I, Ali Jahani Fard, am one of the victims of Rajavi’s cult who spent and wasted twenty years of my best years of my life, the youth period, inside the notorious and horrifying relations of this cult in Ashraf fort which was established and organized by the leaders of this cult specifically the Rajavis.

I am very thankful and grateful to you and your popular and elected government because of all your peaceful efforts and endeavors in relocating the Ashraf people to camp Liberty.

Honorable Prime Minister , as all we know that the leaders of this notorious cult specifically the Rajavis after the fall of the former dictator of Iraq , Saddam Hussein , have played their role as the opposition of your legitimate and popular government and these leaders according to their violent essence and content have tried their best to preserve Ashraf , the pmoi most sensitive facility and the breeding ground of their cult , by creating bloody scuffles and violent conflicts with your forces to beget bloodshed and make fake propagandas in favor of themselves and against your government in western countries by showing themselves as innocents and oppressed and your government as tyrants and as suppressive forces .we also observed and witnessed that the leadership of this cult tried its best to interfere and obstruct and slow the relocation process as much as possible but fortunately by your awareness and by your government close cooperation with the officials of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), all those tricks , deceptions , and excuses did not work and thwarted and despite of all those tricks the relocation process is underway .

Honorable Prime Minister , I got informed recently that some of the victims of this cult have escaped from Liberty camp and they surrendered themselves to the Iraqi police ,therefore I ,with twenty years of experience in this notorious and horrifying cult , should inform you about these escapes which substantiate and prove this concrete fact that pmoi leadership after losing their main breeding ground of their cult , Ashraf, are trying their best to convert and change the liberty camp to another Ashraf to continue their cultic life , therefore in my point of view ,to prevent such a thing from happening , I urge you to continue their relocation process peacefully without any bloodshed and I urge you to order to your officials to separate the ordinary members ,which are the majority in the camp , from the criminal operatives and the ringleaders of this cult . If you separate the victims from the ringleaders, you will succeed to prevent conversion of the liberty camp to another Ashraf and beyond all, in this atmosphere these victims can decide freely about their future and their destiny without any interference and obstruction of the ringleaders who always try their best to put those victims under severe pressures and intimidations to prevent them from thinking about their future freely.

I also urge you to beget an opportunity for those stranded victims to meet their loved ones and their families without the presence of pmoi ringleaders and the operatives so they can consult with their families about their future freely.

Mr. Maleki,

I as a human rights activist and as a critic and dissident of this cult would like to thank your government because of the expulsion of this organization from Iraq soil which is in your government agenda for the end of 2011. I hope this expulsion causes the release of those stranded members.

We have become more worried about destiny of our friends and the pmoi dissident members who at the moment are captive inside this organization. the consecutive pmoi deterrent policies in the relocation process and procedure which has begun seriously under direct UN-supervision shows that the pmoi leadership is willing to draw this peaceful relocation process to scuffle and insurgency and unrest .

I think that the most important step in this mission is to arrest the pmoi leaders and the operatives at first to free the stranded members. Maryam Rajavi wants to prevent the Iraqi government from its national sovereignty right upon Ashraf as well as entering the camp by begetting bloodshed and carnage and mass destruction.

Massoud Rajavi and his wife Maryam Ghajar Azdanlo who both later became the leaders of pmoi outside of Iran, they converted their organization to a very dangerous religious cult.

At this path of digression and metamorphosis,

-They caused inter organizational clean up, imprisonment and incarceration and slaying of the dissidents.

-The pmoi members were forced to experience the forcible collective divorce.

-The children got separated from their parents and they were sent to European and American countries to different families or they were sent to the pmoi different bases. Those children were forced to do forced labor. Pmoi was taking their money, which was designated to them by the host countries, and they put it in their own pockets. This extortion is another story which I do not intend to mention it now.

-The members of this organization have been under severe and permanent brainwashing and religious indoctrination and the dissidents in this organization have been severely mistreated, suppressed, beaten up, imprisoned and slain.

