Families of Terrorism Victims Protest Letter to the UN Secretary General

Iranian families of terrorism victims sent a letter to the UN Secretary General and called for the immediate action of this international organization for fighting against terrorism

Your Excellency,
Terrorist attack of Chabahar, Sistan and Balouchestan province of Iran, in which at least 37 people, mostly women and children, were killed once more, proved that terrorist groups would never abandon their inhumane acts and therefore the threat and danger posed by such groups would always overshadow the global community.

Your Excellency,
What happened in Chabahar city was the consequence of long-term support made for terrorist organizations by some governments due to temporary, political interests along with years of silence and passivity of international organizations before terrorist groups. Although such terrorist groups are well known all over the world, they continue their brutal antihuman acts without any obstacle and easily take the lives of innocent people in the most violent forms.

There was a two-month-old baby among the victims of Chabahar terrorist attack; undoubtedly all of the governments or international organizations which support terrorist groups or keep silence against their terrorist measures are responsible in his murder. Iran’s Justice Supporters Association comprising the families of 16000 victims of terrorism, condemning this savage act of terrorists, asks for the United Nations as the most important international organization, to take a serious and practical step based on its commitments stated in UN Charter, for preventing the occurrence of such events. United Nation should plan appropriate mechanisms for recognizing and identifying the perpetrators, facilitators and supporters of terrorist groups in order to administer justice against all involved in anti-human measures.

Undoubtedly, intensifying some measures, based on the United Nations Security Resolutions 1373 and 1535, in confronting with states or international bodies which directly or indirectly support terrorist groups, would be very effective and significant in this regard and could even prevent the occurrence of similar incidents. This Association may ask for Your Excellency’s call for the swift steps for fighting against terrorist groups and suppressing this ominous phenomenon of the third millennium.

Letter of picketing families from Lorestan province to the UN General Secretary

In the Name of God

Honorable General Secretary of the United Nations,

With respect, we are a number of families from Lorestan province (west of Iran). We have taken all the hardship and accepted all the risks to travel to Iraq and to the gate of Ashraf camp, the base of Mojahedin-e Khalq Organization (MKO) in Iraq, to visit our children. It is 10 days now that we are waiting here and it is more than 30 years that our loved ones are confined by Rajavi.

Although visiting prisoners is our known right, but Masoud and Maryam Rajavi deny it by violating the most basic human rights and the families’ rights regarding the prisoners.

We expect you to adopt all possible means in order to let the mothers and fathers be able to visit their seized children in Ashraf after so many years to ensure their physical and mental health.

We urge the UN, while condemning Massoud Rajavi the leader of MKO, to demand him to respect the global human rights charter and respect the rights of prisoners and their families.

Massoud Khodabandeh open letter to Lady Ashton

Dear Lady Ashton, How can we stop the repetition of the disgrace brought to EU policy by the illegal non binding resolution pushed into European Parliament in support of Terrorism?
On 25 November 2010, the European Parliament voted for a resolution asking you “to urge the USA to follow the example of the EU by removing the PMOI from its blacklist and to urge the UN to provide urgent protection for [Camp] Ashraf“.

As you are aware, the Mojahedin Khalq organisation (aka PMOI, MKO, MEK, NCRI, Rajavi cult) has a long history of lobbying in the European Parliament to influence the perceptions and beliefs of Members of the European Parliament in relation to Iran and Iraq. As you are also no doubt aware such lobbying has depended on lies and deception which unfortunately have not been sufficiently investigated and exposed. One such blatant lie, which appears in the resolution, is that the PMOI are ‘Protected Persons’ under the Fourth Geneva Convention. They are not. I am sure you would agree that only this one lie told on behalf of a parliament would not only render the resolution illegal (although non-binding), but also makes it insulting to those to whom it is directed.

Fortunately the resolution does not try to present the PMOI as a legitimate or popular Iranian opposition group. It is not. Nor does it try to pretend that the residents of Camp Ashraf are refugees in Iraq. They are not.

It instead names them as “Iranian dissidents”. In fact, as you know, they are all involuntary members of a dangerous destructive personality cult. In this respect, if Mr Struan Stevenson, as Chair of the Iraq Delegation, has genuine concern and any evidence of a “merciless siege” of Camp Ashraf by the Iraqis at the camp, should he not, in the first instance, take this matter up with the Government of Iraq, rather than embroil the leading members of the European Union in an issue which has not actually been investigated or even shown to exist at all.

The advocates of the PMOI in the European Parliament deceptively portray the situation of Camp Ashraf as a humanitarian issue. Behind this façade – which ignores the real human rights disaster which does exist inside the camp and which the Iraqi Human Rights Minister is trying to alleviate in spite of the negative interference of UNAMI and the US embassy in Iraq – is the real agenda of the resolution.

