented members both before and after the revolution. Therefore my colleagues and I, as persons who have illustrative experiences from this organisation could not easily accept that the MKO be removed from the list. Unless the leadership of the MKO, namely Mr Massoud Rajavi and Mrs Maryam Rajavi, bear their responsibility of more than two decades of bloodshed, armed struggle and terrorism which delayed the process of moving toward democracy in Iran. In this case there are International Courts which, naturally, would deal with the matter according to their own rules and regulations.

Report of Germany’s Security Service on MKO

Preliminary 2006 report of "Protection of Constitution of Germany’s office" (Verfassungsschutz) on the MKO After it was determined that Iranian soccer team would take part in Germany’s 2006 world cup, there were reports on the possibility of NCRI’s sabotages during Iran’s matches in Nuremberg, Frankfurt and Leipzig. In this regard, Awaa Association in Köln, comprising of former MKO members who have admittedly quit the organization fully, warned in its website about possible terrorist attacks including self-immolations during world cup by MKO supporters. In response, Justice Association tied to NCRI in Köln claimed that the Iranian regime is bringing suicide volunteers to Germany by the assistance of Awaa association. The sensitivity of the accusations by two sides rose when it was announced that Mahmoud Ahmadinejad would come to Germany to watch the games. In this regard, NCRI representatives in Germany declared that they would hold street demonstrations to protest to the issue. Now, it has been determined that NCRI’s planned demonstrations were not held in and out of stadiums due to the early departure of Iranian team, the system of selling tickets, absence of Ahmadinejad and particularly the vigilance of security systems of Germany. Only 30 to 70 took part in small demonstrations in Köln. These demonstrations were focused on Iranian nuclear issue and human rights violations.