-The marriage in this notorious cult has been declared forbidden since 20 year ago and recent separated members of this cult have announced that Massoud Rajavi , the spiritual leader of this cult has taken advantage of the married women sexually in his Harem in this cult.

-Watching TV, listening to the radio, reading newspaper and anything which upgrades the intelligence among the members are forbidden.

There are lots of other problems which exist in this cult but it is impossible to mention all in this letter.

At this moment Rajavi has taken his own members as hostages inside the Ashraf camp and does not allow them to choose what they want and even he does not allow them to meet their parents and relatives who have come from Iran to visit them.

We are observing that the imposture and deceptions of the leadership of mujahedin’s cult( PMOI, MKO, MEK, Rajavi’s cult) for more bloodshed and killing of those captives in Ashraf has entered to the new phase and this time with new tricks they are trying their best to obstruct in the peaceful leaving process of those stranded captives from Iraq because according to Rajavi’s speech ¨ pmoi file should be terminated and closed in Iraq so if we are asked and inquired tomorrow , we respond proudly that we tried but we failed.¨ Yes this is exactly the mujahedin’s cult leaders tricks and tactics which this time with utilizing the nonsense and undermining of the Iraqi government and attributing Mr. Maliki to Iran , intend to prove and substantiate the Massoud Rajavi’s point and they pretend that the people are staying in Ashraf garrison and liberty camp with their own wishes and desires and they do not want to separate ,but the truth is except few people whose hands are smeared with blood of Iraqi people and the Iranian youth , no one wants to stay in the hellhole which is made by Rajavi even for a moment.

The leadership of this cult pretend that as if the captives want to stay in that hellhole , but I say no, the leaders and the operatives and killers in this cult want it .

I ,as a former member of this cult, who has experienced all the pains and hardships and tortures in this terrorist organization with my own flesh and blood and skin , would like to warn you about Rajavi’s danger which threaten the life and the destiny of those victims because the leadership of pmoi with flippancy and deception of the international organizations want to gain the following objectives:

Buying time for continuing the terrors

Killing of captives and the dissidents in both camps Ashraf and Liberty

Ruining the prestige of Iraq and its government

Ignoring of killing innocent people , because the leaders of pmoi after this relocation should respond to Iranian and Iraqi people as well as Kurds that why did they kill too many people?

Buying time because maybe they can postpone Rajavi’s trial even for few days and their intention is to rescue Rajavi from Justice.

I urge all international organizations and yours Excellency that do not pay attention to all those nonsense and absurd which are made and produced by the terrorist cult leaders and instead, bring them to Justice because the killers and cutthroats can not escape from Justice.

Honorable Mr. Ban Ki moon

Is not it an interference in a government affairs ? is not it a crime to attribute a prime minister of a country to another country ? should those killers and cutthroats interferer in the country affairs which they live in as guests ? so pay attention to all impostures and deceptions which this cult and its leaders utilize for keeping their dirty benefits and interests .

Yes, all those nonsense and absurd which the cult is saying are all lies for their own personal benefits because this relocation does not have anything to do with Iran or no-one else because either Iraqi government or Iraqi people have been suffering from the presence of this cancer tumor (pmoi) in Iraq and they want the expulsion of this cult from their soil.

As you are well informed that the relocation of Mujahedin from Iraqi soil has been the request of the lawful and legitimate Iraqi government for almost a decade , and in the recent months with intervention of United Nations to this subject , logical and feasible solution regarding to relocation of the pmoi members to the temporary and transitional liberty camp and then the relocation of those members to the third country has begun and fortunately during one month and half 1600 of pmoi members were relocated to the liberty camp and now in just less than 10 days remaining for the end of agreement between the Iraqi government and united nations but 1800 of pmoi members , the majority of the pmoi population , have not been relocated to the new place yet.

According to the personal experiences of the members of this association , pen club, who some of them had spent more than 20 years of their lives inside this organization , in the past they had warned and informed the juridical and responsible societies about pmoi leadership’s deterrent policies and now after almost three months , the statements of Mr. Martin Kobler , United Nations’ special envoy , regarding to relocation of the pmoi members quoting from news agencies ,substantiate and proves the authenticity of the Iran pen club worries .