As much as this could be interpreted as a push by the anti-Iran lobby in Europe to sabotage your meeting next week with the Iranian negotiators over the remaining issues concerning Iran’s uranium enrichment and the necessary safeguards to ensure civilian use of the outcome, it is now clear that the aim of the lobbying has not been to stymie better relations with Iran, but the deliberate sabotage of the success of the Iraqi people and their leaders who managed to come to agreement over the creation of a government comprising all the democratic parties involved.

It is deeply disappointing that the signatures collected in the parliament and the timing of this disreputable support for the murderers of Iraqis, Iranians, Americans and European citizens has been planned and carried out simply owing to the unchallenged – unquestioned even – misuse of the powers invested in Mr. Sturan Stevenson and Mr. Alejo Vidal-Quadras as elected Members of the European Parliament. Mr Stevenson has regular contacts with the remains of the former Saddam regime in Brussels, London, Jordan and Baghdad. He is a tireless advocate for the PMOI in the European Parliament. As you know, the PMOI in Camp Ashraf is the only part of the former Saddam regime’s infrastructure which remains intact in Iraq and, as such, it still plays an unwarranted role in the current political scene of that country. I am sure that if any MEP was aware of these connections they would never sign such a petition and I am sure you are now sadly aware of the political consequences of this disgraceful resolution for both the EU and the US across the world.
Dear Lady Ashton,

Without going into the details of the connections and the practices of some of the lobbyists in the European Parliament who have turned the EP into a playground for Saddamists and the likes, let me just say that some MEPs are now afraid of even talking aloud in their own offices as they are rightly fearful of the reaction of the “terrorist PMOI Mafia haunting the EP buildings” on a daily basis. I wonder if there are no procedures to look at the evidence available in this regard.

I am sure you are now aware – as the Iranians have announced – after the assassination of the nuclear scientists in Tehran immediately following the written support of the EP for terrorism, that the first card laid on the negotiating table will by connected to this issue. But then, perhaps you have already accepted to surrender this first card as a loss at that table.

Dear Lady Ashton,

I am sure you would agree that investigation into the misuse of parliamentary powers, especially lobbying for foreign terrorist organisations, would be an appropriate step to safeguard the interests of the European Union, its members and its allies, particularly in regard to serious issues like the 5+1 negotiation with Iran over the safeguards needed for enrichment of uranium. To forfeit trust and confidence in exchange for five minutes of fame for the Saddamists and their private army in the western media is a high price to pay.
May I finish this letter by suggesting that this kind of behaviour has not only placed the EU in a checkmate position in the international diplomatic arena over its conflicts with Iran, but it has not helped the EU’s fragile relations with Iraq either.

I am sure your advisors are well aware that Mojahedin Khalq lobbyists in the EP, Mr Struan Stevenson and Mr Alejo Vidal-Quadras, left the Iran Delegation before the start of the new session and joined the Iraq Delegation under the surprised eyes of the Iraqi foreign ministry, and have since been engaged in shuttle diplomacy between the Saddamists bases in London, Brussels and Jordan to undermine and hinder any possibility of political progress in Iraq. Their meddling in the internal affairs of Iraq on behalf of Saddamists has already caused Iraqis from every faction and party to react on variety of occasions, not least the open written complaints from the Ambassador of Iraq to Brussels in his article in Shargh al Awsat against the use of Mojahedin Khalq terrorism and the remains of Saddam in Iraq with the support of known lobbyist MEPs.

Reacting to this resolution one official in the Government of Iraq told me that Mr. Maliki did not respond a similar themed letter sent to him previously by the EP as “we Iraqis do not usually respond to hate mail. We ignore it until it turns to action and then we deal with it”. As to this latest resolution he commented that “the Americans can follow the advice of the EP to take the MKO off their terrorism list if they wish, and we will be more than happy to see them take Mojahedin Khalq with them when they leave”.

Due to lack of oversight and due diligence as to the facts about the Mojahedin Khalq and its misuse of parliament, this resolution has damaged the reputation of the European Unions internationally. Your reaction to it will either compound the effect, or dismiss it as the pernicious nonsense that it is. More importantly, your reaction could discourage such reckless behaviour in future.

Objection Letter of Families of Terror Victims to the European Parliament

The absence of coordination along with selective approaches of some governments and international bodies regarding with global dilemmas including terrorism is undoubtedly one of the main reasons for the expansion of this ominous phenomenon. In fact, how can we expect to have a world without bloodshed and murder of innocent people, when we see that a terrorist group is supported by some governments despite the existence of many documents confirming the terrorist nature of that group?

The adoption of a written declaration by some Members of European Parliament in order to put pressure on the US to remove an Iranian opposition group from its terrorist black-list, made us to write this letter to Your Honorable and express our disappointment and concern of the support voiced by these Representatives from the murderers of our children. Hereby, we also would like to reveal some facts about the terrorist organization of Mojahedin-e Khalq (MKO) which may be ignored by the MEPs due to the lies and deceitful gestures of the MKO ringleaders.

