Dear Mr. President Jalal Talibani Nejat Society congratulates you on your being elected as the president of Iraq. Also, we are pleased with the appointment of Mr.Javad Al-Maleki as the Prime minister of Iraq to organize the Iraqi Cabinet. We hope that the new cabinet, with the cooperation of Iraqi people could provide a bright and dynamic future for Iraqi nation, which was under the boots of the dictator –Saddam Hussein- and his terrorist accomplices for a long time.
Nejat Society wishes Iraqi Government to provide security in the whole country and could progress in cultural, social, political and economical domains. The Iraqi state can prevent all the foreigners and terrorist groups from intervening in Iraqi affairs. Since Iraq has suffered a lot from terrorist groups (ei- Mujahedin –e-khalq and its leader, Masud Rajavi); including the mass murder of Iraqi Shiites and Kurds in 1991.
It is proper that the current state decides definitely to expel this terrorist cult out of Iraqi territory and makes the deceived members of the cult return their homeland, Iran, and join their families .Also it is fair to try the leaders of the terrorist cult Mujahedin Khalq in Iraqi courts along with Saddam Hussein and punish them on their anti human crimes.
With Best Regards
Nejat Society
The terrorists who were camping in Iraq under the favor of the charities of Saddam Hussein’s regime and made their living by Iraqis and Iranians’ blood; after the fall of their god- father and commandant ,since three years ago, are trying to remove Saddam from their face pretending that they didn’t attend any crime of dictator regime’s crime! Therefore, since thousands of documents remained from anti human regime of Saddam declare the cooperation of MKO with Istikhbarat and Mukhaberat of the former regime of Iraq; we are supposed to write a book on this issue.
Thousands of documents found after the fall of Saddam, denounce that the Liberation Army and military Operations of MKO in Iraq, were just a cover on the intelligence and espionage role of MKO; the documents show that the principal power of MKO was lead along with the objectives of Iraqi Dictator and Liberation Army was gathered in a camp just as noses to justify their presence in Iraq. The documents declare that the MKO has been a branch of Iraqi Intelligence Service and denounce the repeated meetings of MKO’s Central Committee specially Masud Rajavi with Intelligence officials in order to receive funds and facilities and military permissions and to transfer intelligence experiences, cooperation and programming on common cases” . These are only small parts of mentioned documents.
To enlighten the minds of current generation and future generation, Nejat Society is going to publish a book on the collected documents.
Nejat Society believes in its lightening way and feels a great engagement to Iranians.
We are sure that we can enrich our book with the cooperation and sympathy of lovers of Iran from all over the world. Therefore we request our friends to send us any document they own on the following issues or any thing they have seen are heard while they had a relation with the MKO:
1. Organizing Mukhaberat and Istikhbarat of Iraqi dictatorship

"Through this statement, we- the former members of MKO and the signatories of the following text- who were under pressure and threatened to participate Morvarid Operation declare that:
1- At first, according to the fake stories and justifications of MKO’s leader Masud Rajavi – who had induced his forces that the Iranian Pasdaran in Kurdish disguises were planning to attack Mujahedins’ bases, but later we realized that nobody was there but Iraqi Kurds and what we were told about Pasdaran’s infiltrating was pure lie.
2- Masud Rajavi and his wife Maryam Qajar Azdanlou commanded the operation directly and through a radio message which was sent to all forces, she ordered clearly to destroy the houses of Kurdish villagers and civilians by bombarding them.
3- Saddam Hussein had evidently asked the forces of Baath army to cooperate with Mujahedin-e-Khalq during the operation.
4- The commandants and high ranking members of Mujahedin bombarded the Kurds’ houses and also opened fire against women and children and captured the Kurds. Under the order of high commandants especially, Mehdi Abrishamchi and Mahvash Sepehri, they were tortured seriously, and were delivered to Iraqi Military Intelligence Service (Istikhbarat) later.
5- We, as the eye witnesses of the crimes of Rajavi against Kurds, according to our conscience, ask for bringing justice and trying Rajavi and Saddam as the cooperators of suppressing and killing the civilians and we found it necessary to attend their trial to witness.