According to the news agencies ¨ ……….. American government and United Nations in the subject of relocating the residents of Ashraf camp have got problem. According to the Martin Kobler’s statement , the United Nations’ representative in Iraq , the residents of Ashraf camp do not cooperate in the subject of their relocation to the new camp . but the biggest problem is their acceptance by the third country , no country is willing to accept people’s mujahedin …………¨ quoting from VOA and the interview with Martin Kobler

Because of the statements of UN reliable representative , we have become more worried about destiny of our friends and the pmoi dissident members who at the moment are captive inside this organization . the consecutive pmoi deterrent policies in the relocation process and procedure which has begun seriously under direct UN-supervision shows that the pmoi leadership is willing to draw this peaceful relocation process to scuffle and insurgency and unrest .

The Iran Pen Club is willing to fully cooperate in this matter and they welcome all efforts and struggles which help our friends and the pmoi dissidents who are stuck in this organization to be rescued. the undemocratic relations of pmoi leadership , Massoud Rajavi, does not allow the pmoi members to decide freely for themselves , so we urge you as a honorable and prominent figure in European Parliament to interfere with more decisiveness to forward the UN objectives in this relocation process of pmoi members to camp liberty and then transferring process to the third country.

We would like also to draw your attention to this point that in the situation which the US state department has not shown any intention to delist this organization from its terrorist list but ¨Henry Wooster , the director of Iran Affaires’ Office in US state department¨ in an interview with VOA clearly announces that :

¨ ……..even if they delist this group from the terrorist list , pmoi is not a democratic alternative ……. One of the problems that we have with mujahedin is that in our point of view , they can not be representative of a democratic reformist movement in Iran………..¨

You should pay attention that the people’s mujahedin ,because of their cooperation and collaboration with Saddam Hussein as enemy of Iranian people , are very unpopular among different Iranian groups in Iran and on the other hand the Iraqi government has said officially that these people should leave Iraq soil and the relocation process of these people to the camp liberty will come to an end in 10 days. According to the experts’ opinion the fact is that, their 30 years of dwelling in Ashraf camp has isolated them from the real world and valid and authenticated information about their past and this subject that, they are eligible and qualified to become refugee or not , is not available and also there are recent news which emphasize that the pmoi members inside Iran carry out attacks from Israel side which has become a deterrent factor and element for their relocation to the European countries .

UN High Commissioner for Refugees

The Mujahedin’s cult should evacuate Ashraf Camp as soon as possible

The second letter of Iran-Pen Club to the officials of United Nations High Commissioners for Refugees (UNHCR)

Respectfully

If you remember, around 4 months ago on 20 September 2011 , the Iran Pen Club in an open letter addressed to UNHCR showed its appreciation to the UNHCR decision to accept the refuge requests of the pmoi victims who after 20 to 30 years could finally submit their refuge request to this international organization and we welcomed your decision for accepting their refuge requests in clear and transparent form. But we also announced that the leaders of this cult are going to struggle against this historical decision of UNHCR which has respected the rights of these people individually and we mentioned that they will disrupt this decision by creating obstacles and hurdles . In that letter we, with consideration to the positioning of the pmoi leadership , mentioned that :

“…. After issuing of the UNHCR statement , the human rights activists and the critics of this organization warned that the pmoi by utilizing any possible facility will create obstacles to prevent carrying out of the UNHCR statement and Maryam Rajavi the wife of the spiritual leader of this group issued a statement in France that:

“…. We do not permit the decision of the mercenaries, Maliki and Barzani , as interview with each individual to go ahead….”

And in continuation of these fruitless endeavors , she says

“ all the people of Mujahedin must go for their interviews by helicopter ….” And this means that it takes 7000-S of flying for the interview of these pmoi stranded captives , taking and returning them , and all those things are part of the obstacles and problems which have been created by the highest rank of this organization to prevent implementing of the UNHCR plan. the pmoi leadership’s reaction which is mentioned above , has concerned and worried deeply the human rights activists because we think that the leadership of pmoi has begun its efforts to prevent getting out of this dead-end…..”