Your Excellency,
Because of the current global fight against terrorism, Mojahedin-e Khalq terrorist Organization is now pretending to be a defender of human rights. It considers itself an organization which seeks for freedom and equality among human beings. This is while the same organization, based on the confession of its own leaders, has murdered 12000 Iranians and thousands of Iraqi civilians. Among the victims of the MKO terrorist attacks there are some children who have lost their parents before their eyes; you can find some people who have been mutilated in the bombing attacks; the terrorists of this organization have chopped up corpses or burned them. The operations conducted in some public places by bomb explosions have led to the death of many people who even hadn’t heard the name of this organization. The MKO forces have murdered Iraqi Kurds and Shiites and Kuwaiti youths when working as the private army of Saddam Hussein, the former Iraqi dictator. The hatred of the people in Iraq and Kuwait from this organization arises from these measures.

Other terrorist acts of the MKO include kidnapping, high-jacking, armed robbery ,attacks on civilians and military forces, planting bombs in public areas, money-laundering and terrorism. The leaders of the Mojahedin-e Khalq have considered such acts necessary for achieving their goals.

The points mentioned above, although strange, are real and many international documents like the Human Rights Watch report of May 2005 and American National Defense Institute (RAND) report of 2009 and the report presented by German Federal Office on Mojahedin-e Khalq have confirmed them. In all these reports Mojahedin has been referred to as a cultic organization which has deprived its members from their primary human right. Furthermore, you can come to Iran and visit thousands of the victims of this organization who are all the real and live documents for confirming the MKO’s terrorist nature. The Honorable Members of the European Parliament should know that an organization which has entered into war against its own country during the Iran-Iraq war, and committed treason against its own fellow countrymen can not feel mercy towards European nation. Can the MEPs guarantee that no one else would be victimized by this terrorist cult in future? Can Your Excellency secure that no one else would mourn for the dearest members of their families?

Objection Letter of Families of Terror Victims to the Representatives of the US House

The nature of terrorism and the criminals who murder innocent people is in a way that the lives of innocent people whether Iranian or American do not have any value for them. In fact, the only important thing for them is achieving their evil goals and accordingly they would remove any one opposing them. Do you remember General Harold Price, William Cottrell, Donald Smith, Robert Krongard and Lt. Col. Louis Lee Hawkins? They were the military counselors who have all been assassinated in Iran before the Islamic Revolution by Mojahedin-e Khalq Organization. Are you familiar with American companies such as International Telephone & Telegraph Cartel (ITT) and John Dyer Co. which were working in Iran before the Islamic Revolution of 1979? These companies have also been targeted by the MKO’s bombs.

Do you know which terrorist organization murdered Col. Paul Schaefer and Liet. Col. Jack Turner?

Indeed, do you know Mojahedin-e Khalq Organization (MKO), their strategic approach and their activities in the past and at present? Are you aware of the consequences of letting a terrorist group, which has collaborated with Eastern Bloc and acted as the private army of Saddam Hussein in suppressing the Iraqi Kurds and Shiites and Kuwaiti youths, to operate in American soil? Do you know that MKO has one of the beigest human trafficking networks and has committed various crimes including kidnapping, high-jacking, armed robbery, attacks on civilians and military forces, planting bombs in public areas, money-laundering and terrorism.

Have you ever referred to international documents, which have been published about Mojahedin-e Khalq organization and recognized it as one of the most dangerous terrorist cults, in order to get more familiar with the real nature of this inhuman organization? Relying on communist thoughts, MKO seeks for freedom and human rights through armed conflicts. This issue is quite understandable from the flag and the symbol of the organization on it. The gross violation of human rights in this organization can not find anywhere else; prohibition of marriage, separating children from their parents, sterilizing women by taking their wombs out, torture, solitary confinement and above all changing the members into the captives without any sense of determination are just some of the disasters occurring in Ashraf Camp presently. The result of such mind transmutation techniques is obvious in 2003 self-immolation of some MKO members in several European cities.

Your Excellency,

These reports make a strong basis for us to understand the real nature of a terrorist cult whose freedom of activity is similar to letting a group of criminals be free in the society.

Deciding about a terrorist organization which has claimed responsibility for the murder of 12000 Iranians and thousands of Iraqis and Kuwaiti people is not easy and accordingly responding on the criminal acts which may occur in your country in future by this organization is definitely more difficult.

Undoubtedly your presence in Iran, Iraq and Kuwait and witnessing the documents related to the murder of thousands of innocent people including women and children would seriously affect your approach towards Mojahedin-e Khalq terrorist organization. You would meet children who have lost their parents in the terrorist measures of this organization or innocent people who have been mutilated in MKO’s terrorist operations.

You can find people who want to see the trial of the leaders of this organization. In fact, how would you react against those who support September 11 terrorist attacks? The interesting point is that you are voicing support for delisting an organization which had celebrated and rejoiced after 9/11 event.

We do not know how we can inform you about the contents of this letter, as there is no means to Iraq authorities are trying to take you to hospital but Mojahedin Khalq refuse access contact trapped members inside cultic Ashraf garrison. The leaders of the Rajavi cult do not let you go to the hospital in Baghdad and yet they claim that the Iraqis are doing so. Truly who is stopping you to go out of Ashraf garrison except the leaders of the cult?

The truth is that the Iraqi authorities and the Iraqi forces have no objections for a nurse and an interpreter to accompany you to the hospital in Baghdad, but the cult demands one of its officials to escort you. This might be quite normal for those mind manipulated members of the cult that no one (even MKO members in Europe and America) is allowed to move to anywhere without being accompanied by a “minder”!, but this is not normal for those who are not living in a cult. The MKO leaders wish to send a minder along with you to make sure that you do not make any contact with the outside world. They do not want you to be away from the regular brainwashing practices for even one night. You think the people outside the cult would understand such a humiliation to an individual?

You might know that it is now more than 9 months that some families of the members seized inside Ashraf garrison are picketing outside Ashraf gates and demand to visit their loved ones after many years. The cult claims that their voice bothers those staying in the hospital; therefore you surely have heard them. Perhaps we can let you know about the context of this letter in this manner. What is your opinion about these families? Do they have the right to visit and embrace their relatives after so many years or not?

We have no doubt that the cult leaders have forced you to talk in front of the camera and pushed you to enter their political game in favor of certain cliques against the Iraqi government. And yet the MKO claims that the presence of the families outside Ashraf garrison and their demand of visiting their loved ones is a political showoff. This has certainly occurred to your mind that the cult leaders do not care about your health and they only think about their political purposes. Their intention is to misuse your situation to create controversy in order to cover up their own deadlock. Why is the cult in a situation that the leaders are scared to let a high ranking member to stay outside Ashraf garrison for a short period and be away from the tight control of the cult?

Actually the government and the authorities of Iraq as well as the Iraqi forces have been ever so compliant against a foreign terrorist organization inside their country. The MKO cult has privileges inside Iraq that many citizens do not have in their own country. No foreign force has experienced the extent of freedom that the MKO is enjoying in Iraq. The MKO terrorist cult backed by warmongering elements in the western policy does interfere inside Iraq’s internal affairs and consider the cult above the law in this country. But what is important is that some have been sacrificed and Rajavi does not care about their comfort and their lives and sees them as his own slaves and tools. Should everything be done and be used for the desires of the leader?

We in the SFF executive committee wholeheartedly wish you well very soon and we would do all in our capacity to make sure that you would be moved to the hospital in Baghdad, Although the cult leaders do not wish so and they would do anything to stop you going to the hospital. We are certain that Rajavi is willing to see something happens to you and he would have some fuel for his propaganda machine.

Respectfully, at the beginning of my letter, I would like to introduce myself. I am Nader Naderi one of the former members of PMOI (People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran ) with almost twenty years of membership in that organization. I managed to separate from them and took refuge in the American camp (TIPF), located in Iraq, after the fall of Saddam Hussein the dictator of Iraq. I stayed in TIPF for four years.

During those awful years, I was witnessing the many crimes that this organization implemented against me and others. I had felt the real essence and content of this organization by my own flesh and bone, and the reality of this organization that I experienced in their garrisons and military bases is completely different than their behavior and attitude (anti terrorism and pro human rights) in Europe and United States of America.

The entity and the internal relations of this organization like the other religious cults throughout the world is based on fundamentalism and terrorism which separate them from any humanitarian values and foundations and as a result of this fact, their cultic internal relations are completely in contrast with all humane values and criteria. The members of this organization are deprived of having any choice, complaint and criticism and they are suffering from the lack of the basic and inferior individual rights, as a matter of fact in this organization having such rights are considered as blasphemy and treason against its leadership interests and they have designated harsh and severe punishments for people who wants to have those rights. Any dissent and disobedience in this organization will be suppressed and oppressed viciously and brutally with no mercy. [..]under PMOI leadership any protest, complaint, and criticism will be suppressed utterly with no mercy.

This organization with such a terrorist identity had participated in many crimes against humanity in Iraq during Saddam Hussein’s reign and they cooperated with Saddam Hussein by all means. This organization with such a terrorist content and essence while the catastrophic event of 9/11 occurred in USA by the terrorist Al Quaida organization, they began throwing parties and distributing cookies, candies, and pastries among their members in their garrisons and military bases in Iraq to celebrate this cowardly and shameful attack which caused the death of thousands American men and women in twin towers and other places on US soil. The PMOI leader Maryam Rajavi who is living in her command base on French soil and she pretends that she is in love with democracy, freedom , justice and she cares about human rights and etc , she was the main factor to provoke and encourage her members to celebrate the death of thousands innocent people. Simultaneously, her husband, Massoud Rajavi was threatening and doing war cry. Massoud Rajavi said, “This operation (referring to 9/11) was the production of the fundamentalist Islam, now you wait and see what will happen if the revolutionary Islam comes to power (meaning the PMOI).” He was joyful and happy while he was watching the catastrophic event of 9/11 on the widescreen in Bagherzadeh Garrison.