Now ,after the end of the year 2011, and signing the pmoi resettlement contract and in the beginning of transferring the people from the Ashraf concentration camp to the Liberty camp and despite very good situation which has been begotten for UNHCR to implement and carry out its responsibilities and tasks , the leadership of this organization ,by variety of unreal excuses and pretexts that the Liberty camp does not have the standards required , are not willing to go to the Liberty camp.

Fortunately based on the announcement which was issued in the official site of UNHCR on 31 January 2012 in Baghdad , Mr. Martin Kobler , the special envoy of the UN secretary general , announced :

“…. With many thanks to the UNHCR and human rights team for their efforts to make the Liberty garrison ready , quoting the officials of UNHCR and UN-human rights , he said that the infrastructure and the facilities of the new camp in Iraq for the residents of Ashraf is par with international standards and according to the agreement which last month between UN and Iraqi government for voluntary relocation was concluded , this camp is ready…….”

The same announcement reiterate that the pmoi reasons and reasoning in this regard are baseless completely, on the other hand Mr. Martin Kobler has announced that :

“…..the agreement is the only peaceful solution for voluntary relocation of Ashraf residents and it is very important that the agreement is observed word by word in action…..”

He also added : the constant position of UN is that the violent outcome is unacceptable . the concluded agreement opens the way for UNHCR to determine the refugee status which is the first and necessary step for resettlement In other countries to benefit from freedom and liberation…..”

Honorable officials of UNHCR

As you have observed that the signed agreement between UN and Iraqi government has paved the way seriously for determination of the refugee status for all those pmoi stranded victims and in a safe and secure perimeter far from all pmoi forcible organizational laws , the people can freely submit their reasons and requests.

It seems that your official intervention can be a serious help in this regard and it can overcome all the pmoi leadership’s excuses , pretexts and decisions. We are urging you to force pmoi to stay devoted to its own commitments which officially accepted and signed in front of the UN representative and in this regard they should accept all the consequences if they do not accept and reject the concluded agreement.

Surely ,while pmoi finds out that the lawful competent organizations have found out about their unreal excuses like the announcement of the UN representative concerning to the camp liberty which is par international standards , the maneuver and domain of this terrorist stream will be reduced and they will not be able to force their victims to accept their cultic thoughts.

The practical experiences in front of the leadership of this organization has shown that decisiveness and political juridical pressure have a very good impact to neutralize and thwart the pmoi totalitarian leaders’ plans which want to convert the peaceful plan for determination of the pmoi victims ‘ refugee status to the Massoud and Maryam Rajavi’s violent and bloody solution .

Open letter to Hillary Clinton on Mojahedin Khalq

Madam Secretary of State, before mentioning anything, I would like to introduce myself. I , Ghafour Fatahian , who spent 20 years of the best years of my life professionally and full time , from age 18, in different pmoi bases in Iraq as a captive in Rajavi’s organization , can assure you according to the best of my knowledge of this organization that Rajavi and his supporters and advocates , have taken our freedom of action utterly from all of us and they have not left any rights whatsoever for anyone ,except the right of being sacrificed for his ominous desires and whims and if someone was thinking against the Rajavi’s whims , he or she was going to be interrogated harshly for hours and even days in collective sessions and the pmoi operatives were putting them under severe harassment till they were going to become remorseful of their request or their thoughts , then they were transferred to solitary confinement cells in different places in Ashraf Garrison and after passing through the procedures , they were handed over to the Abou Ghraib prison in Iraq and we can all understand clearly what would have happened to those people in there!

Madam Secretary

If I want to talk about all those tortures which were exerted upon us , it needs days to explain but for proving my claims I would like to participate in any courts of law to substantiate and prove my words .

As you are well informed about the condition of Ashraf captivity place ,unfortunately few days ago in Paris, Maryam Ghajar Azdanlo accompanied by some hirelings who were brought there by new deceits and tricks and thousands of dollars to say that the Liberty camp is non standard and it is a prison which even does not have any drinking water!