Dear Madame Clinton, unfortunately some of your politicians have closed their eyes on PMOI’s past and its terrorist entity and instead of condemning the PMOI as a terrorist organization, they support and back them up. We are talking about an organization which according to one of the US State Department’s reports, is introduced as one of the most dangerous organizations throughout the world. We are talking about an organization which is totally against capitalism and it is proud of killing the American military advisors by its members during the Shah’s time. We are talking about an organization which one of its teachings was the struggle against Imperialism led by USA. These teachings were compulsory and all the members had to participate in those classes and Mr. Mohammad Seyed Al Mohaddessin, who is currently in charge of PMOI foreign affairs and pretends that he is pro human rights and against terrorism was the instructor of those classes. It is pretty strange that Mrs. Maryam Rajavi and Mr. Mohaddessin rapidly change their faces and become anti terrorism and pro human rights! The leader of this organization, Massoud Rajavi at the beginning of the war between coalition forces led by USA and Iraq declared war against USA and its troops and he said, “The day of revenge and punishment of Imperialism has arrived” and he instructed to all his members to fight against invasion of USA to Iraq, but his instruction was confronted with dissent in general by his rank and file and he was forced to retreat from his instruction.

This organization has made lots of humanitarian-like associations throughout Europe and in USA to deceive parliamentarians and politicians with the glamorous slogans like freedom , democracy , social justice, etc, but in their internal relations they are continuing their infelicitous ideological teachings to brainwash their members for keeping them ready for diabolic and ominous objectives.

This fact that they are disarmed completely by coalition forces led by USA is utterly right, but this question crosses my mind that “is their terrorist ideology which propagandizes death and hollowness also disarmed?” Their ideology is based on terror and maximum violence and the tool for begetting violence and terror is arms, so this ideology which is still working in their internal relations forces them to find arms and in my opinion they are capable of finding arms.

This organization basically is against family and making family. As you know after the ideological revolution in this organization all people who were married, were forced to get divorced, and now you can not find any married person and family in their internal relations. Since nine months ago many families of those stranded members who have been kept in Ashraf have been picketing to see their loved ones. It is more than two decades that those families have not seen their loved ones and now the PMOI operatives and officials do not allow those desperate families to visit their loved ones.

Recently Massoud Rajavi, the supreme leader of PMOI, has declared in one of his messages that if the Iraqi government wants to take its property back (Ashraf Garrison) the world will come across with a mass suicide like Khalkha group and David Koresh. Mr. Rajavi is ready, for his own survival, to sacrifice all those members. Well, this organization with such a cultic ideology probably would carry out such a mass suicide.

Now, Madam Clinton with all cultic behaviors and attitudes of PMOI and its terrorist ideology and beliefs the US politicians should stand under the PMOI emblem and take a picture with PMOI officials on your soil? Dear Madam Clinton, I urge you to intervene and force the PMOI officials to allow the families to meet with their loved ones, and also I urge you to prevent a human catastrophe (mass suicide) which PMOI supreme leader Massoud Rajavi, in his recent message has threatened. Massoud Rajavi the PMOI supreme leader deliberately and purposely wants to begin a skirmish with Iraqi forces to beget the human catastrophe that I mentioned above.

Madam Clinton, history has showed to us that all the terrorist organizations are alike and they should be isolated internationally. I wish all those captives of Rajavi’s ideology can be freed in the near future.

Families of Terror Victims Ask EU to Drop Support for MKO

An Iran-based right group formed of the families of the Iranian victims of terrorism called on the European Parliament to run a close study over the Mojahedin-e Khalq Organization (MKO) to realize its terrorist nature and drop its support for the group.

In a letter to the Vice-President of the European Parliament and the President of the International Committee of In Search of Justice (ISJ) Alejo Vidal-Quadras, published in Edalat Society website on Sunday, the families of the victims of terrorism in Iran voiced their protest against the European parliament’s support for the MKO.
The full text of the letter is as follows:

Protest Letter of the Families of Terror Victims to the Vice President of the European Parliament

Receiving the news of your meeting with Maryam Rajavi in Paris and your support from Ashraf Camp residents, we, the members of Justice Supporters’ Association thought that it is necessary to inform you of some facts about the Mojahedin-e Khalq Organization which has been announced as a terrorist cult by many international institutions and organizations.
We hope that this information could give you, the vice president of the European Parliament and the president of the International Committee in Search of Justice, a better understanding of the real nature of this organization

The organization which you voiced support for, is currently in the foreign terrorist organizations’ lists of many countries including United States of America. It has murdered more than 12000 Iranians and thousands of Iraqi civilians. Undoubtedly, you can feel the concerns of Iraqi families of the presence of this organization in Iraq’s soil.

The same organization which still holds the infamous stain of finding the corpses of Kuwaiti youths in its camps is claiming to be the defender of Human Rights; this is while Mojahedin-e Khalq terrorist organization has perpetrated various crimes including kidnapping, high-jacking, armed robbery and attacks on civilians and military forces.
Based on the Human Rights Watch report of May 2005 and the report presented by National Defense Research Institute (RAND) in 2009, Mojahedin-e Khalq organization is a terrorist organization having a cultic nature. More than 70 percent of the members of this organization intend to leave the camp but they are not allowed to.

US Department of State has also referred to the terrorist operations and international crimes of this organization including arms transactions and the cooperation of MKO with Saddam regime for the suppression of Iraqi Shiites and Kurds in 1991, in its August 2010 FTO list report.

The leaders of this organization have even imprisoned their own members under the charge of criticizing the functions of the organization. They violate the basic human rights principles by not letting their members to get married, have babies or love their families. Meanwhile they speak up of defending freedom and human rights.

Other than separating children from their parents and transferring them to other countries for collecting money, most of the women in Ashraf Camp have gone under involuntary surgery and their wombs have been taken out. Another similar event happened in June 2003 in which a number of deceived MKO members immolated themselves in some European countries.

Dear Mr. Quadras, supporting such an organization is just standing against thousands of victims of this organization in Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, US and some European countries. Taking side of this organization equals with supporting the ominous phenomenon of the third millennium. Can you guarantee that no one else would be victimized by this terrorist cult? We, the families of terror victims hope that you could understand the real nature of this organization and help the victims’ families in administering justice.

The members of this organization have committed murders after going through brainwashing techniques and turning to some robots. Therefore they are considered as victims and should be returned to their families. Although the leaders of the MKO should be tried for all the crimes they have done against humanity.

Mr. Piransar Letter to the US Secretary of States concerning MKO

I had been a member of PMOI (People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran) for more than two decades and I had spent and wasted twenty years of my life in Iraq in different garrisons and bases of this organization. Fortunately, I managed to rescue myself from this organization in 2004 and I took refuge in an American camp called TIPF, which was run and controlled by American army. I stayed in that camp for almost four years waiting to go to my ordinary and simple life and finally in 2008 prior to closing the camp completely, I left the camp. After going through many difficulties and hardships, finally I arrived in Europe safe and sound.

Madame Clinton, it is very painful and woeful for me when I see that your country has allowed some of the members of this organization to stay in your country and take advantage of democracy and freedom which exist in your country for a long time. The terrorists who not only are not less powerful than Al-Qaida but also they are more complicated than them. They enjoy the benefits and privileges of being American citizens and unfortunately some of your political officials back them up. It is pretty strange for me while I hear or see that those PMOI members freely propagandize in favor of their group in your country. Your country became a target of terrorism which because of that thousands American men and women lost their lives in 9/11 and that catastrophic incident gave this message to all American people and politicians that they should be more vigilant and careful. Freedom and democracy is just, good and ideal for people but there are always people who take advantage of the democracy and freedom in favor of their terrifying intensions.

I am a live witness who had lived many years among them in different garrisons and bases, and with the complete knowledge and experience that I have gained about this organization, it is crystal clear for me that the leaders of this organization cunningly by spending huge amounts of money and disguising themselves behind a mask of freedom and democracy just to deceive people as well as the politicians throughout the world, successfully they hid their awful past which is laden with criminal records in Iraq, Iran and even against American citizens in the 70s, and by these tricks they have gathered a few foreign political backers in Europe and USA. But I should remind you that never trust a viper or python because we can not expect them to give birth to a beautiful dove of peace. This organization from its foundation till now has paved its way by utilizing aimless and blind terrorism, bombing and always disguising its image suitable with the condition on the ground and I am sure that your country as the first superpower in the whole world equipped by modern and complicated technology and science has enough evidence and information about this organization, its past and its present. Now the question which crosses our minds is why is this organization allowed and authorized to continue its presence in your country despite of being blacklisted and considered as a terrorist organization in your terrorist list?

Now this question crosses our mind that: “can Al Qaida leader or its representatives live and do their political activities in USA? If these terrorists change their clothes and wear suit and tie instead of their local clothing and eliminate their turban and begin chanting slogans like freedom, democracy and throw expensive parties and banquets, and etc, will your country and your resentful and mournful people who lost someone in 9/11 forget and relinquish their crimes? Have not you maximum penalty for criminals, murderers and slayers in your country like other countries? So the world has its own laws and regulations vis-a-vis terrorism and crime, specifically after the 9/11 catastrophe. So any kind of help, backing and supporting of criminals, slayers, and terrorists is considered as a cursed and obscene act, so why is there a support and help for them?

We are talking about an organization which its outside image is like a godsend angel who is the symbol of justice and equality and freedom loving as well as modernized and revolutionary but I should say to you from the bottom of my heart, according to my own personal experiences which I gained them all by wasting the best years of my life in that organization that this angel is just a diabolic cult but very powerful one in its essence and content, and its entity is completely dependent on the cultic regulation and rules which the other cults should come and take lessons from them. Substantially, which logic does justify the presence of this organization in your country? We are talking about an organization that has killed many Iranian people in their terrorist’s missions inside Iran.