We know that the liberty camp had been constructed by Americans by specific standards to serve the US soldiers and in this regard I would like to mention that Mrs. . Maryam Ghajar Azdanlo is not the representative of anyone in Ashraf to speak on behalf of them. This lady two weeks ago announced that they will not evacuate and leave Ashraf Garrison by no means and they will defend Ashraf till the last drop of their blood, but this lady announced before that 400 people of Ashraf residents are ready to leave Ashraf to go to the Liberty Camp , whereas until now no one has gone to the Liberty Camp yet.

According to the best of my knowledge of this cult , all these tricks and deceptions have been utilized by the leaders of pmoi to deceive the international societies because Rajavi and his supporters and advocates are not willing to leave this notorious garrison even for one day and their real intention is to buy time as much as possible by deception and fraud , because Rajavi does not have more than one objective which is keeping all those stranded captives in that castle and provoking them to fight with Iraqi forces .

As a result of those facts mentioned above, I am urging you to help those stranded captives in Ashraf before is too late and do not allow them to be sacrificed for the Rajavi ominous whims and desires.

We are a group of freed and liberated people from Rajavi’s cult who are currently living in Paris, we would like to draw your attention to the facts which we experienced them bitterly during our stay in this cult;

1. The pmoi( People’s Mujahedin Organization ) has been recognized as a terrorist organization throughout the world and from the day one of their foundation , they established their strategy and policy on violence , terror , and mass killings and they have perpetrated many violent and terrorist crimes against Iranian people.

2. By having the knowledge of this fact that pmoi has been the first organization which has begotten and expanded suicide missions in the middle east and currently they are following it with more progressive methods than before.

3. By confirmation of this fact that the security and the well being of the separated members of this cult throughout the world has been threatened consecutively by the Rajavi’s terrorist cult and these separated members have confronted with variety of dangers and also inside the Ashraf castle , the leaders and operatives of this organization have created and established the same terror and slow death for their captives and dissidents in there.

4. By having the knowledge of this fact that the pmoi has been listed and categorized as a foreign terrorist organization in the US state department terrorist list since 1997 and they have remained in that terrorist list since then.

5. By having the knowledge of this fact that many of those stranded captives do not want to stay under the tyrant domination of Rajavi , but Rajavi does not allow them to leave the organization and nobody has been informed and heard that what has happened exactly against the dissidents inside the Rajavi’s prisons and because of that the cult leaders have been carrying out any possible harassment comfortably against the dissidents inside Ashraf.

You should be also informed of the following facts ;

1. The people residing in Ashraf camp do not have any authorization to communicate with each other freely by no means.

2. The dissidents should not leave their designated perimeter .

3. Every night , the dissidents should face the brainwashing and indoctrination sessions which is accompanied by swearing , curse and insult.

4. The residents of Ashraf camp are not allowed to meet and visit their family and their loved ones.

5. The people who show their willingness to leave the organization , they will be facing harsh punishment in collective sessions such as swearing , curse , insult , beat up and incarceration to pipe down and change their minds .

6. The residents of Ashraf camp who are living in the Ashraf concentration camp, consecutively have been forced to watch and listen to the Rajavi’s audios and videos and Organizational Anthems as well as the fake and false movie clips about the freed and separated members and their connection with Iranian government to insult them and terrorize the dissidents of their future decisions .

Now with all these facts which mentioned above , you should judge that under those fatal and slow death and horrifying and scary circumstances , is it true that all humanitarian organizations specifically your honorable Amnesty international are the only one who are able and capable of helping those stranded captives?

By hoping for the best that you pay enough attention to the captives’ voice and their painful and agonizing condition .

Soltani: MKO trying to keep the captives as long as possible

I got informed that 3000 captives ,who have been deprived of any right to have access to the Open letter of Mrs. Soltani to the international pro-human rights institutions and organizations internet , free world as well as society , family and the free Press , finally are going to be transferred and displaced from this garrison( Ashraf).