They have killed and suppressed many Iraqi people (Kurds and Shiites) during their uprising in 1990 and 1991 to overthrow Saddam Hussein’s reign and in return they received many valuable and priceless gifts from their godfather, Saddam Hussein. In this organization any complaint and criticism toward its agenda and tactics especially towards its leadership will be punished severely and harshly, and no one dares to criticize against the leadership of this organization. So how do they claim that they are pro-democracy and freedom? I never forget this famous phrase which both Massoud and Maryam Rajavi used to utilize in their ideological indoctrination sessions to brainwash their members and it was “No one in this organization has any right except one right which is the right of dying for the sake of the leadership of this organization.” Can anyone find any trace of freedom and democracy in this phrase? Have we forgotten the desperate members of this organization who set themselves on fire just because Mrs. Maryam Rajavi was detained by the French police?

Is there any logic in these self burnings? But these kind of reactions which are implemented by the members of this organization substantiate a very powerful fact that they are capable of creating and begetting awful scenes wherever and whenever their leadership desires and that is an undeniable fact which all foreign politicians and governments should think about.

We should not forget that this organization had assassinated US military advisors during the Shah’s era (in 70’s) in Iran about which documents are available and I am sure that your central intelligence agency (CIA) has that evidence and documents. We should not forget that many dissident members of this organization who dared to open their mouths and complain about the brutal and inhumane agenda of this organization and its leadership either were mysteriously killed or disappeared and vanished (the names of those members who have been killed or have disappeared are available).

The political unrest after the Iran’s presidential election in 2009 perfectly showed that this organization does not have any popularity among Iranian people whatsoever and on the contrary they are considered as cussed and damned organization by Iranian people because of their cooperation and collaboration with the dictator of Iraq, Saddam Hussein who killed many Iranian citizens, military and civilian, during 8 year war with Iran.

The political unrest in Iran were just a peaceful demonstrations but the leadership of this organization intended to provoke the Iranian people to convert their peaceful demonstrations to a bloody chaos and they wanted to create carnage and bloodshed to take advantage of the blood in the favor of their leadership’s political interests. But the Iranian people were very vigilant and alert so they did not allow them to succeed in their diabolic plot. Actually the PMOI leadership was thinking that with the bloodshed and carnage the people of Iran would be provoked and instigated and as a result of that they would come on the streets of Tehran and other cities so the Iranian regime would have been overthrown by Iranian people, then the PMOI leadership would use this chance to return to Iran and confiscate the political power, but the truth is that Iranian people who are resentful of any violence and bloodshed, overcame the PMOI’s diabolic plot and they unanimously said No to the violence and bloodshed which was the desire of the PMOI leadership.

Dear Madam Clinton, any democracy and freedom has two aspects. The positive aspect of any democracy and freedom is for the people who are living under the democracy and freedom to promote their lives and gain whatever they want in their lives. But the negative aspect of any democracy and freedom is the people who want to take advantage of those two, democracy and freedom, to forward their diabolic intensions by using the levers which exist in any democratic and progressive countries. As a veteran and former member of this organization and according to my own knowledge of their internal relations and their thoughts and ideology , this is my humane duty to warn you that do not trust them by no means and do not be deceived by their beautiful slogans which are totally hollow and meaningless for them. This organization is not just “suspect of terrorism”, it is a terrorist organization itself which has come on the political stage equipped with glamorous and deceitful slogans and words which are totally meaningless and ridiculous in their leaders’ minds. I am ready to be present in any place and any court of law to testify about their crimes and reveal their real face which has been hidden purposely behind their mask of freedom and democracy just to forward their cultic ambitions.

Greeting, Mr. Sarrafpour Letter to the US Secretary of States concerning MKO
I am a former MKO member with over 22 years presence in Iraq and I also spent approximately four years at one of United States of America Military Camps in "Khaales" region in Iraq (Close to Ashraf Camp) after Iraq invasion. During this period I have witnessed a great deal of injustice, oppression, psychological and physical pressures by the leaders of the MKO organization on its own members. Furthermore, during this period, I have closely observed and heard all the Political and religious positions taken by MKO leader Massoud Rajavi. Unfortunately, it is a pity for me to let you know that the political and religious remarks made by MKO leader and his wife Maryam Rajavi similarity, contrast clearly with their remarks shown up or said in highly classified inter-organizational documents. In other words, what you and outside world leader hear from the leadership of MKO does not fit what they present inside their cult. Furthermore, their idea of dominating and leading the world expressed daily in all internal meeting, is one that you and other world politician can never hear.

The Leaders of MKO cult know very well (unlike Taliban and Al-Qaida leader), the need to choose the most beautiful humanitarian words in order to penetrate and perhaps dominate global opinion poll and consequently get acceptance by modern world’s political system as main opposition or alternative to their suppressive totalitarian partners of Islamic Republic of Iran. As an example, despite their effort to claim a humanitarian face for their organization that stand for equal rights for women’s and minorities in Western world, they have been imposing the most difficult pressure on Mujahed women internally, including, one of the most awful form of Gender Separation within their campus in Iraq. Consequently, as part of their policy of policy of gender separation, even gas station and water treatment plants are both divided by male and female section, not to mention that women hospitals are completely separated from men’s hospital. Furthermore, MKO has also restricted walking in public places including campus’ park, museum and even the cemetery to certain hours for women and separately for men to avoid any cross gender contact, perhaps a step farther than Taliban in gender separation. Of course, Massoud Rajavi officially stated (on September 11, 2001) that if al-Qaida with its fundamentalist Islam can do such an act (September 11th Tragedy), we can do much bigger acts with our revolutionary Islam. apparently such a gender separation is one of his achievement!! And of course, I have no doubt he will pursue his idea of forming a haram of all Mujahed women whether he will able to rise to power. From the perspective of Massoud Rajavi, all the women are just her confidante and must be separated from their families. This was exactly his hypothesis that we were told when in Ashraf Campus.

Dear Ms. Clinton,

The leaders of MKO cult has been already following the policy of disintegration of families to gain full control on their members and perhaps could be more dangerous than Taliban or Iranian Suppressive government whether they could rise to power. As a proof of my statement, the doors of "Ashraf Campus" in Iraq has been closed to the families who come from all over the world to visit their loved ones for very long time and MKO leader forbid the basic visitation right for its members’ family. Even though, I am a living example, spending 22 years in "Ashraf Campus" since my teen years and forbidden to contact any family member, I think, I rather give you another example to show the depth of this tragedy. A clear example is "Maryam Babaii" a 22 years old girl whose father was captured by Sadam Hossein (during Iran Iraq war) just 3 month before Maryam’s birth. After spending some time in Iraqi prison and as part of deal between MKO and Sadam, which allow any Iranian POW joining MKO, Mr. Babaii joined MKO to avoid persecution by Iraq. Mr. Babaii is still in "Ashraf Campus" and was not allowed to contact his family. Two years ago, this young girl (Maryam) hears that his father is alive. During this period MKO leader did not allowed Mr. Babai even be aware of his family and daughter. Maryam thought his father was killed in the war … After hearing that her father is alive, Maryam and her Grandfather went to Iraq and demanded to meet her father however, MKO leadership deny such permission to Maryam and her grandfather to meet Maryam’s father. It is now over two years that this innocent girl who has never seen her father, goes to "Ashraf Campus" shedding tears and looking forward to meet her father even for an hour, just to be rejected.

Dear Ms. Clinton,

You are a mother yourself and I am sure you understand the feeling of this young girl (Maryam) and her old grandfather to meet the father of this young girl. Why MKO leaders panic to allow a father that after 22 years still have not seen her daughter, reunite even for an hour with his family? The truth is that, Rajavi and MKO leader trying to keep absolute control over their members by separating them from their family; Consequently, getting undivided loyalty and attention. At the same time, in Europe, Maryam Rajavi, is trying to claim a humanitarian face for her MKO cult while denying a young girl to meet her father. Why they are so scare of meeting a young girl with her father?

Dear Ms. Clinton,

The leader of this dangerous religious sect (MKO Leaders) have been taking hostage thousands of men and women in "Ashraf camp" with several tricks that as a former member, I am well aware. They are trying to portray such a determination and will of their own to live in Ashraf campus but this is not simply true. They use very complex tricks in order to keep the members there. Again, as a former member who has spent over 22 years in Ashraf Campus, I understand and well aware of the tricks this notorious organization is using and I am willing to testify in any court what facilities and Tricks they have been applying to force their members avoiding expression of their real thought or escape freely from this imposed prison. Recently, they have been taking even more extensive protective measures so no one can escape this prison called Ashraf Campus according to few former members who managed to escape.

Dear Ms. Clinton,

As a former member of the MKO who managed to escape from this cult, considering your power and capabilty, and for the sake of humanity, I would like to request:
1 – To help so the representatives of international organizations and human rights meet members of MKO group in a neutral and risk free environment outside Ashraf Campus and without presence of the representative of MKO with all MKO members and ask their true opinion.

2 – to pressure the leaders of this cult to allow families to visit their loved one in a neutral and friendly environment and stop playing with their members emotion. And to pressure them to stand for basic human rights of their members and their family, and maintain open communication and be informed of world news.

3 – to pressure these cult leaders to allow the basic right of access to Internet and free world so these members can freely exchange email, call or opinion with their families and friends.

Unfortunately in the last 25 years none of Mujahedeen members have been able to access any phone, internet magazines or newspaper. In the garrison that they call it a "City", unfortunately, no one is allowed to have a cellular phone or even access to any magazine or newspaper. It is a humanitarian disaster that majority of MKO members in Ashraf except the very small number of trusted even don’t know how to use Internet or mobile phone. Having say that, these members need your immediate humanitarian assistance to escape this mental and physical prison called "Ashraf Campus".

Appreciate your humanitarian efforts is greatly appreciated.