May be this will be a way out for them from the organizational dead end and I ,as the former member of the pmoi commanding council ,am truly sorry that I see this organization is trying its best to force and compel its tyrant domination over international society according to their 30 years of experience of keeping people as captives in Iraq , in this regard I would like to draw attention of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees( UNHCR), the Iraqi government as well as the French government to the following topics:

1. The people’s Mujahedin Organization is trying its best to buy time by all means to keep those people in captivity as much as possible consequently I condemn any extra time giving to this cult because the leadership of this cult had enough time (eight years )to find safe places and residency for their members and during those eight years they could easily send those stranded members to the safe places but instead we can see clearly that the only thing which the pmoi leadership did after the downfall of Saddam Hussein, was beating on the drums of scuffle and violence and preserving their organization and taking advantage of those captives in Ashraf and this situation has been continuing up to now. The trap which the pmoi leadership has enough experience about it specially in dealing with American forces ,who besieged the garrison(Ashraf) , they could preserve their tyrant organization and during these years they have been continuing the brainwashing of their members as well as keeping them as captives and continuing bloody scuffles with Iraqi forces.
I am urging you not to fall into the same trap which this organization has created for the Iraqi government as well as the UNHCR to keep those stranded members in captivity as much as possible. I am urging you to help those stranded members ,who have been under severe brainwashing methods for years, by interviewing them individually. Their families have been under severe insults , abusive behaviors, and accusations by the pmoi operatives. These stranded members should be under supervision of their families or other humanitarian organizations to be treated from all those psychological and physical pressures.

2. During their stay in the new camp, I am urging you to deal with them like other refugees who have been living in your refugee camps throughout the world, and do not allow the pmoi leadership to take their control and continue brainwashing them like before and like the time which American forces were in charge of the camp , the pmoi leadership did not allow any families and others to enter and visit their loved ones and by this method, the pmoi leadership could preserve its horrifying organization . I am urging you to beget the conditions for those stranded members to have access to the internet, telephone, television , The Press, and The Post . Those members have been deprived of all those things for years and the only people who were allowed to have access to all those , were the commanders and high ranking members of this organization to have their communications with the headquarter of Maryam Rajavi in France to receive violent orders for using them against those members.
You should not allow the pmoi leadership to speak on the behalf of all those members again and they deprive those members of having access to the international institutions and humanitarian organizations and do not allow them to stablish their former organizational hierarchy again and do not allow them to continue their brainwashing and thought detection sessions so called Amaliyateh Jari( current mission) again to put more psychological pressure on the body and soul of all those members. In those sessions which are directly ordered by Massoud and Maryam Rajavi , the stranded members have been under severe psychological pressures which destroy their personality and trample their prestige and at the end of those sessions ,those members become as aimless and without will slaves in the hands of the pmoi leadership.

3. The humane rights of all those members inside the camp such as the right of marriage, the right of meeting and visiting their wife or husband and children should be officially recognized , and they should be allowed to have visitation with their loved ones outside of the camp as well without any interference of the pmoi operatives and leadership. The exerted forcible divorces should all be revoked and the divorced families should have the right to be reunited again. These people have not had any news about their families , friends and the outside world for years. First of all their health news should be given to the families urgently by the international institutions like the Red Cross , second of all they should have access to the telephone and mail to get in touch with their families as well ,and third of all they should be allowed to have regular meetings and visitations with their families and beloved ones without the interference of the pmoi operatives and leadership.

4. As far as I know this cult and its leadership , I am completely sure that they will disrupt the United Nations program and its plan by having requests which does not have any similarity with the refugee criteria and standards and regulations which exist in UN and I warn you not to accept the pmoi leadership requests and instead you should carry out and implement your plan to free all those captives and hostages as soon as possible. You should not accept by no means that the pmoi leadership choose a representative or spokesman to speak on the behalf of all those members. The UN should be fully responsible for any displacement of the members and pmoi leadership should not interfere in this matter by giving UN the list of names with organizational hierarchy who want to be displaced to beget their organizational domination in the new camp once more . Any UNHCR retreat from these facts mentioned above will revive the pmoi leadership objectives which will beget unlawful and illogical requests to kill time and creating more obstacles and hurdles on the refugee path of all those members. For instance I can mention one of Maryam Rajavi’s recent requests that ¨the people who wants to be displaced to the new camp , they should transfer their vehicles to the new camp as well!¨ These kind of requests show that the pmoi leadership do not think about solving the problems of their members and their refugee cases and the only thing which they think about is relocating Ashraf camp as a whole to the new camp and create another Ashraf in there! First of all everybody knows that the real owner of those vehicles is Iraqi government ,second of all residing in other camp as refugee seekers which is under direct supervision of UNHCR, it is no need to have military cars and vehicles in there……….
For this reason the Iraqi officials should reiterate to them once more that the people who are going to be displaced from Ashraf to the new camp should take only their personal stuffs with them ,and these kind of requests from pmoi leadership shows their intention of putting obstacles and hurdles on the UN path and its plan.

5. As it is Chrystal clear that after the dead end of the pmoi strategy and its failure in Iraq , the pmoi leadership and its horrifying organization has concentrated and focused its activities in United States ,Europe , and specially in France and in this regard the Mayors of different cities in France such as Auvers sur Oise , Villepinte, Paris , Taverny , and some of the former members of the French assembly and the deans of the French universities have been under pmoi propaganda bombardment . I warn all French politicians about the pmoi headquarter in Auvers sur oise which is a very good place for both Massoud and Maryam Rajavi to continue their cultic life in there.

your confirmation regarding not to accept and recognize the pmoi( People’s Mujahedin Organization of Iran) as a terrorist organization after the French government just and truth objection and appeal , there is no doubt that it is a very big juridical mistake and it seems that the European supreme court which the justice has been designated as its name , has trampled the name of justice in this case, and Iranian people will not forgive your mistake which it seems that is a political matter. Our reasons are as follows:

1. This organization( pmoi) from the beginning of its foundation has utilized the behavior of arm struggle as the main tool to gain the political power and since the Shah’s time , this organization has insisted on this behavior .

2. This organization, according to their own confirmation is the first organization which organized the suicide missions in the middle east and carried out those missions in Iran, the missions which became as pattern and sample for the terrorist organizations such as Al Qaida in Afghanistan and the other violent organizations in the middle east.

3. The pmoi by its leadership ,Massoud Rajavi in Iraq and Maryam Rajavi in Paris had begun its mortar attacks inside Iranian cities in 1987 ( 1376) which is the biggest and the most undeniable document and proof of their violent behavior against the ordinary Iranian residents , and they can not hide or deny any of those attacks as a result of tens of vital documents and proofs which are available.

4. The pmoi and its leadership in Iraq and in Paris has not declared yet officially and in any place by showing a reliable and clear document that they have set aside and abandon the arm struggle . the Iranian people’s mind and memory can not be fooled by the deceit and political play of the juridical authorities in Europe and by their deliberately evaluation of the Iranian as ignorant people which specially and practically the European supreme court of justice has done it in this case.

5. The symbol of arm and submachine gun as logo in their emblem since 40 years ago shows their violent thoughts and behavior which has not been changed yet.

Unfortunately you have reconfirmed the delisting of this organization( with the traits mentioned above) from the European union terrorist list and the Iranian people think that in any violent activity which this organization may implement perpetrate in future , the European supreme court of justice should see its share and role in it and they should sense its heavy burden on their conscience and this fact is not far from the Iranian people’s expectations.

As you know well that the Basque combatants in Spain recently according to an official statement declared their renunciation and abdication from terrorism and violence as a tool for gaining identity and political power and they declared it officially and openly and Spanish people and politicians will reevaluate the Basque combatants after their declaration.

During past years the Irish Liberation army also has chosen the political struggle as the main solution for reaching to its political objectives and as a result of that they disbanded their military wing. Today’s world move forward far from using political violence , and using sword and arm for exertion and indoctrination of the thoughts and beliefs on the people in the space era and 21 century is completely out of question .

Honorable European supreme court of justice

If you as an important authority and justice seeker on the European soil has closed your eyes on pmoi terrorist activities and their mistakes , according to your heavy humane responsibilities ask this organization that if they truly believe in denunciation and banishment of the arm struggle as the main tool for compelling and the exertion of their political beliefs and also if they have abandoned the arm struggle for ever and like the civilized people throughout the world have accepted the political solutions to express their thoughts and beliefs and they are practically committed to it , they should declare it officially and openly for Iranian people and the people throughout the world and you should ask this organization to declare this transformation by an official statement . otherwise you should accept that you have been deceived by their false policies and their hired lawyers but their movement and activities are under vigilant Iranian people surveillance and they will not be deceived.

The bitter truth is that before of all the Iranian people have been paying the price of the terrorism and the institutionalized violence in mujahedin’s terrorist cult and this fact has begotten an irrecoverable and irreparable losses on Iran democracy path.

Rajavi relocates Camp Ashraf to France

Open letter of Iran – Ghalam Association to the honorable Mayors, Former French Representatives and the Deans of Universities in France

It is completely understandable from the current pmoi propaganda( people’s Mujahedin Open letter of Iran - Ghalam Association Organization ) in their Media which this cult is trying its best to transfer and convey its activities from Iraq to the French soil , specially after their strategic failure and impasse in Iraq , now they have targeted the Mayors from different cities in Paris and Val d’Oise province as well as some of the former representatives and members of French parliament by their propaganda.

The members of Iran – Ghalam Association who had been the members of pmoi for a long period of time and fortunately they have succeeded to rescue themselves from the cultic subjective and physical barriers and obstacles and they are currently living in Europe countries such as France, would like to inform the honorable French politicians and warn them about the connection which this cult ( Rajavi cult) wants to have with them.

If the French politicians do not pay enough attention to the vital experiences which these former members of pmoi have about the pmoi threats , allure and propaganda, it does not take long that the same current problem which is about dealing with the presence of this terrorist cult on Iraq soil, will happen on French soil and its politicians as well. For this reason we are urging all French politicians , the former representatives of French parliament and the deans of the French universities to listen to our compassionate warnings and pay enough attention to them.

As you know , after the fall of Saddam Hussein , the former dictator of Iraq , some of the terrorist cults and sects which had regional and universal activities, lost their supporter and their sponsor, one of those cults is pmoi( People’s Mujahedin Organization ).

Pmoi did not have any tolerance to listen to any dissents and criticisms which the dissidents and critics had in their relations in pmoi , and for that reason they were sent to prison to show others a lesson that any objection and criticism against the pmoi leadership will end up in prison. There are many people who tolerated the harsh tortures and long incarcerations in the prisons of Mr and Mrs Rajavi and beyond that the leader of National Council of resistance ( NCR) , the pmoi political wing based in France , has approved and authorized killing and assassination of the dissidents and critics as well.

We would like to pose some questions to the French politicians and the people who have been targeted unilaterally by the pmoi propaganda ;

1. Why is the compulsory divorce , marriage and family ban in pmoi?

2. Why up to now the leaders of pmoi such as Mrs. Maryam Rajavi who is currently living in Auvers Sur Oise , Paris outskirts, have not mentioned anything about the outcome of their strategy of violence and war which terrorized and killed thousands of Iranians ?

3. Why are the members of this cult forced to participate every night in the sessions which is called current mission( Amaliyateh Jari)and they have to reveal their thoughts , imaginations , even their dreams about the opposite sex in those sessions to be ridiculed , insulted , slandered, blamed and punished ?

4. Why in those brainwashing sessions which are the most unethical tactics to put psychological pressure on members to force them to obey and surrender themselves to any illogical demands?

We would like also to mention that all cults need an isolated place with high walls to carry out and implement the brainwashing technique on their members , the Ashraf castle in Iraq and Auvers sur Oise castle in France have provided for such purpose for pmoi terrorist cult .

At the end we would like all the French politicians , the former representatives and members of French parliament and the deans of the French universities, according to the pmoi regional and universal threats to pay enough attention to the vital points and facts which mentioned above.
